We really enjoyed our meal - ordered through Deliveroo, sadly the food was cold and the driver had to wait for us to arrive home as the tracking on the app wasn't working! The food however, was exceptional! We will be coming back to dine in! Thanks a lot

A rip off sadly- tasty food but the amount we got for 66 quid was tiny. Was expecting far bigger servings for that amount of money. Won’t be ordering again for that reason, unfortunately.

My wife and I had a very nice lunch here after a long walk. We hadn't intended to go anywhere for lunch but when we came across the restaurant and saw the very good lunch offer we decided to stop for a rest and refreshment. We had the lunch set menu, 2 courses and lemongrass tea / jasmine tea which came to £31.28 including the service charge. The food was very good, service lovely, and the surroundings were a quiet little haven from the busy street outside. I really enjoyed the lemongrass tea, so fresh and not from a bag.

Food was good (ignore the reviewer who says the Green Curry is too 'watery', because that it how they do it in Thailand). However, the service was very slow. We were there for almost an hour and half, just for starters, a main, and a drink. It wasn't even that busy.

The best Thai food I've had outside Thailand. Called in after the rugby with my wife. Great friendly service. Super atmosphere. What is more important was the food. Mixed seafood green spicy curry... Wow.... Chicken red curry superb. Fresh ingredients and lots of different flavours.

Wow.. what an amazing time with friends and family! The food was amazing!! Authentic Thai cuisine. Must try their Milk Ice Tea.. one of the best. Exceptional service and quick. Bishal our go to person from the restaurant was great and an exception customer experience by him! Thank you for your splendid experience. Do not forget to try their Mint Dark Chocolate.. it just freshens your mouth after a wonderful lunch / dinner. These are complimentary.

What can I say. Disappointed to say the least . Waited over 1 hour to have a starter and another 1.5 hours for a main .Although quite tasty the food wasn't exactly hot and they had the mordacity to put a service charge on the bill . Not impressed at all. Travelled 3 hours to celebrate my wife's birthday with my son in Richmond and was not impressed. Service was OK - but not over impressive, nothing to shout home about . Left the restaurant hungry cold and robbed . Will not be returning to a very boring not impressive Thai meal . 😢Not Impressed. Gwberry from Shropshire

A quiet Sunday visit I had the chicken volcano with extra vegetables and coconut rice, service was quick and friendly but I was the only customer.

My wife cooks Thai food most days so I know good Thai cuisine when I see it. This is one of my favourites. Amazing flavour, exquisite presentation. Come here to see an example of what's possible.

Tried a lot of Thai food in my time, this is one of my favourites. Immaculate food, beautiful restaurant.

Service for was friendly and timely. It's definitely an upscale priced restaurant and since I've had really good quality Thai food for less in other restaurants in this are, I don't think I'll be back or recommend this one. That said, I won't ever forget their amazing fried Calamari, it was absolutely delicious!

Portion sizes are small, so you end up spending a lot of money to be full.

I've been walking past this restaurant for years into Richmond, but went in when a visitor had a yearning for thai food. Oh boy - I realise that I've been missing out on really great food and lovely staff. Warm enough to sit outside in the garden area which was a surprise. We particularly loved the mixed starter option and the Pad Thai. Reasonably priced for a local restaurant - I've been twice now :-)

Lovely wonderful angelic lady that worked there who was responsible for our table. She was so nice and recommended such a great dish to me. Such a nice atmosphere to the place and the dish I got was very flavorful! (It was the whole sea bass) Highly recommend sitting outside - it was very pretty and calm and relaxing.

While the ingredients were seemingly fresh and the flavors balanced, there was nothing particularly special that set it apart from a standard Thai you could get elsewhere for much cheaper. The portion size, in particular the Som Tum Thai salad, was also a letdown, especially given the high price. I expected enough to serve at least two people, but what arrived seemed barely sufficient for one. Service was good and the atmosphere was decent, but when it came to value for money on the food, I was left wanting more.

It was my 1st time in this restaurant. The food was amazing. Chicken satay is my favourite, but chicken satay in this restaurant is wooow! The waitresses were lovely and proffesional and the place looks so nice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant🙂

The food was full of flavours and fresh, we love thai food and stumbled across this when we stayed in Richmond. The staff were lovely and very kind. Definitely would go back again. They have a beautiful seating area outside

We went on a Saturday night and they seemed understaffed. Service was slow, and I felt most of the food was quite bland. Chicken satay served with a very small amount of peanut sauce on the side. They missed the soup from the starters and brought it with the main. Also they brought the mushroom version rather than the requested prawn one. The Tom Yum was good and the best thing we had. The green curry was too watery and way too mild for a green curry. We waited 35 mins between starter plates being taken away and our mains coming. Service charge was still put on which we reluctantly paid and left. Overall not a great experience, underwhelming food, and doubt we would return.

Great little restaurant, every dish we had was great! The satay and spareribs starters were surprisingly good and both our stir-fry mains were delicious! The only thing I would fault them on is that it took a really long time till we got out mains and the restaurant was half empty... Not sure how they handle the restaurant when it's full... Nonetheless if you have the patience and don't come ravenous, I would highly recommend this little gem!

Really tasty Thai food incorporating quality ingredients. The food and service was outstanding. Every single dish we ordered was extraordinary and so incredibly tasty. The chilli oil was the best I have ever tasted and was a lovely addition to already exquisite food. There were four members of staff responsible for an already full restaurant and they worked in unison to ensure that the service was just incredible. I am sorry that I forgot to take pictures but I was just too busy enjoying the food.

6 of us arrived at about 8pm on a Saturday having been let down by another restaurant and so without a booking. They were quite busy but were willing to move tables to accommodate us. Wonderful staff, meal and wine - at a very reasonable price too. We were all agreed: we will return (having booked this time!). Thank you for not letting a great day get spoilt.

Thank-you to the 2 lovely waitresses who made our Valentines so special, and to the amazing chefs for the incredible food. Myself and my partner absolutely love this restaurant every time we come. Service last night may have been a little slower than usual but it didn't stop us from appreciating every moment we spent in the restaurant and in fairness it was not their fault. We cannot wait to come back again soon! Thank you again <3

We really enjoyed our lunch. The food was super tasty. Staff are lovely and great customer service. Great place to eat before a rugby game as easy walk (25 mins) to Twickenham Stadium. Will definitely eat here again.

I dined here with family and there was only one server for the whole restaurant. We asked for water 4 times and it eventually arrived. The food was nice, but in the Green Beef Curry, the meat was chewy. Other than that, the rest of the dishes were fab and the Thai milk tea is a must!

Excellent food, service and staff.

We had the soft shell crab special and sirloin steak which was cooked to perfection. Excellent customer service very attentive to our needs and accomodating. We have thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back soon. Great portions and wine of course thank you!!

Wonderful outdoors seating area in summer. Great service - fast and efficient and fantastic food that's authentic, wholesome and extremely well priced. Definitely worth a second visit. Must have the squid, the green curry with sticky rice, the mussalam chicken curry, the som tam salad and the laab gai.

Booked a table for our anniversary on a Sunday and was absolutely devastated by the time it took to arrive at the table. Booked for 8pm and didn’t get our main till 9pm. Two tables came after us and were served long before us. The restaurant was not busy as it was Sunday. The main meal was awful and when I complained about our the whole episode they offered us a chocolate brownie with ice cream. Happy Anniversary Not!

There is a nice garden area and a semi garden area plus the inside area. Staff are very helpful and good service. Several round tables which is good for talking over dinner. Food was good and a wide range. I enjoyed my pad Thai. Varied drinks menu. There are different 'chilli'ratings depending on how hot you like food.

3 star and that's all because the staff is friendly, food on other hand is not authentic and lacked the intensity of spice. Suitable for those who have little to no like for spices

Great restaurant that I would highly recommend. The staff were very friendly and we sat in the rear garden area, which was enclosed in a marquee (thankfully as it was raining). The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I had the Tom Kha soup with prawns and the green curry with chicken and some coconut rice. I had fresh lemongrass tea to drink. All of this was deliveries although perhaps with a tad too much coconut cream - but that’s my palette. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is just because my food was a little too creamy for my taste and also because I have to be really impressed with a place to give it 5 stars. I guess I’m just a harsh judge! However, let me sum it up this way, I would be happy to come here again and for the price you’re paying I think it’s very good value for money and I don’t think you can go wrong with this place. Thank you to all the staff.

Ever since I discovered this restaurant it has become one of my favourite places to eat. A bit slow the service I have to admit but other than that food is delicious and the staff is very nice

Very average and terrible service. As a patron I'm fed up going to places with terrible service because of lack of staff, why do we have to pay usual prices then! The tempura prawns weren't, crumbed is not tempura which should be in a light batter. The green curry chicken was tasteful but why do we have to buy rice separately with a curry dish? More money grabbing. When the main was delivered I asked for another beer, still waiting for it.... Only 2 wait staff and one disappeared for about 15 minutes to do a delivery, yet again what about the patrons in restaurant. I could see into the kitchen and the use of hands on the food was disturbing, I won't go back.

Far too expensive, extortionately overpriced. You should not be adding service charges to bills. That's very greedy. The customer must choose whether they want to pay above the already extortionate prices for "service", which by definition is part of eating in a restaurant, to be served by waiters and waitresses. You need to become more like the real Thailand and make your prices far more reasonable, so they are within comfortable reach of working class people

Food was fantastic, as was the service by Anthony and Tony and zarchi. Desserts were amazing too.

Really cozy environment, staff were lovely, especially Zarchi, she looked after us really well, and the food was 10/10! The desserts were delicious.

Came in a few months ago and was met by an amazing barmen who was really friendly and seated me and my wife very quickly and not to mention his gin and tonics were superb. However, came in this evening and was met by really rude staff and I asked one of the younger workers where the barmen was and they replied saying he was released and the reasons where never made clear to the barmen or other colleagues.

Has had the best chicken satay for years. Love their coconut rice too.

Had a pretty disastrous Mother's Day meal here. Had to wait 15 minutes for the pre-booked table to be made up. You have to order on an app, which doesn't contain much information about what the dishes are, yet you order drinks via your waiter!? One waiter - who clearly needed more training - managed to spill two drinks over me and my children. Food took quite a long time to come out of the kitchen. The lemon tea didn't taste of lemon (even when we aked for some more lemon juice) and needed more sugar; was also full of ice, and this was worth £4.50!? Replacement drinks still took a long time to come, and we had to chase up other drinks later on in the meal. The food itself was OK, but we asked for the sea bass to be filleted on the app and it didn't come out like that. Portions are not that large for the price - certainly not sharing size. Manager did give us a free starter and seemed to reduce the drinks bill, but communication throughout the meal was really poor and generally service left a lot to be desired.

Very tasty food - fresh, generous portion and flavoursome. Thank you to the chef. The missing one star is because the waitress could have been more friendly and smiley. She was very attentive but a bit robotic. Will definitely visit again for the food. :)

Not as good as it used to be… I went to the restaurant a while back when it was a true family business. Great service, quality of food and welcoming atmosphere. It’s not like that now and we’ve moved be ues From. Our weekly meal. The sirloin is tough, the portions smaller and the service is ‘confused’. We couldn’t get all the dishes served at the same time, wrong things came and the service seemed to imply it was our fault. We did come back for a few weeks thinking it may be ‘a one off’. But sadly not the case. If there is a new manager / owner please take note. Customers vote with their feet

We went there for lunch with my family. I have a newborn. The restaurant was very cold. My husband ordered a sizzling dish, and we felt even colder when the food came. I asked the waitress why is it so cold in here she said that she had to open the doors because of the smoke! I was shoked. Its mid jan and freezing cold outside surely they should have an indoor extracting system. We didnt enjoy the food because of that and i left there with a headache. We wont be coming back!

Really nice Thai restaurant. Great food, superb staff who were so good to us and nothing was too much. I will definitely come here again. And to top it off, the meat is all HALAL!! It doesn't get any better. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

We got Deliveroo from this place - the duck was completely inedible and smelled horrible, we had to bin it straight away and order from somewhere else.

I booked online. I arrived and unfortunately England had been playing at Twickenham the restaurant was rammed. They offered us a table at the very front of the restaurant next to the rowdy drunken rugby fans waiting for a table or a table outside. It...

Cold food on delivery and very chewy beef. Very disappointing overall.

Yesterday I reserved a table for 16 people for 13th Nov. After a bit of internal checking (due to rugby game on the day), they confirmed to me that the reservation was on. Today (by chance), I floated by to double-check on the reservation. I was told , rather summarily, that they wouldn't honour it!! Presumably our custom is not as favourable as the rugby patrons', or so at least the manager made it appear! Rather matter of factly and with a fairly blase attitude. Interesting thing is, that no one called me to tell me this. So if perchance, I hadn't gone there today, 16 of us would have landed up on the 13th and been given the 'bird!' The manager's demeanour was extremely poor, most indifferent and seemingly he just couldn't care less. I know this review won't matter a fig to Asiatique since 'in person' behaviour was so foul - but I just feel I had to vent and share

In 2 hours we only received one drinks order and our starters, after 2 hours of waiting without any main courses or further drinks service we had no choice but to leave, we paid the bill in full without any compensation, the service charge was only removed after we protested about the 2 hour wait.

Excellent food and excellent service. We sat out in the garden and it was just lovely, they have heaters so will even be nice going into winter.

Really really impressed by the food here!! The beef dish we ordered was fantastic, and the duck curry was wow!! Very flavoursome and authentic, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was really good too, we sat in the outdoor marquee bit, which had heat lamps.

Lovely Thai restaurant delicious flavours.

Theres aren't many halal Thai options in London and this place really impressed me. The sirloin steak is amazing and the outside garden is a great place to sit on a summer evening.

My partner ordered food at 7.25.pm and it has just been delivered at 8.43 pm and a very short journey. Also delivered cold to my delight. I understand its delivereoos problem in the eyes of the restaurant but its time they understood the buck needs to stop with them sometimes. Paid £18.45 should have cooked our order number 9366

Easily the least flavoursome and most bland Thai food I’ve ever had. Ordered a delivery online and we were really disappointed. We had Prawn Tempura and Chicken Satay to start which were just ok but the mains of Beef Weeping Tiger and King Prawn Kung...

Staff very friendly and excellent food

Thai food has never been my favourite and this place is no different, I didn't enjoy the food and my Pad Thai dish even smelt like my dog. I likely wouldn't go again.

Came across this restaurant when looking for something else. Looked inviting so we thought we’d give it a try. The food exceeded my expectations was very tasty, freshly cooked and hot when served. The outside area was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

We were in the area for the weekend and didn’t have any dinner plans. We booked Asiatique and could t have picked a more perfect place. The restaurant itself was quiet but then we realised we were booked for outside seating … where we found...

Website says open 7 days a week. Tried online order. When it came to enter address if wouldn't list our address half a mile away. Entered manually but only half postcode allowed. Phoned up no answer. Then see Google shows closed. Why is online even available? Could have made payment and had no delivery. It needs to fix its ordering and up date opening hours.

Lovely surroundings including a garden. Good food too, although quite expensive. What lets it down is very slow service. Meals take an age to come and the waiting staff don't really seem to know what they are doing either.
