Never has a delivery driver been so rude. She was terrible. I order from here almost every week. Definitely don't want the blonde hair driver coming to my place ever again.

First time coming here been meaning to visit for a while food was really nice and it makes a real difference having a healthy option as a take away

These guys just don’t miss! Everything I’ve had from here has been top notch. Particularly the salt ‘n’ pepper chicken!

The food tasted amazing, full of flavour and so many options to choose from. However the portion sizes are tiny! Especially considering the pricing. Although great tasting food I think you can get better value for money for same decent taste elsewhere.

I had food at avocado it was delicious I asked about dietary and told them specific weights to meet my dietary plan and they did it which is amazing not to say that it was delicious too will be ordering again

I’d heard great things about this place so I ordered a breakfast burrito. I added extra items which didn’t end up adding on (which I paid additional for), I called up to speak to them and had the phone put down on me. Would not recommend this place!

Time got later and later for delivery time, ended up collecting as they didn’t have a driver for another 20 mins. food was lukewarm & bland. Massive disappointment.

Made an order on Uber eats I rang to see where the order was as it was late they told me another 40 mins I rang back 40 mins later as no update on Uber still processing the order the man was very rude and said I’ll just cancel your order I told you before 40 mins so I said yes that was 40 mins ago I want the food that ordered to be delivered….. he said well I’ve made it I’m waiting on a driver he has already told me this I told him he was being rude to which he responded I’ll cancel the order love and slammed the phone down no customer service skills at all disgrace

We ordered a small buffet for a business meeting in our Horwich offices, the food was very fresh with plenty of choice. I asked the shop to delivery a variety of choices over a 3 day period. We were all very impressed with the food and will definitely order again for any future meetings

Had to wait around 20-25 mins , even though it was empty was brought coffees 10 minutes before food in which there was no spoon . Food eventually arrived it stated bacon medallion but it was not the eggs where beyond over cooked the overall meal was dry and not good . In my opinion it was over priced for the quality of the food

What a fantastic company. I did a month worth of meal prep before my wedding to keep me on track and I couldn’t praise them enough. They catered to my allergies and I still had delicious and versatile meals which kept me full and I didn’t get bored of them. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back!

Started getting meal prep from the team at Avocado a couple of weeks ago. Very impressed with the quality of the meals, good variety and great flavours. Service is first class - any questions and the team answer straight away. I live in Preston but more than happy to drive over to Horwich to collect rather than use a more local prep company given the quality and value of the meals 👍

Great food and service. Love the meal preps - you won’t get fresher salad or veg with anyone else! Often pop in when I can to keep on track over the weekends, even my kids love it so it must be good

Highly recommended for prep meals, I’m based in Preston and after trying a lot of other companies near me I had to travel to this company out of my town and it’s the best thing I’ve done. These guys are very professional and the food choice and quality is 10/10. Delivery is very reliable so highly recommended 👍

What can one say This was not worth over a hours wait Greasy cold Stale bagel all in all horrible waist of time and money . Book up your service I notice quite a few bad reviews on the sight . Also packaging was ripped wet and leaking Not a goid start to a relaxing Sunday :((

Absolute gem of a place. The takeaway food I’ve had has always been amazing and I also get food prep from them now which, as a working mum to 2 kids and a puppy has been a life saver. Consistently gorgeous food!! Highly recommend. Thank me later. CL

Really enjoyed my salad and will be going back. However, when I rechecked how the salad was described on just eat it was missing many of the ingredients listed. Having looked at the reviews it does seem like a bit of a pot luck as you whether your meal is really nice of terrible. Maybe some staff training and quality control?

Extremely chewy/rubbery chicken and very small portions for the price. Won't be returning.

I ordered for the first time for a take away, the food was absolutly delicious, it arrived quickly and wasnt too expensive. The food was cooked well and absolutly full of goodness. The taste was so good that I think it will now be top of my list for takeaway nights.

Visited avacado today for the first time. Me and my partner entered both wearing masks to find no screen between us and the counter. None of the staff had masks on, nor did they have a visor or even gloves. Our food was prepared by bare hands (that I did not witness being washed), by the girl behind the counter who continuously touched her mouth whilst chatting to another customer who also refrained from wearing a mask. It was like none of the staff there were aware there is a worldwide pandemic going on. It goes without saying that this provided us with no confidence in how covid secure avacado is. I did try to reach out to the shop on their Instagram page, but rather than responding I just got blocked!! This is the first... and last time I will ever step foot in this shop.

Food was alright but way overpriced, not particularly special and you could have easily knocked up something similar at home in less time.

Nicely cooked, quality, basic healthy food which was what I wanted. Got a take away, was ready and piping hot! Hit the spot 👌🏼

I can’t comment on the food. I went in at 9.15am this morning. Ordered pancakes and a coffee. No one was in the building so it wasn’t busy and from what I saw while waiting they had one phone order. I walked out without eating at 9.43am because I couldn’t wait any longer. So unless you have a full morning free, I’d probably stay away. Shame, I’m new to the area and regularly eat this sort of food.

Popped in today while out on a bike ride, had chicken teriyaki with noodles and veg with a very refreshing berry go round smoothie. Absolutely loved it! There was plenty of chicken, noodles and fresh veg in the box and the flavour was great, I shared a large box with my partner but was gutted I didn't get a large for my self. I will definitely be back in when I'm next in the area, hoping this special is on.

We have visited this place once before and we had the chicken teriyaki and it was lovely so we thought we would go back today, however we didn’t think we would have been returning the food. The manager stated that she doesn’t use salt, well my mouth tasted like I had just swollen sea water. She was rude and would only refund half of the amount of what we paid. I am not one to return food but this was awful! The young girl was lovely and helpful, it’s a shame management wasn’t the same. I think she needs to go on a course for customer service because she has completed failed in our eyes today. Never again will we being going there!

It’s a shame I can’t go lower than a star. The most flavoursome part of the meal was my bottle of water. Incredibly poor.

Avocado has become my favourite place in town! It wasn’t so long ago that I started a weight loss programme with this local approachable business, and it’s been the only programme that’s worked for me! I’ve lost 2 stone so far and the results keep on coming! Delicious food with a friendly service I can’t fault them! Thanks for helping me get my life back avocado!

Good choice of lots of healthy food - can tailor it to whichever flavour, filling and meat you would like. Recommend the bagels and lots of fillings included. Close to work and often pre-order before lunch. Would say it is slightly on the pricey side though and the staff member needs to try smiling. Also asked about meal prep, to which she responded have a look on Facebook - which I do not have... would recommend they have some flyers printed to hand out to customers who visit the shop, as they lost my custom due to this.

Don’t usually write reviews but being quite a regular customer of yours I was so disappointed with my stacked lunch today!!! Rock hard uncooked rice, over cooked salmon (and not a lot of that!!) and a few pieces of cucumber and tomato thrown in a box!! Definitely not what’s on the menu or anything like what I have had before!! And all for £8.50!! I threw it away and won’t be coming back!!

If the male and female portion sizes are to be different - this should be reflected in price. Ordered a stacked lunch today - I think I got half the quantity of my partner. I'm really sorry, but the food was bland and the portion was tiny. I've seen amazing photos of the food on Twitter - what's happened?

First time I went here it was really good. The super salad was exactly that, full of all sorts of goodies, chopped and mixed. Today sadly the salad looked like the garnish from any local sandwich shop, boring boring boring.. Huge slices of tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot and red onion, with a tiny smattering of the usual super salad ingredients; kale, avocado, and spinach. What went wrong Avocado? Grated carrot? I thought I was at my nan's ;) still fresh and reasonably tasty so only 4 stars today :)
