Yesterday I ordered fry soft noodles. Why do you put me noodles with sauce chau may ? Ribs were just bones . Every time I say, I give them last chance. It was really last time. Never ever! I will go to another .

Not nice at all. Wrong chicken, bland, wet soggy chips prawn crackers funny taste. Chicken balls fatty egg fried rice funny taste. Just really a aweful experience

The staff were very helpful and friendly,also any enquiries were dealt with with no problem and that thanked us for our custom. There very friendly and always have a smile on their faces,and also ask if there is a problem with the delivery service as we usually have our meal delivered.

A nice place for a takeaway if someone would actually answer the phone. After 45 minutes of constant calling and being cutoff I have give up they don't want the custom. Edit : drove past 10 minutes after post and the place is empty . They are obviously too lazy to answer the phone.

Chinese fried noodles are of good quality

Just had our first takeaway from here after moving to the area. We thought we would try a mixed selection to see how it tasted. We ordered chicken and sweetcorn soup, mixed appetisers 11b, salt and pepper king prawn, crispy duck with plum sauce and egg fried rice. We can honestly say the food was superb. The soup was fresh and tasty, but not too thick and gloopy. The mixed appetisers were a lovely combination, with an interesting variety of prawn toasts, mini spring rolls, dry spare ribs and crispy battered chicken wing pieces with subtle flavours. The salt and pepper king prawn turned up with the container vented, stopping the batter from going soggy and tasted sublime and crispy. The crispy duck in plum sauce was a new experience with a battered breast of duck, sliced and resting on a sticky plum sauce with pineapple chunks. This way of cooking practice was new to us and a refreshing twist on the usual presentation of the dish. Fried rice is fried rice, but the whole meal turned up 40 minutes after ordering on a busy Saturday night and was duly dispatched. There is nothing left! We will order again, thank you guys and gals😊

Must say worst Chinese I've had for years. Ordered stir fry 3 delicious......what a false name this dish is ! Firstly the " 3 " must have been for the amount of small pieces of meat it contained.....and delicious ??? What ??? Opened the tub at home to a dish of 95% beansprouts. Took it straight back and ordered a refund to be met by very rude woman insisting that's how it comes and all her customers love it. All I can say to those customers go try this dish from other local Chinese takeaways and compare. Rude staff......awful food.......steer clear

Upon recommendation, I ordered for the first time this evening. Without a doubt, below average. Crispy chilli beef: not much flavour and hardly any sauce. Also, you could put some fresh chilli and spring onion on top as a garnish. Satay chicken: too much oil and the satay needs to have a more peanut flavour. I phoned my order through and the person that answered the phone just said ‘hello’….not very professional. One more thing, what Chinese takeaway doesn’t offer crispy seaweed? I’ve yet to find crispy chilli beef in Nuneaton that’s as good as Paw Paw in Leamington!

Had to write a review! I had an incredible dinner from here at the weekend. It had been a long day and i didnt want to cook. Fresh, hot and tasted stunning. Really the best takeaway i have ever had hands down.

Egg foo was lovely the large spring rolls where are delicious our current favourite Chinese for the last 4 years. We had it too quick to take a photo will try and remember next time

Worst Chinese I have ever had spare ribs smelt off. rice was burnt and curry was like water I would avoid this place

Absolutely awful used this Chinese for nearly 20 years and will not be using it again. Fed up of paying a lot of money for a takeaway and receiving food that I would not even feed my dog. Spare ribs smelt off, rice was over cooked and there was no egg in it. Since it changed hands it has gone completely down hill. I should have listened to my friend who had food poisoning from the place who told me to stop using it. Disgusting.

New to the area and our neighbor recommend this one. We have had 3 takeaways now and each one we have enjoyed. We wont order from anywhere else. Plenty of food for the price and very tasty.

Entré en new oriental después de un precioso nuevo en años Nuneaton, 2017 iba a ser mi año hasta que fui a la orden. Pensé que sabía qué! Yo voy a tratar a un buen pollo dulce y agria hoy. Caminé hasta el mostrador y puse mi pedido con la señora china en la barra entonces ella respondió pelotas de pollo? Yo repetí 4 VECES NO dulce y agria pollo después de este tiempo de su repetir pelotas de pollo? Sólo aceptadas había perdido este argumento y teníamos que pedir eso. Yo nunca en mi vida he sido tan frustrado que empecé a pregunta estoy racista para el desagrado de su? Llevé las bolas grasientas a mi casa de amigos en gran decepción básicamente arruinó mi noche. Tenía llevar no disfrutar de la última noche. Me pareció que id intentarlo de nuevo debido a malas comidas en el pasado para ver si habían mejorado, y no pude hacer saveway a través de la carretera. Precio alto para lo que te dan y la comida no estaba a la altura no disfrute y 12.00 para una comida para 1 lo que sucedió a las antiguas comidas que utiliza para ir por 6,00 y de mejor calidad.

Visited this Chinese to grab some food and I have never been here before.I was the only customer and ordered sweet & sour chicken Hong Kong style with rice and chips £8.70. Which I thought was on the more expensive side.Whilst making my order I saw the Food Hygiene rate as 3/5 I was concerned but too late as I had already ordered.Whilst waiting I heard no cooking from the kitchen (which you normal would at chineses) BUT I did hear a microwave door and then buttons being pressed.Was concerned!Within 3 minutes received my food.Even more concerned as that confirmed to me it was microwaved.Took it home and I can only describe as a breaded chicken breast plonked on the top of some sweet n sour sauce.Never seen anything like that!I cut into it and it was tough and it had to be pulled apart when I chewed it it was tough and chewy.Needless to say I took it back!! I have never ever returned to a takeaway venue and complained about the food that much where I haven't been able to eat it.They took it off me and gave me my money back.I certainly won't be going there again!Don't waste your time there's nicer and cheaper chineses about don't settle for this place

Siempre intentamos y apoyar a las empresas locales pero que se pone muy difícil cuando lo básico de servicio al cliente no se cumplió, pedir a las 6 de la tarde para entrega en 7,45 pm. Después de llamar a las 8 de la tarde que buscara ordenar comida llega a 8,15 pm casi frío. Ni disculpa, ningún descuento. Sólo una encogida. Muy pobre.

This is our local takeaway and although we have tried others we keep returning because they do a great tasty chicken curry, my husband has mixed grill and the kids have chow mein, we have no complaints. Delivery is quick normally and friendly delivery man.

We decided to try this takeaway 1st time in years and can honestly say we won't be going back ,we ordered chicken fried rice and chicken omelette and beef chow mein we ended up sending them all back the chicken smelt funny and didn't taste very nice in my opinion the chicken was off they tried to tell us it was the soya sauce which they use in there dishes (yeah right) anyway we received our money back so will be going elsewhere in the future.

We order chicken curry, mixed grills and chow mein usually and we really enjoy them. Nice chicken, nice sauce and Speedy delivery. I would recommend.

I find Chinese food much like McDonalds, if you just have Curry or ribs, all of them are pretty standard. The only thing that sets these guys apart from the rest is the speed of the delivery.Solid good Chinese, with added speedy delivery.

Good Chinese takeaway which is the nearest one to where I live, but some dishes i've had in the past have been awful. Crispy Chilli Beef was not the thin, crispy pieces of beef you would expect, but thick, chewy strips which have been coated in flour, fried and had sweet and sour sauce dumped over it. Awful. But everything else I've had has been pretty good, so i would recommend.

This Chinese take away offers a great choice of food at a reasonable price. This is our regular shop and we have never had a bad meal. Amazing too how everything will be 'ten minutes'!They offer delivery but we have never used this service.Try it, it's good

So I came back to see the family this weekend, and they decided to get a takeaway from New Oriental in Chapel End (simply because its the nearest takeaway to where we live). We've been going here for a long time, and its not a bad Chinese takeaway. I just find it quite average, compared to other Chinese takeaways in the area such as Golden Bridge. My parents tend to go for a very British takeaway (chips, egg fried rice, chow mein, curry sauce, chicken foo yung, prawn crackers) and they do this quite well. However, i've tried other items off the menu and they range from "not bad" to "pretty awful". Don't order crispy chilli beef. Instead of small, thin strands of crispy beef tossed in a sweet chili sauce, you get big lumps of chewy beef, fried in flour and tossed in sweet and sour - not very nice. Overall - if your in the area of Hartshill, Galley Common, Chapel End or Camp Hill. give New Oriental a go and you'l get not a bad takeaway. But there are better one's in the area.
