Food presentation was bad, its like what kids cook in school in a food lesson. The chicken wrap had bones in it, just a waste of money.

Food was a lot better before the new management, the chicken didn’t taste nice at all, chips was over cooked !! The salad I could of cut better myself !!! There was no flavour on the strips and wings !! The sauce is different to what they did before. Waste of £20 could of cooked something at home

This is the WORST place ever to eat. I wasted £29 for Nothing. The Chicken was Disgusting., like as if had been there for months. It couldn't even go inside my mouth. The Pizzas I ordered were all hard. They even forgot to put Salad inside, despite me telling them about 100 times to keep it Separate Poor Customer Service. The Delivery Guy didn't even know how much it was until I told him it was £29. He was charging me £33. NEVER EVER EAT FROM THIS PLACE. OTHERWISE YOU'LL SUFFER and REGRET IT.

Good food but can take a bit longer that they say.

Eaten here probably about 10 times and only once the food was tasty. I usually get chicken kebab but they never add correct sauces and don't even bother adding salads so all you get is nan bread which is mostly burned and the whole kebab is dry as hell

Ussed to come here at least 2times a week my last visit was today ordered 20wings and mix kebab usual like allways, wings on top of the box rly nice second layer they were dark and salty like they wasnt fresh at all, same with the meat in kebab, prices are high food quality not high at all specialy on new staff disapointed that it used to be my favorite take away

Won't order again. Not only that they postponed the Just Eat delivery time but they also exceeded their confirmation time. My food is still not here, an hour and a half afterwards... to make matters worse the landline is "busy" even though I tried calling 21 times!

I am rating this takeaway 2 stars due to the reasons that i ordered food from here and is was appalling customer service and food came 2 hours after i ordered with hungry house. I know the day i ordered tge food the weather was not good and had pre warning of the this but when the food would come i would expect it all to be there as they had enough time to prepare it. But it wasnt there more than half my order wasny there so i rang up to ask that firstly i have waited this long and now half the food is not here well the man on the phone decided he wasnt going to have me ask the way u did and said DO YOU WANT ME TO SEND THE FOOD OUT OR NOT😐😐i was like well i have paid for it😣😣.so i will never be ordering from here again.....

Where do I start I ordered two cheese burgers one with mint sauce and one with mayonnaise, but when the burgers arrived they both had mayonnaise on, I also ordered two drinks one Oreo milkshake and one lassi milkshake they both turned out to be Oreo milkshakes and my mum’s contained plastic bits in it and I also ordered a strawberry cheesecake for my mum and it didn’t taste like strawberry she said it was revolting really disappointed, will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered from here - simple order, two pizzas, peri peri chicken and chips, regular chicken and chips. Took a fair while to get here - Friday night though, guess it should be expected? But regular chicken and chips was missing. Called pretty much immediately after delivery, was told it would be sent out ASAP. It’s now over an hour and a half later, can’t get through on the phone and the automated robot (that told us to talk to it instead of the takeaway) on the website is useless. Even declared it was only a service and not the takeaway and couldn’t help! We’ve long eaten the food that did arrive, which was actually okay, but will never order here again on the lack of basic customer service and the apparent difficulty they have getting a basic order right. God only knows how they cope with larger orders. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I order “hot wings” from the website, but they decided to send me normal wings with no taste on it which also looked like it was cooked it dirty oil, the wings were so dark , dry and cold! I rang up asking him for a refund, he said he couldn’t do nothing about it cause “some costumers likes it hot and some don’t” really? I clicked hot wings for a reason, come on, don’t make sense. He was just going around his words and trying to be smart. Don’t do buy it from here. Absolutely joke. Everything just disgusting. I will be calling the hygiene people to check that place. I am 100% sure my chicken was cooked in old dirty oil. Overall nothing was sorted. I lost money and food.

In general, food is tasty, staff is friendly, but they keep forgetting to include either wings or pieces in the meals. I still keep on buying meals from them.

WORST TAKEAWAY PLACE EVER! First of all, the delivery was late 2 hours their excuse was 'traffic' but the place is 2.6miles away from me, the receipt was different than to the order on my phone, the chicken and chips arrived without any chips and a piece of paper stuck on the chicken. Also i paid for extra 3 dips and none of them came. Never ordering from here again, disgusted.

Yo estaba en un viaje de negocios en la zona y decidimos llamar a Baba de un pequeño Lal tome distancia para mí y colegas. Pedimos una serie de cosas y dejamos claro que no queríamos col en el kebabs. También pedimos un chapuzón de ajo. Cuando la orden llegó el conductor primero en mí y un colega inadecuadamente cuando fuimos a recoger el de él. Luego vamos a comer y todos los platos están bien, aparte de que incluye col y no incluyen salsas. Yo no estaba feliz con esta teniendo en cuenta que repetía a mí un par de veces al realizar el pedido. Llamé a la tienda a minutos de la orden que lleguen y nos explicó su error. El hombre en el otro lado de la gente me aconsejó que estaba equivocada y que no mencionaron el repollo y que por tanto las salsas son no hay nada que pueda hacer. El servicio al cliente era asquerosa y explicar al hombre el error en su nombre él respondieron con "El cliente siempre está mal". Entonces, él se ofreció a enviar otro kebab sin el repollo, pero me quería pagar un cargo para entregar su error! ! ! ! Después de discutir con el hombre en el teléfono me dijo que él no importa porque el gerente de servicio al cliente está cambiando la semana siguiente. Sin duda la quiere abandonar el negocio de los clientes son leales, pero sabiendo que en este caso el trabajador era muy grosero. Nunca voy a volver a este horrible llevar de nuevo! ! ! !

Very very poor staff! We ordered a cheese burger, chicken nuggets chips, chicken kebab and 2 Donnor and chips. We got it at good timing. But we received one extra drink and one less meal. We rung up and the people said they will bring a another Donnor chips straight out. Then someone rang back having ago saying I'm lying that I never ordered two. Which I did and I have people who were here to say I was. Because why would I let someone go hungry? To top it off the chips were cold. And the drink we ordered there selling for 1.20 is only a pound. So there also scamming people. Will never order from here again very disgusting manners!!😠

If i didnt have to leave a star in order to write a review i wouldnt as the customer service and attitude has got to be the worst have ever come across . I used to order from this place quite regularly but in recent months the standards have dramatically plumetted . I ordered a mixed donner kehbab / chips and a bottle of coca cola , when i had finished my order ( over the phone) the person i spoke to told me that " it had gone through " . This stunned me as i havent given him my card details yet , he then tells me that they KEPT MY CARD DETAILS FROM A PREVIOUS TRANSACTION and had taken money from my account with confirmation from me . Which is as far as im aware illegal . On top of that food i got that was inedible . The chips were stone cold , they had given me wrong kehbab and it had hair in it , in fact the only thing that went right was the bottle of coke . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY 1 star is still too much to leave for these guys ordered a portion of chicken tikka plain with no sauces, They sent it in naan with everything, I rang back and was told to take the chicken out of the naan and clean the sauce off and then eat the chicken. Also charged me 70p for my drink when it was clearly price marked 59p. Always ordered over £50 per week but never again

Delivery guys are are thieves , i order food last night and left my wallet by the door , he picked it up took the money and threw the wallet outside , i rang up to complain but they just said that it wasnt him , BEAWARE PEOPLE !! Next time you order , just keep an eye on the delivery guy !

I don't know what price the have here sometimes the charges 10£ sometimes the charges 12£ for the same food . If you spoke with different person the price is different I'm very disappointed .

Bloke serving tried to rip me off and tried to jutify it by saying this is a take away menu at this is an order menu. Horrible horrible horrible nasty nasty attitude. His mate intervened but had equally horrible nasty attitude. Place is dirty, wouldn't surprise me if there are a few nasties lurking about in the food preparing area. There are plenty of far far better good food places in the vicinity. I only went in to get couple of pieces of chicken for my dog but changed my mind. Food not fit for my dog let alone for our selves. Avoid it ,avoid it ,avoid it , avoid it. What's happened to friendly helpful service eh? Definitely not here.

This is a small takeaway on the lincoln road. Best to call and order as parking is not easy. There is an extensive and cheap menu, too much to put here, except the whole chicken, funny yum yum :P

Payment was taken and I had confirmation from Just Eat that the order was "in the bag". Had to contact Just Eat direct as the restaurant didn't care and said it was Just Eats problem. Phoned for a full refund. Wouldn't order from them again on this basis.

As I ordered they closed and I phoned up to cancel as it said it would be delivered the next day at 1:40pm and they wouldn't cancel it and was arguing with me over the phone saying they can't cancel it until the next day but the next day it turned up At 2:15pm which I didn't really want the food by then as I wanted it the previous night

I totally disagree with some of these reviews, I order from here on a regular basis their food taste great, and their drivers were also very polite sometimes they take a while to deliver but that show to me it's being made fresh
