La orden telefónica para cobrar, contada por orden de la dama, era correcta tal como la había hecho ella. Llegué a casa, todo el pedido estaba mal, cobrado de más por el precio del menú. Volví y me trataron como si estuviera equivocado a pesar de que admitieron que me cobraron de más y que el pedido fue incorrecto. La excusa que tenían era "estamos ocupados hoy" con un servicio deficiente y poco dispuestos a resolver. Ha sido un cliente habitual durante mucho tiempo. Será poco probable que regrese aquí.

Tuve una hermosa envoltura de pollo a la parrilla de carbón a la parrilla. ¡Era muy sabroso y bastante saludable también! La camarera fue muy servicial y me dio algunas sugerencias antes de pedir.

Aquí EWent anoche y estuvimos muy contentos con el servicio, la comida y el personal encantador. La comida estaba bien presentada, con generosas porciones. Me pareció que no había suficiente tiempo entre campos de la atmósfera era un poco aburrido necesita un poco más de toque medio oriental con colores cálidos y acogedores? El restaurante es una pequeña joya encantadora y amable poco justo en el corazón de Tottenham. ¡Definitivamente volveremos.

Este lugar, ante todo, es kool. Desde los principiantes (siempre me pongo sopa de pollo y es bueno) a los platos principales a la parrilla (siempre me dan una parrilla mixta) y es agradable. Mirando a probar el pescado al lado. PERO El servicio no es bueno y no son amigables y no me gusta cuando el servicio es así, a veces ofrecen té turco después de terminar la comida, pero no siempre (debe ser siempre después de terminar la comida). Me he dado cuenta de que tratan a los clientes de manera diferente allí, lo que no es agradable, todos deberían ser tratados por igual. Si su servicio fue bueno y amable, les habría dado una mejor revisión, hasta ese momento solo puedo decirte lo que he experimentado y si cambian su actitud, entonces me encontrarás una vez más dando una crítica honesta. Es una pena que el servicio sea así porque me gusta su comida. Gracias por leer.

I needed to find a decent restaurant in Tottenham and Ates came highly rated. On arrival, I was a bit dismayed by its appearances as it looks like most other cafes along a High Road and I guess that I was expecting something a bit smarter and luxurious but we were there, so we went in and were very pleased that we did. Service was very good, prices reasonable, large varied menu and the food was exceptional - far better than I've had in posher, more expensive restaurants elsewhere. We had one of their set platters, consisting of cold starters and hot main, which was £25 and was more than ample for 3 of us plus a bag to take home. Would definitely use again if i'm in the area!

Nous avons commandé deux kebabs sur assiettes et une pizza turque, nous en avons eu pour 22,50£ Les produits étaient frais, ma sauce tomate maison, et la réalisation tout à fait convenable. Content de notre visite dans ce restaurant

Really good Turkish food at very reasonable prices. Everything we ordered arrived quickly and tasted excellent. The staff were very friendly and had a good sense of humour.

I was in this place just before. I have eaten Kebap and stayed 2 hours. The place was almost empty but I was told that I have to leave! I said to him that the place was not full and also almost empty! But he said I stayed too much😳 Actually I stayed 2 hours and in this time I have eaten and drank teas.. I found him very rude and the behaviour was disgusting!

This is a nice cosy place, the food is good and tasty, the staff is helpful, I am happy it is around the corner and can always visit for a tasty Turkish meal

With logs fixed into the wall as if ready to stash into the fire, this place made us feel like we were in a small restaurant up in the Alps eating after skiing :) The food service is considerate and Turkish tea is always offered after the meal. Nice place in the heart of Tottenham; definitely a warm-welcoming people's restaurant.

This is a good restaurant, good quality, good price and friendly staff, I recommended the Adana meat and the yogurtlu.

Good food but average. I have tasted better in green lanes but it is £2 cheaper then restaurants in Green lanes. The owners are really nice but the male staff are not clued up when it comes to service. You need to tell him to bring plates, tell him you want tea, tell him you want source. This is standard practice that they should offer rather then customer always tell you what he wants. They don't even offer tea unlike other turkish restaurants I have been too. The old female staff that use to work there before were really good but their service lets them down. Food portion is less but I guess you get what you pay for compared to the restaurants in Green Lanes.

There are no shortage of Turkish Restaurants in this part of North London. This one happens to be local to me, being 10 minutes walk from home. Restaurant has a good selection of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. It is probably fair to say you won't get skimped on portion sizes, My usual meal of a cold starter, bread and Pide (Turkish Pizza) with a salad is always well prepared and very filling. Staff always friendly and despite popular will always have spare tables so you can pretty much turn up any time to eat.
