We ordered butter chicken, palak panner, Nihari and Malai chicken, all of these were of excellent quality! Loved the Kulfi Falooda and ice-cream!

A absolutely fantastic restaurant the food was delicious coupled with a great ambiance and super service it all adds up to amazing experience. I would like to say a thank you to our waitress Richa whom was very helpful and made our night very special

The vibe at the restaurant is great. The service is what you would ideally want at any restaurant, I didn’t had to worry about calling anyone as the staff would come to the table to check if we needed anything. The food was delicious along with some desserts. A must visit place!

Starters and the different rotis were excellent, especially teekhe mattar ke kebab, palak patta chaat, kurkuri bhindi, Warqui roti, Rumali roti. 5 stars to Raunaq, our warm and friendly host who explained each dish to our group and let us know how much time our dishes would take to arrive. I'll definitely recommend Awadh to my friends and family.

Delicious food and great service!

This was our 1st time at Awadh restaurant in Pinner and we were so pleasantly surprised with this find. Simply amazing food, so true to Awadhi taste and blend. If you are looking for an authentic Indian good food then please make sure you keep this restaurant on your list. Richa, our hostess was great at customer service and recommended everything which turned out to be really the best. All the best for this newly opened (just about a year)..

This restaurant is a gem hidden in plain sight. The food was fantastic - every dish we ordered surpassed our expectations. The flavours were so well balanced. The service was impeccable (particular kudos to Ronak for looking after us so well). Worth every penny. We will definitely be regulars at this place going forward.

Very yummy food 😋. My time at Awadh was well spent - the jazzy music in the background and the tantalising food was a perfect match for a great overall evening. I loved the bursts of flavour in the chicken and the elegance in the biryani in particular.

Delicious authentic food with superb service !

We held our Christmas celebration here. The charming and very attentive Manager Sandesh and his Chef helped us choose (in advance) the ideal menu for our group (of 16) of both vegetarians and meat/fish eaters. The food was very tasty and very plentiful but served with breaks between courses which worked very well. The evening passed very quickly but we were not hurried and felt very welcomed by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble which made for an excellent experience for us all.

Hands down, some of the best food I have tried recently. Last mintue meet up with friends on sunday evening, which was a treat to ourselves with food and drinks. U can tell the freshness of the ingredients. Each bite was delight specially Mango Cheescake with Chilli and mixed veg platter was a crowd-pleasure. As it was Sunday we only tried two cocktails. Don't miss out on Mirch if your cocktail lover like me! We were served by Priyal. Overall service was good. Only thing Awadh can do to improve the service is for drinks. We could of had more drinks if they were served quicker.

Totally and utterly rubbish!!! Ordered three different types of beer. all three out of stock. Ordered diet Coke again same thing out of stock. I would even recommend my worst enemy there.. Service was like watching Paint Dry

Dined here with a few cricketing mates, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Every dish was excellent, and I have not eaten at a better southeast Asian restaurant in UK. The cuisine is authentic Lucknow (hence the name), and is unadulterated by the Punjabi influences you normally find in other similar eateries in UK. The lady who owns the place was a gracious and welcoming hostess, and the young servers were all genuinely enthusiastic and efficient, even though the place was packed as it was Diwali. Well worth the long trek up from Chelsea, and I shall be back regularly! Many thanks to the Awadh team.

It's a decent Indian restaurant in Pinner—a pleasant waiter who also looked after.

We have worst experience last week when we went to celebrate my friend’s birthday party. We have booked a table at 6:30pm on Saturday for 13 people, at 8:30pm when we were cutting the cake manager came and told us so rudely to empty table for next customer. We told him its not a slot booking and nobody has informed us that its 2 hours slot and he repeatedly lied us and forcing us to empty the table. His behaviour was intolerable. We were Really disappointed with his behaviour.

Absolutely Disgraceful Service - Avoid at All Costs! Awadh Restaurant - I disagree with your response below. The situation was not unforseen. You had my booking 1 month ago which you didn't honour as you received a bigger booking 2 days before my event. Your manager said - if he receives an even bigger booking then he will happily cancel other bookings as well. You don't respect your customers, you made it clear that you will honour your greed and money. Your manager said he is a businessman and he will do this again and I should go somewhere else. Please don't hide your behaviour and lack of respect for customers. Original review - I’m beyond furious with the appalling treatment we received from this so-called “restaurant.” We had a booking made over a month ago for my father-in-law's 70th birthday celebration—a special occasion meant to honor an elderly man, and this place shamelessly canceled it just FIVE DAYS BEFORE the event! Why? Because they received a larger booking for 60 guests only five days ago, and the unprofessional, arrogant manager who called me actually said “he’s a businessman and needs to prioritize his business over our requirements.” Apparently, our month-old reservation and our intimate gathering meant nothing to them. He even had the nerve to suggest we move our celebration for my elderly father-in-law and other elderly guests to 9 PM—an unreasonable time for seniors, as if we should just accept being shoved aside for the sake of his precious profit. This is not how you treat customers, and it’s certainly not how you run a respectable business. It’s crystal clear they care more about chasing last-minute, larger bookings than honoring their commitments and showing basic decency and respect to their loyal patrons. If you’re thinking of booking here for any important event, especially one involving elderly guests, think twice. If they get a “better” offer, you’ll be tossed aside without hesitation. We’ll never set foot in this place, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this shameful experience. Disgraceful.

This restaurant deserve o star,No professionalism ,I ordered food , they have deduct money and said they have delivered i waited for food till 10 o clock night , keep calling them ,and they said we are not responsible.

We had an incredible dining experience at Awadh! The food was absolutely amazing and truly one of the best I've had in London. It was a genuine taste of Desi cuisine without any unnecessary customization like you find at other places. Every single dish was freshly cooked and bursting with authentic flavors. The service was outstanding; the staff were extremely professional and respectful, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was perfect. It was amazing experience- service was very excellent very friendly, attentive staff, specially want to mention sandesh and shegal for good suggestions to choose dishes, accommodating customise dishes as per our request. Service was very quick, all dishes were very tasty. We felt like perfect for 🇮🇳 taste buds and others. Plenty of seating area for now, however once getting more crowded they may require bigger space. Roadside parking available in the evening, it could be 5 minutes walk to find a free space. Ambience was good, comfortable 🛋️ . Price is at per other good restaurant. All the best to see them growing bigger with more choices of dishes. It’s recommended to try out.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the incredible customer service from Sandesh and Shegal made it impossible not to. Their warmth and hospitality made our visit truly memorable. They treated my group of friends with such care and kindness. While good food can be found in many places, exceptional service like this is rare. Super oily food, not authentic in any way

Food was just awesome, with some unusual dishes. Service was great, staff really know the menu inside out. Ambience is lovely! Definitely on our list to go to again.

This is the 4th or 5th time I've come to this restaurant and we've always had excellent hospitality from Sandesh. My husband loves the food here and this time we had the pleasure of being served by Shegal who went above and beyond to accommodate our questions and tastes. A big thank you to both of them and we'll definitely be returning to and recommending Awadh.

I spontaneously visited this restaurant yesterday with my friend and we are so glad we did! Even though it was late we were greeted with the warmest welcome! The waiters were very friendly and gave us a lovely service. The decor is beautiful and the food was really delicious. The mix grill starter was so tasty and full of flavour and was definitely my favourite dish. I can't wait to visit again to try other dishes on the menu. Thanks for a great evening! I would recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

As soon we walked in at 5:25pm for our 5:30pm reservation, we were told we have to leave by 7pm, we weren’t even seated. I mean Michelin starred restaurants provide more time than this standard high street one. It was shocking, especially given all other restaurants alongside them provide a minimum of two hours. I think place only cares about getting you out quickly to ensure they manage more covers throughout the night, they care zero about their customers. Food mediocre, some dishes heavily spiced with cardamom. The male waiter was fantastic, though the two females were appalling. Plates were being cleared whilst others were still eating, this is a huge faux pas in the hospitality industry, never start clearing plates until all guests have finished. Will not be visiting again, would much rather go to Chin Chin a few doors down, or another one on the high street that treat their customers well and with respect.

I’ve been to Awadh a few times and love everything about it, the food, service and ambiance is amazing. It was my aunt’s 50th anniversary so we invited close family and friends, they all enjoyed the food. Sanjay was very helpful, he also suggested delicious dishes for the dinner party. The portions were generous. Sanjay and his team were excellent! I would definitely recommend my friends to visit this restaurant and I can’t wait to go back.

Food is good here, little different taste compared to other indian restaurants. We liked main course more compared to starters. They have good collection of breads. Baigan and Mirchi salan was the best one among all.

Traditional North Indian food from this Lucknow food style restaurant. Had visited a month ago and been meaning To write this for some time now. We found the restaurant to be moderately spacious in the high street of Pinner. Harrow can boast of a range of Indian eateries and many me too variants of the other. Awadh can carve a space for itself in the traditional Lucknow food style that is a niche space of its own. I found the food quite close to what would have been my expectation had I walked through Lucknow and sampled the local delicacies. The decor inside gives that classic feeling complementing the style that they are holding on to. Prices are moderate and can be seen as a good deal when compared to the similar styled restaurants in central London. I would go back again for the Roomali roti, nan and Gilouti Kebab and would like to sample other variants on offer too.

Had dinner - twice on 31/5/24 and 7/6/24 in this relatively new restaurant in Pinner (previously occupied by Cafe Rouge). Good location, relatively easy to find parking (free after 6.30pm). Nice spacious restaurant with excellent friendly staff. Our male server on both occasion happened to be the same and was very friendly. Other staff that served us were efficient and polite. Sanjay the manager was also very friendly and very happy to chat. The food we ordered on our first visit (2 of us) was Tomato Shorba (soup) was one of the best I have tried in this country. For the main course we had Black Daal, Paneer dish and Vegetable Biryani. The black daal was exceptionally good and tasty. Paneer was good. Biryani was ok but perfectly good enough to enjoy. The lachha paratha I had was well made but not burnt. On our second visit (4 of us) had gone with a singer friend of mine who knew the manager - so the service and food was even better. Plus we had the advantage that my friend had been before and suggested some other dishes which we thoroughly enjoyed - the Gobi Alu vegetable was really nice. The dessert on our second visit was Kulfi Falooda - yumm. The Gajar Halva sugar free was not at all edible and the server acknowledged the fact that maybe the chef has not mastered it. It was removed from our bill without us even requesting it. Overall a great experience and I am so happy finally there is an Indian Restaurant in this area which is reasonably priced and the food is of good quality and tasty.

Lovely new place. Foods great, but be sure to ask for mild as some dishes are fairly spicy. The manager( Sandish) is very polite and will go out of his way to make sure you enjoy the food. Worth a try and definitely recommend trying the seekh kebabs and lamb korma gosh. Mouth watering.😋

horrid experience. i came here with my family the starters were horrible. paneer tasted like they microwaved it same with the chicken it tasted so bland and plain and had absolutely no flavour if i could do 0 stars i would we spent £130 and i didnt enjoy any of it wont be coming back.

We celebrated my brothers 70th Birthday today. The staff were very accommodating to a group of 24. The food was really very nice. We had all vegetarian. The restaurant has beautiful decor and comfortable seats. The staff were friendly and attentive. Service with a smile. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Our waiter was lovely and friendly and attentive, really well done to him. Didn’t catch his name but he told us he was from Nepal. The starters were all delicious and really fresh, and the khameeri roti was something we had never tried before - and so glad we did try it. Wonderful flavour palette with some very unusual flavours that we had never tried before. Not the typical North Indian food you find in most UK restaurants. Only thing I would say is that the vegetarian food was better than the meat which was all very tough and overcooked which was a shame. And finally, it was nice and gentle ambience at the start, however I think with no soft furnishings in the restaurant to absorb the noise, it got so loud that we couldn’t even have a conversation on the table without shouting. And I think the restaurant was slightly overpacked for the space there is available inside. All in all, the food is definitely worth trying if you want something regional and all of the food was fresh and flavourful - complements to the chef and team! And service was really nice. Thank you for having us!

Over priced for sure and poor service

Went on a Sunday evening.Restaurant was fairly busy. We're greeted by the lady who could have been slightly friendlier. But when Sandesh took over,he made the experience a lot more hospitable and comfortable. The food and portions were amazing and as Sandesh explained later-its all down to fresh ingredients. Would definitely recommend for an upmarket experience.

By far the best Indian restaurant in Harrow. Great food, amazing service and variety of dishes to choose from. Located on Pinner high street, it’s very easily accessible from anywhere in Harrow. There’s a street side car park on high street but there’s no space, a public car park is just a stones throw. As far as food is concerned, one must try their tandoori paneer starter and kurkuri Bhindi. They also serve some Indian drinks like lassi by jug. Biryanis are amazing as well. Staff is courteous and will try to accommodate your requests. Gajar Halwa was delicious.

Great grilled food although most dishes were very spicy. Excellent service, our table were well looked after. Good cocktails and great to find a place that serves rumali roti! Music very loud - we couldn't hear each other speak but would return on an evening when there isn't live music.

MUST TRY We went there yesterday and had mushrooms as well as lamb gulati kebab - something that would just melt in your mouth, leaving those delicious flavours and textures behind. At live chaat corner, we had yummy gol gappa. Also, kurkuri bhindi and aalo tikki were amazing. With a variety of snacks, we were so full that we did not want to eat the main course. But guess what, we ended up having one just because of the awesome collection of wholewheat breads they have. And then kulfi falooda, yum yum yum...😋

My parents and I came yesterday and had a lovely experience. The restaurant has a lovely ambience and decor. We really enjoyed the tadka dal and paneer butter masala, the dishes were delicious! We were served by Sandesh who was so attentive to our needs and had great conversation and recommendations. Thank you so much for a lovely dinner and evening :)
