Oct 2024, they nailed it again. Fantastic meal with old friends who miss it dearly now they have moved away from Daventry. Made a trip from Melton Mowbray to visit us and have an Asia curry. Excellent food and service once again. 2nd time this week for me, love it. Jan 2024, cracking meal last night. Aloo daan & a chicken rajothi, garlic and onion rice, onion bhajis, a delicious shusmi naan & a bottle of pinot to wash it down, superb. No.1 in Daventry again. Can't wait for the refurb, coming very soon they say....... Jan 2023, Just had a rare collection, normally we eat in. That said it was every bit as good as the dine in experience. Still our fave for a local eat out Indian meal. Our family go-to for Indian-Bangladeshi-Asian food. Always get great food, service and value. Recently they have improved the food presentation and taste so it's even better!

I've been visiting the restaurant and having takeaways from Asia Tandoori for as long as I can remember and I've never had a bad meal or experience. The food is impeccable and the staff are attentive and friendly. 10/10 everytime. Special shout out the the manager Raj. He is a top waiter. I recommend Rezala and fruity rice. We will return.

I travel a lot with work and try to get an Indian when I can. This was right up there with the best I've had. Highly recommend

Such a nice place and the food is amazing. Me and my partner have been coming here for a good few years and the food never fails to amaze us. The staff are so nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is really nice and chilled. 100% recommended.

Simply the best Indian in Daventry. Food is consistently good whether you dine in or take away. It's our go to for spice and flavour.

Just moved into the area and struck Luck 1st time. Ordered our meal to be delivered not knowing what to expect but should not have worried. Delivery on time by a very and polite driver. Our meal was FANTASTIC! Great flavours and totally perfect meal. We will definitely order again Thank you

It's been a while, but a late return after a busy day, rang ahead to order for collection. Order was ready and hot, staff always polite and welcoming. Mushroom biriyani, prawn dansak with accompanying pilau rice and salad. All really tasty, the depth of seasoning really good and fragrant. Always delicious and a lovely treat.

Joke!!!! We ordered new year and waiting 4 hours for food had to go collect it!!! Today was the first time since they we ordered 2 hours later I called them they said will be 15minutes 30minutes later turn up wrong food ain’t answering the phone!!!fuming

First time visit tonight and the food was amazing. The best Indian restaurant we have been to in Daventry. We had the chicken tikka masala and chicken tikka curry, both highly recommended! Thanks Asia Tandoori. We will see you again soon!

Really pleasant staff, great quality food, and a good location off the beaten track. I've eaten in and had takeaways, and it is consistently good quality.

I mostly only ever give good reviews because when I read bad reviews they are usually very nit picky and I dismiss them. However, I feel the need to leave a bad review. We ordered a takeaway from Asia tonight because Abdul’s are on their annual leave. We have dined in at the Asia before ( 3 years ago maybe) and it was terrific. So we expected a takeaway tonight to be as good as in the past. We were so disappointed and wondered if the restaurant has changed hands? the lamb madras tasted like a supermarket curry: the samosas were tasteless and looked like they had come from iceland( the shop, not the country) the onion bhajis looked a bit too uniform in shape to be made in the restaurant and the other dishes had a sauce that had a very strange texture as if there was some kind of pulp/ purée added to it. The nicest thing out of the £60 takeaway was the tarka daal. Sorry Asia tandoori but it was a very below par takeaway and a large proportion of it went in the bin.

First time we visited on a Tuesday evening after the cinema. Good, friendly service. Food all very good and price as expected. Nice atmosphere too - other diners also seemed to be enjoying their evening. Looking forward to returning.

Water leaking from the window, I asked to changed the table, the next table was open to the door side, blowing cold winter winds, poor service. Most importantly, the table next to me got a free starter( popadum with chutney) and I was charged for it.

Extortionate prices now and curry pots only half full last couple of times things either missing or not what was ordered. Will order from Voujon in long buckby now, food is better, prices are cheaper, and its free delivery to daventry!!!

The number one go to Indian restaurant in Daventry. Delicious food and attentive staff. Probably the best restaurant and takeaway I’ve been to outside Bradford’s Curry Mile.

After waiting some time to go, I really wouldn't bother, very disappointed. I ordered a Passanda, got nothing close to it, staff couldn't care less.

Always loved this restaurants food so much until this week. We spent £51 between two of us on a delivery of food. 85% was completely inedible. My Partner spoke with the restaurant the next day and explained that most of the food had to be thrown. They offered nothing in the way of refund and said they would "look after us" next time we were in. I really have no idea why they think we would want more of the same food🤷🏻‍♀️. Very disappointed in the drop in standard of food and in the response to the complaint. Had they been helpful I would of given a good review on the subject. This is the second issue within the last couple of weeks when the vegetarian samosas arrived with meat in them. No offer of refund was given then either. No more chances for this restaurant 💥!!

Hi had a Takeaway for 8 people on Sat 4th March, good delivery and all our guests complimented how nice the food was. Well done to Asia, if not been or used Asia give it a try, 10/10 Asia Doug Daventry, Ashby Field.

Been here twice recently with 2 different friends food is delicious and the staff are amazing. I also ordered a delivery for a Saturday night for myself. It’s was equally as good and was piping hot highly recommended from me.

Really tasty food with great portions.

Regrettably, I leave such a low star review as I want local business to do well. It was my first time at this takeaway and I won’t be going back. I had a chicken rogan dish, the chicken pieces were extremely dry. Biting into each piece was like chewing bits of straw. I am not exaggerating, it was uneatable despite the sauce tasting ok, nothing special. If I could add a photo I would. Waste of money and a disappointing way to end my night off work.

Just for fun, sis and brother-in-law and us , compared local Indian restaurants. This one fared very well indeed. We'll be going back. The food was sublime.

Disappointed, we haven't visited Asia in a while and after a rubbish Monday decided to call in on my way home, the service was good and staff friendly, the food however was not up to the normal standard, everything was sweet for some reason. The chicken was dry and the sauce on the bombay potatoes just strange - tasted very similar to chicken tikka masalla sauce but with some onions in it? Disappointed and will likely not come back for a while. 18 pounds for a chicken tikka, pilau rice and bombay potatoes seemed pretty steep too...

We've been ordering take out from ASIA for 10 years and never realised you could eat in. Lovely clean restaurant and the staff were really nice. The food tasted even better in the restaurant. Definitely eating in again soon.
