Excellent Service, cozy athmosphere and brilliant food. Affordable prices too. We had a wonderful evening and would definitely recommend going there.

This restaurant is an absolute gem! The artichoke and the croquetas vegetarianas were stunning. Not too expensive, too.

The food was delicious, the staff very friendly and the service attentive. Very reasonably priced lunch with good portions. A very good price for very good food. Avanti is a lovely bistro restaurant situated in Acton. A mixed Italian and Spanish cuisine with a delicious Mediterranean taste in your plate. The restaurant has a beautiful interior and feels cosy and intimate without being cramped. Highly recommended and I will definitely revisit!

Booked through The Fork and was expecting to get a 20% discount on all food as it said all a la carte included pre set menus excluded. When I got the bill first there was no discount applied then told them I booked through the fork and got a revised bill but discount only applied to some food. I asked why and they said discount didn’t include desserts or specials. I said this isn’t right but they insisted it is correct. Service charge was applied to the full bill before any discount, this doesn’t make sense imo. I could have just taken off the SC but decided to pay anyway. Tip for diners - don’t expect discounts on items NOT on the main menu card! I think this is sharp practice and have reported it to the fork to investigate.

I noticed Avanti was a new place just opened near to a couple of my other favorite restaurants in Acton W3 (of all places). Avanti serves a wide selection of Tapas and pizzas and wine as well as regular Italian dishes. It is very small but for a storefront eatery has a lovely ambiance - especially since there was a party of Italians already eating. We tried the meatballs, stuffed mushrooms and chicken skewers followed by a pizza. We thought the pizza would be single serving, but it was enough for two after the tapas. The house red was also very drinkable. The addition of Avanti now means that on Uxbridge Road within a few hundred yards of each other there are great Chinese, Thai, Lebanese and now Italian restaurants.

Absolutely disgraceful! Placed order at 4.20pm.... order arrives after 6pm!! Items missing... Food cold.... Restaurant lied saying they delivered while order but will refund £1 for the inconvenience.... Which doesn't even cover the cost of the missing items!! This isn't the first time this restaurant has been like this. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves.

Ordered it at 17:00 for delivery at 19:15 but got a text an hour and a half early saying it was on its way. Phoned and the rectified. Then they call at 19:10 to let me know it was on its way. Great. But no one comes. He ends up coming just before 20:00. The food is dry, and supposedly the cook everything every 5-15 minutes (they told me when I queried where the order was and that I had hoped I wouldn’t get the food from 2 hours ago). They gave me the wrong side. The chicken tasted of grease. Overall, not impressed. They tried to give me a £3 refund but I honestly couldn’t care less.

the restaurant didn't deliver one of my order and didn't return my call after speaking to me. restaurant is not picking up my calls after. I am still waiting for part of my food that was paid but not delivered.

Today I learnt the hard way. Chicken should never be delivered. I ate half of it and chucked it.

Two deliveries as 6 chicken pieces became 6 chicken nuggets and still came without chips. Menu needs to be made clearer. Delivery was quick on both occasions but not what wanted.

The food was inedible. The chicken wings (tough to call them that) were stale and old. The lamb was the worst I have ever seen. Restaurant wouldn’t refund but just eat helped out good customer service. Avoid this restaurant

Order was cold when brought to me. Driver was rude and could not find our address even stating on the notes where to go and speaking to the driver 3 times I still had to leave my property to get my food.(pregnant) Considering speaking to management after the delivery nothing really got resolved. Maybe hire a driver that is willing to listen to customers when they can not find the address?. Apart from that everything was standard.

Twice in a row now we have ordered and something has been missing. Both times we called and person insisted it had been sent! After realising they were at fault, they went to sort out problem and never called back!! Will not be ordering from them anymore!! and definitely wouldn’t recommend them!

Seriously flawed service. Very disappointing to call up about a mistake in the order, only to be rudely argued against. I understand mistakes happen but it's very unfair to be paying for food that cannot be eaten (due to the mistake), deal with very rude staff and not have the mistake amended. Other shops would have apologised and fixed the order. I won't be ordering from this place again. Mistakes made: - little to no peri peri on the fries (which costs extra) - fries were cold - ordered regular and large fries but both were regular (more money wasted) - requested ONLY mayo and lettuce on one burger but it was smothered in some other sauce too (they didn't think to leave out the original sauce which the burger comes with). This seems like a small thing but this led to a member of my family not being able to eat her meal as the sauce causes her nausia and vomitting

I ordered the boneless bucket and got a huge pile of chicken on the bone. I avoided anything that said spicy but my poppers were replaced with strips that I couldn't eat. Driver called from 96 instead of 69 asking where I was.

I was really unhappy with my order. I appreciate that I ordered on a busy evening but after waiting for 3 hours since ordering no food arrived. I called the restaurant several times and they were engaged. After contacting Just Eat the restaurant said that had delivered my food which they had not. I used to frequently order and this is the first time I have had an issue but it was handled so terribly I won't order from here again.

Wing and chips were great but the chicken peice were off! Tasteless you can taste the oil on the chicken

Food was cold, chicken and chips were hard and burger had the most tiniest sauce on it.

The peri peri chicken was amazing, perfectly cooked and wonderful flavour. The wings were a little dry but very hot which was nice, the chicken was great too (didn't like the onion rings, chips or salad, but those didn't make much difference), the driver was friendly and the delivery was early. Definitely have to order from here again, would definitely recommend.

£18 pounds and we thought the rubbish in the bin and the was two pieces of chicken missing chips cold sauce on and we said no sauce please don't use

The chicken was lukewarm and some was undercooked badly, the burgers were dry and flavourless, the fries were even worse. The hot wings had good flavour but I was given 12 instead of 24.

Food was inadequate to say it nicely. Took 2 hours to deliver fried chicken which should've been ready already. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Ordered mild spiced wings for myself and lemon and herb for my kids, they were both placed in the same bag making the lemon chicken to spice for my young kids. When I rang to complain I was told I was an ''idiot person" for not knowing it was the same sauce. When responded to being called an idiot I was then offed down to the shop to fight. Shocking behavior, service and food.

First of the spicy chicken fillet burger was not the original spicy coating, instead they added sweet chilli sauce! On order I was told it would be delivered 18:35 and then received an email saying it will arrive 19:05, which is ridiculous for a fast food chain. They sent us the wrong drink for one of the meals and only had 2 tissues in the bag!!

Will not order again. Ordered among other things hot wings and coleslaw. They called me they are out of hot wings and said they will have to replace it with two pieces of chicken. Well, I can't say that this is what I wanted but I thought, it's fine. When my food arrived, there was no coleslaw, but I got some beans (which I'm allergic to). I have at least been warned about the hot wings being exchanged. I have not ordered from them to get half the order changed to something I didn't and couldn't have. Also, fries that I got for the meal were already cold. The worst take away I ever got from JustEat.

Usually I'll crave for some peri peri chicken, and this is the place to go. Seasoned really well, as the chicken is full of flavour. Food came really quick, and was hot. 5/5

Third time we've ordered from them: the delivery is always on time. The food is warm and tasty and the portions definiyely worth the price!

Everything was ok - but the portion size of the chips were really bad - I paid £1.70 x 2 for tiny portions of chips, they were the size of a handful, my children were still hungry after eating them 🙈 Also the bags were all soggy
