In my opinion the cafe has gone down hill. The food used to be good but not so now. The service isn’t as welcoming as it used to be and the breakfast was hardly warm, with the exception of the hash brown.

Three times I have ordered lunch from this Café and three times it has been a waste of time and money. Even after calling and pre-ordering and being told a collection time, you are still there waiting for 10-15 mis after you arrive (very frustrating when you have just 30 mins for lunch!) I've had a jacket potato which they messed up the order, and gave me a tonne of tuna on the jacket with cheese on the side, I clearly asked for the other way round, therefore did not enjoy it at all! I then tried an Omelette, oh dear this was bad, it was burned and that was all I could taste! Cheesy Chips were good, but to be fair there's not much that could go wrong with something so simple. I find that every time I go I'm just disappointed and waste my lunch break and money. Cakes look good though! :)

A disaster from the moment we walked in. Some colleagues and myself were visiting on business and visited this cafe. From the outside it looked ok. I honestly couldn’t believe what I then went on to witness. Out of 4 of us, they managed to mess up 3 orders for really simple things, the staff seemed distant and disinterested and kept blaming the till. What could have (and should have) been a simple relaxing visit turned into a complete fiasco. The floor wasn’t particularly clean either. I know things can be a little stressed sometimes in food establishments but there were only 4 other people in there at the same time as us. When our orders did arrive the food was poor to average. By that time I think we were all simply looking forward to returning to work as frankly the break was more stress than the work Won’t be retuning anytime and I would recommend going anywhere but here.

This place has gone down in my estimations over the times I have frequented here. Food is average now, very much a greasy spoon cafe. Attention to detail needs to be adhered to, good to clear the tables when customers leave but please wipe them down for the next person sitting down to eat or drink. Bases of the tables need a thorough clean, so much debris on them, also a good idea to clear all the dead leaves away from the plants.

I thought I'd found a little gem here... The lady that used to run the cafe was friendly, customer service was fantastic and her food was awesome. Twice in a month recently I've been left disappointed. One Saturday I ordered a chicken goujon baguette. To be severed a limp roll with more lettuce than the two tiny chicken goujons in the roll. I left feeling disappointed but gave them the benefit of the doubt. As my husbands battlefield bomber was ok. Today, I checked the menu out before I arrived. I ordered a smashed avocado and tomato on sourdough, I was told by the server, we don't have a avocado. So I asked if I could have the other option with spinach and mushrooms. She replied I only have jam on toast on my till. So I had to pull up thier website to show her the options they advertise. So I asked for the poached egg on sourdough with mushrooms, spinach and halloumi. I waited ten mins as I was taking away. When I opened my box I found a slice of what I assumed was ment to be sourdough (I've had thicker slices of melba toast). With two fried eggs!!. I went back into the cafe and said what I had wasn't correct. I was told by the cook, I just did what the ticket said!. So I explained again what I ordered to be told ill add mushrooms but that's all I got. So I left feeling very disappointed. Maybe the cook needs to be educated in the difference between poached or fried egg!?. What's margarine and butter. The server needs to be trained in what they actually do serve. Maybe if its greasey spoon thats all on offer, dont advertise healthier options that you cant deliver...

We are so happy that B-24 Cafe is opening on Saturdays. Today we order bacon and hash brown baps, egg bap and bacon and sausage baguette...they were absolutly delicous!

Nice little cafe. Plenty to pick from. Worth popping in if you are on the Rackheath Business Estate.

Had some time on my hands while in Rackheath on Monday after dropping my daughter off, who I then needed to wait for. So popped into B-24, this was my first visit and I already know I shall be returning. A lovely bright and airy building, with a breakfast bar style area near the windows, which I did some work at. Regular table and chairs and some nice, comfy lower chairs with coffee tables at. Which I later relaxed at with a cuppa. I was amazed by the variety that was served here, each time I popped up to the serving area I noticed a new tasty in-house baked delight or special on the boards. I myself on this occasion had breakfast of granola, yoghurt and raspberries which was a generous portion served. Along with couple of cups of tea and a decaf, soya latte throughout my visit. There are plenty of milk alternatives. I also believe some of the bakes cater for those with allergies and intolerances. I did not sample one yet myself, but the cooked breakfasts looked absolutely amazing. The serving size and portions of all items are amazing value for money too. I spoke with the owner Emma, who was a lovely young lady along with her staff. Her mum also served me on the day I was there. I personally love when a family are together behind a business. You can feel that from the lovely friendly environment they create when you are in there. I missed out on the freshly baked Cornish pasties, sausage rolls and other baked goodies in the lunchtime rush. I shall be quicker next time! I very much look forward to my next visit. We had a delicious buffet prepared by the team at B24 and it was delicious. Such great variety and so much of it I certainly didn’t need anything to eat last night. We use B24 weekly for their marvellous cheesy bacon twists. The staff are always welcoming and I highly recommend you give them a try. Jilly - ADL Finance Team

My brother and I wanted to meet for a breakfast and catchup. Food was a good size, freshly made to order and tasty. I will definitely use the cafe again. Staff very friendly too.

The most over priced foul tasting coffee I've had for a long time. I was working in the area but next I'm in rackheath, I won't be going there

Can't praise B-24 Cafe enough! Two delivered buffet lunches for my line dance classes and the food was superb, beautifully presented with a lovely variety of sandwiches, plus sausage rolls and quiche, all decorated with salad. Even bowls of crisps! The cake selection was huge as they were cut into small pieces so you could choose several and enjoy everyone of them! Thank you so much! Look forward to doing business with you again!

This oasis on The Rackheath Industrial Estate is the best value food in the area. From the locally sourced tasty and properly made Green Coffee, to the Full English Breakfast. The healthy lunch boxes are a favourite with local school children and the freshly baked cakes are delish.I particularly enjoyed a Baked Potato with Coronation Chicken. The cheese omelettes are perfectly cooked with a good balance of ingredients.

Not some gresey spoon on an industrial estate. Very modern clean tidy with its own conference room. We have heard so much about the homemade cakes and sausage rolls. We wasn't disappointed. Definitely be back.

Really nice place with good quality, fresh cooked food. The breakfast really set me up for the day & I'll definitely make this a regular visit. Yum yum 😋

Friendly welcoming staff Proper coffee which tastes amazing Home made treats ... look at the size of the brownie It was delicious !!! Will be back again!!!

Stopped by for breakfast the other morning, great value for money and a vegan choice as well. Good coffee. Took away cakes for later, again included a vegan option. Very good. Will go again.
