ASK Italian - Faversham in Swale

We were met and seated by our waitress Bella who was friendly sociable and polite. She took great care in making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant evening.

Fabulous service, in particular from the lady who served us (Bella). Food was delicious, couldn't fault the evening.

A long wait for food. Main course, pollo milanese, chicken was tough and chewy, brocolli was cold. Not good value for money. Need discount vouchers to eat here.

The staff in particular are amazing, so friendly and kind. I go there every Thursday with my two year old daughter and they go the extra mile every time to entertain and spoil her. The food is also very good, always hot, always tasty. Well done guys 👍

Our waitress Roxana was lovely and very professional, took an excellent care about us during our evening what is very rare nowadays. I've been coming to this Italian restaurant in Faversham for years, both for quick meals and special occasions. Every time, I've had a great experience. Italian food is my favorite, and the new additions to the menu are absolutely delicious. The staff is always friendly, and the manager, Roxana, is incredibly helpful and caring. She went above and beyond during my last birthday dinner, making the evening extra special. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely little place and the food is beautiful every-time without fail

Great food and great atmosphere with a reasonable price tag

An absolutely amazing waitress served us and gave super advice in relation to the drinks and food menu. The welcome received was as one would expect, even when busy. This was definitely the case and besides the food being excellent, the atmosphere added to the experience. We will definitely be back for more of the same. Thank you to the staff for a most enjoyable time in your restaurant.

We came as a large group and attention to detail as well as managing our group were superb. Both Roxana and Claudia were fantastic. Thank you ladies and all the fantastic kitchen staff who manage to prepare our food quick and delicious. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Ask Italian in Faversham was fab. Has an extensive GF (gluten free) menu with many opinions for starters, pasta, pizza and incredible deserts. it was refreshing to have such choice. Staff were wonderful

Being Hop Festival we made sure to book! We were greeted and seated straight away. You could tell that it had been busy and still was but all the staff were welcoming and spent time at the table. We waited slightly longer than usual for drinks and food but we hardly noticed this as the atmosphere was so good as was the company. Bella did an amazing job, even took our order without needing to write it down, and gave recommendations which were spot on! With lots of people walking-in without a booking, the staff did a brilliant job at getting them seated and served as soon as possible. Both Bella and Hannah were fantastic and I will be returning again soon!

Good food. Amazing service as usual. I have eaten here with family dozens of if times and have never been able to find fault with either food or service.

First time visiting an Ask Italian, we went to the Faversham restaurant. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by our server, Yasmin, who asked us how many people, indoor or outdoor seating and if we had any dietary restrictions. Quick, efficient and polite service. Once we were seated in the walled garden (beautiful by the way) were given the menus and a sample of their in-house made lemon and raspberry -ade which was very nice. After approximately 5 minutes Yasmin asked if we’re ready to order, she took our order and came back after another 3 minutes with our drinks. We ordered starters and mains, the time between receiving our drinks to the starters arrival was perfect. Food quality, portion size and taste were nothing short of amazing. There was a longer wait between the starter and main, as expected, which gave ample time to talk to the better half! The mains again were brilliant, we chose from the summer specials menu, quality and portions were again perfect. Our server, Yasmin, was polite, cheerful and attentive, can’t ask better and to be honest can’t remember a time when I’ve had better service, she made the (rare) trip out that much more special. Overall, the quality, speed and atmosphere of this restaurant was amazing. I will not hesitate to return.

I think this was the first time I've been to Ask. Very happy with the service and the food was wonderful. Totally full up after, decent portions, decent price. Our service was superb. Thank you so much.

At 20:30 I made an online reservation for 20:45 from a list of available times on the Ask website (later slots were available), which was promptly confirmed on a email. We arrived on time but no one knew about our booking. We were rather insultingly called "cheeky" for making a late reservation, and despite having 45 minutes until closing, they claimed they might only be able to serve us fish because they were closing at 21:30. If the reservation time is offered, it should be honoured. We left frustrated by the poor customer service and found a pleasant meal elsewhere.
