My kids wont to the donuts i went with my family i was ask the lady who works can i have a donuts please the lady said did you see any i reply do you have she said did you see thats was so rude The staff was so rude she don't have a any customer service

One at Tesco you should try it very very nice service. Me and my brother wanted vanilla nuggets but there was only one more left so she got vanilla sticks and cut the into nuggets after we left and thanked her she forget to give Pokémon packs that came with it so she didn’t just stand and think “oh well they forget there cards it’s not my fault” she actually came to us and told us that she forget to give us them and we told her no thanks she said please take hem it comes with the nuggets and we took them and said thanks a lot. Thanks again

Asked for vanilla pretzle bites but got vanilla pretzle, kindly asked to get it replaced but the woman was ignorant and rolling her eyes at me and my friend and scoffing, we didnt get it swapped and the 2 women were talking about me and my friend

Among 2 , 1 girl is very rude at customer service. She behaves like this is what we have take it or leave. Other places they ask if I need fresh ones have to wait for so and so time. Also a veg pretzel is kept over /besides meat pretzel, why would some one go for vegetarian if they eat food touched besides meat.

Delicious food and the politeness of the staff is so warming

Arena shopping park, Coventry. Today purchased Pretzel and cinnamon sticks.. both were horrible to eat. Seems they lost the skill in baking. I asked the lady to give the fresh hot Pretzel, even then she scammed and gave the cold and off the shelf saying everything is fresh. Children couldn’t eat it.. seems good left to stand all day. Good inspector should visit and taste. Never ever will buy from them again.

I was served by 2 lovely girls today, smiles on their faces, very polite, told me to have a lovely day. Its easy to get frustrated in retail especially at the end of your shift (I used to work for auntie Anne's 10 years ago, it's hard work) but these ladies seemed happy to serve me! Assets to the team

Got the vanilla sticks today and they were stale! The bottom of them were burnt. Hard to chew. Went in the bin.

Absolutely shocking customer service wouldn't recommend. Would rather walk bit further go nandos or Greg's

Went to the store inside Ricoh Arena.. first of all staff got my order wrong and gave me a hot dog cheese and jalapeño when I ordered a cheese and jalapeño pretzel and I’m vegetarian.. returned this to the store as I thought it was just a mistake but was met with arrogance and complete rudeness from staff, who would not listen and adamant I was wrong. I have nothing to gain by placing an order for a hot dog when I’m vegetarian!! I’ve been a customer for auntie annes for years and will never buy anything from there after today’s experience and will share my experience with friends and family to make sure no one buys from there.. it’s disgusting attitude!

Arena shopping park. I bought a jalapeno cheese pretzel today(3rd Oct) after finish shopping from tesco. When i got home and openned the package . Found the whole back of the pretzel was burned and black. It looks like a shoe sole . The taste is bitter and terrible!!! I spent 3.95£ and it is Totally waste of money !!! I drove back there and show the lady what she had sell to me . She said that is what it should be looks like ! I told her i bought lots of times from here before for few years never like this before ! I will write to your head office and show them this is the food quality of your company ! She said "yeah. You can do it and the head office will not do anything ." This is what the food quality of Auntie Anne's looks like and the attitude of their stuff for treating customers !!! Will never buy again !!!

Always love stopping here when having a shopping visit! All started with a free sample and its everytime i go shopping i have to get somthing from here! The smell intises you in from a distance and makes you hungry! The choice is incredible, wouldnt of thaught of some of them but they all taste amazing, my faves are the savory options and my partner enjoys the sweet! Individual mention for the wraped hotdog peaces, so moreish😍

Member of staff who served me had such a bad attitude and was extremely rude. The food is regularly sat all day. One im town is much better.

Shame about the quality checking and management, pretzels left out all day, no stock rotation and lack of full cooking on the hotdogs. AVOID! Food left to stand all day.

Great to grab a quick bite. Fast service. Big variety of pretzels sweet and savoury with dips and drinks. Excellent loyalty scheme via their allows you to collect points for free items or money off. They sometimes have problems with the Internet so points take a while to be added to the app.
