Had a 3 course meal here before a show . It was very good and the service was excellent aswell . Thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Maria was helpful and kind. We came for my son’s birthday with 8 other children and she was nothing but accommodating. Food was great and came quickly.

I was at O2 Arena and I wanted to have Italian food for lunch. I tried this place which I did not know. Maria did a great job for the welcoming and service. Food was good but the brownie which is ok but not amazing.

The location is great, but a portion of pasta costs almost 18£, at this price I expect to get something decent, not 200 grams of pasta and only 4 shrimps in the pasta, I also got other types of pasta and the same. very small portions and not even very tasty, I ate only because I was hungry, the appetizer is very mediocre, 2 slices of salami and 2 slices of coppa italiana, a mozzarella and raccola to cover everything the plate, and the price is a reasonable one of almost 16£.. I will not repeat the experience of coming to an Ask Italian restaurant in the UK

Came here on Saturday lunch for a friend's sons 10th birthday. About 20 kids and adults. Laura our waitress was exceptional. Super friendly and a joy with the kids despite the noise. The food was delicious. Service brilliant. Highly recommend. Isabelle

We had an amazing time dining at this restaurant... We were welcomed and seated quickly despite it being a busy day with the C2C festival. The staff were cheerful and checked on us multiple times. The food was a delight and everything was served quickly.. the mushroom starter dish was my favourite... We had several meals at Ask Italian branches and it never fails to impress us.

Nothing can justify the price when the food is that bad. Even pizza and bread were extremely basic.

Myself and my sister visited Ask Italian at the O2 before Sabrina Carpenter’s concert on the 9th of March 2025. We were served by manager Laura and she was incredible! She seated us, took our orders and within 15 mins of being there, our food was ready! Her fast service and friendly, witty nature meant we enjoyed a lovely meal in a fantastic atmosphere which really set the mood for the rest of the evening. (She even took a picture of my nails because she loved them so much!) 10/10 would recommend!

Seven of us ate here. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The staff were very helpful and polite. The food was the normal Italian offerings - pizza, pasta etc. The food was well presented and hot. The pizzas were good although the risotto was rather tasteless. Prices were reasonable. The restaurant was not very busy for a Friday evening so lacked a bit of atmosphere.

Visited in the afternoon after lunch hour. Was very quiet but the food and service was excellent. Laura the manager was brilliant. She was very attentive and made us feel very welcome.

We come from Germany and went to this restaurant for pizza and pasta. The dishes were delicious and our waitress “Laura” was super friendly.

Beautiful setting. Quick and friendly service . Even though we were there before a concert we didn’t feel rushed to get the table back.

Came here before a gig, so it was busy but we got seated quite fast. A male waiter slipped and fell on my partner quite roughly elbowing him in the back and didn’t even acknowledge that it had happened, let alone apologised? It was very strange, another waiter also dropped a pizza on the floor - understand that it was busy & they were rushing but they just needed to slow down. The food was very mid, I had the veggie carbonara & I don’t think the lardons were cooked, the sauce lacked flavour it was just… mid. My partner had something with burrata which was definitely just mozzarella. Service was weirdly fast. Wouldn’t go back or recommend to others.

We had to wait about 40min in a queue on a busy Sat night before the concert but it was worth it. Food came quick, 3 courses meal in 1 hour, everything was fresh and well made and service from manager Laura was just perfect. She really made a difference to our experience and was serving everyone with a smile and was very friendly and polite. What a breath of fresh air she was. Very hard to find in a busy place like the O2 and most restaurants these days. Will be coming back one day. Thank you Laura!

Laura , manager from Full Hearted Italian is the best. She was very welcoming and amazing lady , big thank’u for everything . We will come next time for sure. Best place to spend some time with friends or family, highly recommended.

Going to see Cyndi Lauper at The O2 and thought we would grab a bite at ASK Italian before the event. We weren't disappointed by the pizza (prima is huge!), which was delivered swiftly by our server Maria. Didn't have time for dessert, but Maria was a treasure making sure we had everything we needed. Girls just want to have fun, after all!!

Ask Italian, which we came to by chance, had a completely different experience with Laura and its wonderful atmosphere. They made our day and our stomach happy with their humble attitude, wonderful attention and Schot's wonderful photo frames. I think there is no such delicious Pizza in Italy. Thank you Laura💕

It was a very busy night but the service was so good! Food was brought quickly, are needs taken care of and seated straight away on walk in. Arkadivsz and the manager Laura in particular, went above and beyond for our family of 3.

Before I went to the Ateez concert (o2 Arena) on January 27th, 2025, I went to eat there. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the order arrived quickly, as you would expect. The conditions and the slightly older, slim gentleman at the reception were courteous and nice. But the pizza didn't taste anything special and I paid 19 pounds for it instead of 17 pounds. It was very new to me that she adds an extra 2 pounds to the price with every payment because that is considered a tip, that's what the waitress told me

Show night is always ‘heaving’ and I usually wind up feeling disappointed as I opt for the eatery with the shortest queue. This time I waited for a place at ‘Ask Italian’ and I’m so glad I did. From the welcoming drink. (Homemade lemonade) to the banter of the staff especially manager Laura, the food and atmosphere, our night out was made very special. Thank you.

Went to the O2 for a family show. After queuing for nearly 20 minutes, watching the host sauntering around, we were told there were no pizzas as their oven was out of action. It would have been better if they'd put a notice on the door, or at least told everyone who was queuing outside the situation.

Michelle was our waitress and we found her very friendly and helpful.

I’m only giving this restaurant experience 3-stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ and I feel bad for that, but let me explain; Our visit was prior to a watching a family show at the O2, so it was very busy, all the popular eateries had queues outside - we went for ASK as it had a shorter queue but as we patiently waited there seemed to be free tables, others pushing past. When did eventually get seated the experience was not relaxed, staff rushing about everywhere stretched to their max was the vibe I got from them. Which, I have to say was not their fault, obviously doing the best they could given how busy it was….. so I’m thinking poor planning, management didn’t get the rotor right, maybe just not enough staff… who knows 🤷🏼‍♂️ but it felt chaotic. Food took about 30 mins, maybe a little long but we kinda expected that given how busy it was. That said, staff were very nice and the food was served hot, tasty and was enjoyed by the three of us. I think it was expensive however for basically 3 pizzas including one child’s pizza over £70..!!

Starters (meatball) came dry and cold, prawns were dry and tasteless, lasagne bites - dry, pigs in the blanket- average, and pizza was mean with toppings.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. We were very, very satisfied with our choice. It was important for us that our 3-year-old daughter had a tasty and healthy dinner. And the fact that she ate all the bolognese pasta definitely proves that it was very tasty. But the first thing that struck us was the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant. We would especially like to note the manager Laura, she was very polite, very kind and extremely attentive to us and our daughter. She immediately said she offered felt-tip pens and a coloring book for the child. She also offered free fruit to our daughter after dinner. My husband and I also had a delicious meal, we were very satisfied. We will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to our friends.
