Myself, my wife, son and Grandson stayed at this hotel last week. When I saw the scaffolding I thought “Oh dear!” But We need not have worried! The hotel is charming, warm, friendly with lots of character. The pool and steam room and bar facilities were excellent. The reception and staff were brilliant helping to make our stay even more enjoyable. The view from our room was simply stunning. We have recently travelled extensively through Europe and this hotel was in our top three. The Atlantic hotel is run as a hotel should be - many thanks to everyone. We will definitely return. Amazing location, amazing breakfast. Staff are very professional and curtious. The pool booking system is also great allowing me and my girlfriend our own privacy to enjoy the pool facilities. I would book again as it made a cheapskate like me feel rich for a couple of nights 🙂

I stayed here last night, very high price of for £180 for a tiny box room with poo left stinking in toilet and wee in the bed sheets , we were moved into another room quite late in the evening if it hadn't been so late id of drove 3 hours to go home ( wish i had of ) , were were not impressed at all, I feel robbed of my money with not a refund at all offered , the only good thing about the hole experience was the breakfast. As someone who runs their own business customers satisfaction is definitely high on my list of priorities and making sure customers are satisfied with my work is what I pride myself on, this hotel brags about how they like to make your stay amazing and that customer service is high on the list, I'm not a satisfied customer, just feel robbed not happy at all, sadly.

Great family room for four as a family. Lovely big bathroom. Tea and coffee available with cold water in the fridge, this was a nice touch as the weather was so hot. Lovely robes with slippers available. My only complaint would be that the guests above us or next to us were a bit loud and some jumping going on. This kept us awake until the noise stopped.

We've been staying at the Atlantic Hotel for a number of years, and the hotel itself is well located and very nice. However, we've had an awful experience on our latest visit. When I called to book I was quoted a price, which I thought was extremely reasonable, but the staff failed to disclose all the other charges that applied/a breakdown of the costs. When we were checking in we had to pay twice as much as the price originally quoted. That came as a real shock and left a big dent in our budget (which would have covered our holiday expenses)! I went back to reception, after putting our stuff in the room, to request a breakdown of our bill...there were about 5 members of staff at the reception and they all got on their toes, however, they were still not clear about how we had to pay nearly double the price! I feel that there has been a clear lack of communication, honesty and transparency about the price. There was no genuine attempt to apologise for all the above. This was indeed a very disappointing experience and I have to say that we will be looking elsewhere to stay in Tenby in the future. P.S. We chose to stay in this hotel to celebrate my birthday, however, bar a nice meal at a restaurant on my birthday, we practically lived on meal deals due to the shortcomings!

Room was very clean, Staff very polite and nice, breakfast choices were great, has a swimming pool which was excellent, has a lift which was very handy for my disabled gf. Lovely hotel garden across the road from the hotel, (that the staff are willing to bring guests drinks and snacks) overlooks the beach. Couldn't fault it in any way and i'm quite fussy.

If the beds were not so soft this would be a solid 5 star!

Stayed over for one night. Great location, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, breakfast was very good.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. Well decorated, very comfortable rooms and always excellent service. The staff are wonderful and go out if their way to make sure you are well cared for.

Wonderful hotel for a relaxing break. Not far from the town. In easy reach of beaches. Been there several times & service standard still high. Breakfast selection vast, cerials, fruit salad, continental or full English. Rooms clean, beds firm & staff excellent. Beer not to expensive.

It is a small but good restauran. A very nice tea is avilable here. Others facilities could not be checked It was a pleasant to visit here.
