Just got a takeaway, 40 quid. Ate the chips, ate the warm soup, tried a couple of spare ribs and chicken, lukewarm ,and everything had a really strange taste ,all the same wierd taste. The dog wouldn't touch it. I've got a portion of rice, a portion of chow main, a portion of beef curry , and a portion of something that was maybe returned in a sick bag yesterday, all unopened if anyone wants it. If not, I'm taking it to trading standards and let them share it out. PS, my own fault, it has a rating of 3 on the door, but even that should be looked at again. Please don't waste good money here.

Utterly appalling. Nearly £50 order placed got told an hour. Chased up after an hour and a half as still not arrived. Got told driver left 15 minutes ago. 10 mins later it arrived. Cold. Order refused. Spoke to manager who told us we could send it back to have it warmed up but it would be an extra half hour!

Meat is witheld in all dishes. Rip off..tried complaining before. WON'T ORDER AGAIN......RIP OFF.

I had a satay chicken fried rice the spices and fried rice was to die for but I really think they should use chicken thighs because the chicken I had was so dry I could not eat it if they used the thighs I would have paid more and every other meal I have been very happy with x

Beef was way too salty and chicken dry, noodles and chicken drumsticks is nice.

Extremely delighted with the service we have received. Me and my Grandma love it... you pay for what you get. We paid £9.60 for chicken fried rice and curry sauce it is amazing the box with the rice was absolutely bursting the lid was coming off. Would recomend. We hadn't had a Chinese since Joe passed away from the one in town and it was amazing extremely good value and I can't wait to have another

Food is disgusting, not cooked right, my daughter's sweet and sour chicken balls they where raw . So we will not use them again

Wow! First time we've ever used this take away and it definitely won't be the last. Absolutely phenomenal food, best we've tasted for a long, long time. It was so busy with people coming in to order, phoning for orders and delivery drivers in and out with orders too. The young girl answering the phone and taking orders inshop was so cool and did it all with confidence. Well done, sorry i don't know your name otherwise i would have mentioned you by name. You're doing a fab job girl!

Lovely food and a quick service .

Ordered a mushroom curry, the person on the phone repeated to me mushroom curry and it came as a prawn, rang up to let them know. Women on phone was very aggressive and told me she even double checked and that it was prawn which is incorrect she repeated mushroom back to me. Mushroom and prawn isn't really something easy to mix up. Women then was very rude telling me i can't call up and tell them and then hung up on me and when trying to call back wouldn't answer the phone. Absolutely disgusting service. I have cameras in my house due to me having a young child and have gone back through footage from when I called and can clearly hear me say mushroom curry.

Good service and excellent food, and a fair price.

Great food, friendly staff, swift service 99% of the time, can be a little slower at peak times, but its purely to do with volume of business at that time. Always helpful. Well worth a visit.

Food was cold 1 15 mins then they say we can bring one out in 30 mins not good and still not come not going to atherstone house again disappointed with the lady on the phone ride she is

Absolutely awful. When was fried rice black? When it's burned. In a restaurant you'd send it back.

Made a collection. Missed off my wife's.food. didn't realise until we got home. Called to.be met with a rude lady. Refused to believe it was her fault. Said we had to go back. We live in Nuneaton !!! Very rude and food we had was tasteless anyway. NEVER AGAIN

Missed an item of our delivery which we paid for! Then when we phoned them back up they were so rude. All we wanted was the dish we paid for or the money back and they were making us go in circles acting like they couldn't understand what we was speaking about. After a while they began to just stop talking like a child and blank the situation and began ringing us back with not saying a word. All out poor customer service, wouldn't recommend to anyone not even a dog they use for meat in their restaurant.

First time ordering from here, the food came very fast, it looked and tasted delicious, will definitely be using this place again.

Finally found a takeaway in Atherstone which presses all the right buttons, good ingredients, low salt usage, tasty food, right price and friendly, they will have a customer for life if they keep it the way it is, the only downsides and it baffles me is No card payments and No Just eats anything that will get them more custom ...

If you like the taste of watered down piss then order chowmein. Get the seaweed if you want to taste the actual ocean, or maybe even the beef in green pepper and black bean sauce if you want a dish full of just mushrooms! absolutely disgusting! Wouldn’t eat there again even if I was dying of hunger!!!

Very very polite staff, every time we have visited they are always welcoming and friendly. The food is very good and the portions are very good. I would have to say that its amazing value for money and the best Chinese in Atherstone.

Most consistent Chinese Takeaway with generous portion sizes. Almost opposite the bus station and toilets, the owners have run this business for a few years. Parking is possible outside, with a couple of options near by. Clean environment. Sea weed available on the menu.
