Forgetting my packed lunch means my day actually gets better because I have no choice but to go to Baba Ganoush Kitchen! The friendliest place around, Dael is so welcoming, always giving a generous NHS discount, thanking me for my work, and often handing me a falafel whilst I wait in the company of little guard dog Rudy. Shad makes the most perfect fragrant falafel which, with tangy pickles, salads, smoky baba, makes the most delicious wrap. He usually upgrades me to a large too which is gigantic and could feed me for the rest of the day. Thank you!

THE BEST place for a falafel wrap (and more) in Bristol! Extremely friendly staff, community oriented and top notch baba ganoush of course :) Also Rudy the dog ("manager") can always be found patrolling around his shop, calling customers in with his barks and suave attitude. You must drop by if you're in the area!

Amazing food! Super tasty and authentic, if I had to describe it with a word, I'd describe it as 'fresh', everything just tasted clean and delicious. The staff were super friendly and I couldn't have had a better experience. I'm vegetarian and there were so many good options. Probably one of the best places for vegetarian food in Bristol.

Quirky cafe by the M32. They serve THE BEST homemade falafel, babaganoush and hummus. The regular wraps are big and the large are huge! We try and stop on our way in to Bristol and again on our way home. Pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Best falafel in the world? Jerusalem falafel is a Bristol institution, where your tummy and heart will be satisfied by their generous portions, vibrant and fresh flavours and warm and friendly staff. Great value for money, and lovely vibes to sit and eat in if you want to. Everything veggie and vegan.

Amazing falafel wraps!! Chef Shad made the most amazing and fresh falafel! Really flavourful and exactly what I needed for lunch. The large was LARGE, so I even had some left over for later! Dale was so lovely and Rudy (the dog) of course was a highlight! I’ve found my new lunch spot 😍

Everything was 10/10, the wrap was bigger than my head and delicious and fresh with every bite😍 and baklava was sooo tasty. The staff were so friendly too, thank you guys 🐕

Had high expectations given the review, but unfortunately didn’t deliver today. We ordered one large falafel wrap with veg, and one Jerusalem vegan plate. Waited for over 20mins, then food came cold. Veg was over cooked, cauliflower tasted like crumbs, way too many pickle compared to rest of veg. Such a shame as we really wanted to like it, and people serving did seem nice, and at least the baba ganoush was nice but that was about it. We told them the food was cold and overcooked, no apology so we paid £23 (expensive for what we had) and left disappointed.

I first visited this place on one of the hottest days of the summer and tbh I haven't stopped thinking about both how delicious it was and also that I've been meaning to leave a review! I've eaten falafel all over the world but this is up there with some of the best! Fresh, crunchy and flavoursome plus such a lovely welcome and excellent service.

I can't recommend this place enough. Baba Ganoush is one of the hidden gems of the Bristol culinary scene. Exceptional value with just astounding quality of food. If you know, you know. Freshly prepared ingredients made into tasty traditionally inspired recipes representing the best in Mediterranean Meze! Ever been to eat a pita? (Poor you) Imagine that but everything is fresh, BETTER, more flavourful and full of joy. Check their Facebook page for up to date daily opening times and check them out today - you won't regret it!

Tried to stop a couple times and both times they’d closed well before their hours on Google or those on the door. Completely unreliable.

I really recommend this restaurant. The welcome is very warm, the meal delicious (falafel and Israeli salad). Plus, I had a bit of a problem with the spiciness. They insisted on remaking my dish. many thanks!

I used to not like falafel, refused to have it other places but the falafel from here was incredible, I only ever want theirs now! One time when I came to buy some falafel, the chef gave me twice as much as I had ordered at no additional cost. The people in there are lovely and occasionally the dog Baba is also there which is a nice treat :)

Had the falafel and halloumi wrap - massive! The size of my arm. The large is enough food for an entire day. Halloumi was the star of the dish, would definitely recommend adding it on to anything. Pickled veg chunks and tomato slices were a bit big for my taste, made the wrap slightly difficult to eat. Great value for the cost.

Just a gorgeous place, with incredible food and family run vibes. The whole establishment is managed by a small dog, who is just charming. It's got heart and soul, much lacking in most chain restaurants... Had an amazing orange, carrot, mango and lemon juice, so yum! Have been back a few times, always met with friendly service and the wraps are to die for. Fresh organic apple juice today, delicious!

Fantastic place! Good vibe, great food and such a friendly service. My boyfriend and I came just as when they were closing down for the day due to illness, and the owner apologised and gave us, what I assume was prepped for his dinner, for no charge. Brilliant food and service, but also beautifully alternative design of the place.

Having repeatedly cycled past the Baba Ganoush Kitchen, I thought I'd pop in and I'm so glad I did! 🚲✨ The owners were incredibly warm and friendly. There was the added highlight of their dog standing guard wearing a coat. 🐕🧥 I walked away with a large falafel wrap and a piece of baklava (As I write this review I've just polished off the wrap). 🌯 🧆 Both were incredibly satisfying and delicious. The perfect way to start a Saturday. 🤤☀️ Will definitely be coming back in the future!

The owner's here are incredibly friendly and generous, we'd be back just for the atmosphere alone! They've really nailed it with the falafel, super crispy and not at all dry - it's also both GF and sesame-free!

I've wanted to eat here for some time as the place always looks so inviting and fresh. It did not disappoint! The food was delicious. The variety of sides on the meze was incredible and everything tasted amazing. The people that run it obviously care about your experience and it shows. I will be coming back here regularly

My partner and I went to the restaurant and it was a very pleasant surprise. We had the large falafel wrap and it was just perfect! The size is extremely generous, very filling and delicious. I bought a takeaway from here for me and my family to enjoy for dinner. It was a proper treat. Everyone in there is so friendly and kind. The food was very tasty and flavoursome. We had the Falafel Salad Box with Halloumi and the Jerusalem Salad Box. Both were absolutely sensational. We thoroughly enjoyed the generous portions and delicious flavours. I will definitely be coming back!!! 😋

Took my parents here and we all agreed it was the best food we’d eaten out in ages! They even said it was the best Middle Eastern food they’d had since they were in Beirut. They had the friendliest staff, freshest food, and fantastic atmosphere. Even our dog had the best time getting his own goodie bag of halloumi ends. 10/10

Hands down the best falafel wrap I've had in the UK. And trust me, I've tried a lot of them and this was the closest to the kind you get in the middle east. In spite of walking ten minutes before the kitchen closed, we were seated and served. Happy to give all the stars that I can.

Popped in earlier for a falafel wrap. They were about to close but made me one anyway and didn’t charge me either. The wrap was massive and absolutely delicious - fresh salads and sauces, and perfect crispy falafel. Lovely food and people 🙂

WOW!! I have just moved to the area and found BABA GANOUSH on my way home from work… all I can say is how LUCKY I AM!!! To live next to such an amazing spot!! The food is clearly prepared fresh everyday the falafel is just 1010 the best I have tried in my 7 years in Bristol! £5 for a wrap longer than my forearm is just too good to resist I will be visiting weekly… if not daily :D The lady who served me was super polite and the chef was lovely and smiley… a lovely atmosphere to eat in with lovely outdoor seating available!!! If you are in town it is worth the extra 5min walk for some real… local… fresh… NOT OVERPRICED SCRANNNN!!! Baba ganoush I am sold <3

I don't think I've ever received such a welcoming and kind experience of service in any restaurant before - an absolutely fantastic team who you can see really do care for their customers! I would give this place 5 stars even if I had never eaten a single item on the menu, fortunately for me I have eaten here (twice now) and it is unbeatable. Extremely delicious food with unique and distinct flavours and you get such a hearty portion for such a reasonable price, I couldn't recommend more!

It’s not often you find a place that you instantly know you’ll return to again and again. The portions are enormous and the best possible quality. Best pistachio baklava I have ever tasted and the team were just lovely. This place made me so happy.

Great place for food!!! Great vegan and vegetarian options. We had a Falafel wrap and a Falafel wrap with Halloumi - very delicious both of them :) We also got baba ganoush and baklava for home, and the baba ganoush was too good to leave out andI finished it on the same day! We had the wraps in the park and it's a very fun experience, peacefull and calm.

I cannot express my love for this place and the owners 🫶🏼 I’ve been coming here for several years and the food absolutely bangs 🔥 crispy falafel, thick salty halloumi, all wrapped up with super fresh salad, loads of herbs (mint & parsley) and the most delicious tangy pickles ever!! Not to mention, their super smoky top-notch Baba Ganoush 👌🏼 The owners, Shad and Dael, are the most warm, welcoming and generous people and always make you feel like you deserve the world. We ate lunch here whilst spending the afternoon in Bristol. The food was delicious. We have never eaten such delicious, smokey flavoured falafel. We could not recommend this restaurant enough!

We booked a table for 6.30 for this evening but when we arrived the restaurant was closed, very disappointed that we had not been contacted in advance to be advised of the closure...

We came here after reading the reviews. The lady co owner was really lovely. She spent time talking to us & went that extra mile with her service. She was very knowledgable about world affairs and fully awake :). The falafel was outstanding. Having leftovers as we speak the day after! Portion sizes are excellent & the food is freshly made & authentic. Please help this business by paying in cash. Cash will soon become extinct unless we keep it in circulation by avoiding paying by card. Small businesses need our support.

What a pleasure! The floofy manager welcomed us at the door and we immediately felt at home. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced: dinner and drinks for under £20 and a fair few belly rubs!

Just been there. A place you don't normally want to go into and in an area that, as a tourist, rarely comes, it has to be sought out. Got absolutely fantastic food, in quantities that could not be eaten at all, as well as an explosion of taste and one on the experience 😁 Tomorrow I think we will have the breakfast restaurant at the hotel to ourselves.

This was worth driving 1400km 😉 I had the Wrap with veggies and Falafel and it was the best I ever had. It’s a new level of falafel wrap. The ingredients are placed so well into the wrap that every bite tastes like a symphony of veggies , falafel , sauce and fresh salad. Whenever you are in Bristol and you like Falafel, give this a try. It will blow your mind.
