I went to Asda, but they closed the checkout at 5.They made me put the food back.And I had to go over the road to Lidl Second time i've had bad service in two weeks

Worst customer service ever. If you could rate no stars then i would give zero stars. non-attentive, rude, food options never available

No hot food served at 3.45 pm so couldn't get anything for the kids apart from a sandwich meal. The woman in the cafe was vile. Small skinny dark haired tanned to the Max with tattoos. Her whole attitude and the way she spoke was disgusting. Made it very uncomfortable. Won't be bothering again. Gone really downhill in this shop

Asked for a drink as part of a meal deal had a mug with tea bag in it took tea bag out used machine for a latte in middle of eating asked to pay 55 p more for useing machine for a coffee sadly i use you alot and family wont any longer ... Very poor and petty asda and u owe me a tea bag lol PS nearly cracked a tooth on your bacon stacking food on hot plates never works and doesnt look fresh at all

Went shopping at Asda superstore, Wrexham 7th February 2023 My husband ordered breakfast for me. A dark haired waitress brought my breakfast, I gave my husband the toast but as there wasn’t any butter he went to the café counter. The same waitress started arguing with my husband that she given butter with the toast but she eventually gave him 2 butter portion She called him a liar and accused him of eating the butter, but the toast was still on the plate. The waitress went over to gossip to another customer with a pram and they kept looking over at us all the time, I felt intimidated by their manner and wanted to leave, I went to the till and asked for a refund on my meal their behaviour was making me feel physically sick. I was so upset and horrified I started to walk away I could hear the waitress shouting and the other customer was joining in. A security guard rushed past me towards the cafe area. I rang my daughter to come and help and we went back to the cafe I had to sit down as I was struggling to walk. I could not believe that this was all because the waitress had forgotten to include the butter with the toast. Instead of just being politely saying “ok sir I’ll get you some butter now “ she choose to be totally in my husbands face and argue with him, absolutely and profoundly unprofessional. Telling him to step away from the counter. I’ve tried all avenues to make a complaint. To have 2 security guards come to husband while he was waiting to be refunded. We were/are an elderly couple and I was struggling to walk. Is this really how customer service is with the two security personnel threatening to evict an elderly man out of the shop without his refund. A simple (sorry sir or luv Ill get you some butter now) would have been the most appropriate customer care action and correct response. This horrible incident would have been avoided completely instead this totally irresponsible member of staff choose to escalate the situation, It should have been caught on CCTV Her behavior of blatantly discussing the incident with the other customer only served to provoke the situation further. Looking at other reviews sounds like its time to close this cafe as unfit of use

Wouldn't recommend. Xmas Dinner awful. Tasteless, processed food. Luke warm. Companions toasty wasn't toasted, just heated slightly until cheese melted. Soggy and like warm.

This must be the worst cafe in Wrexham, the staff were very off hand and slow.We ordered all day breakfast and it was terrible fatty bacon cardboard sausages and only Luke warm, dirty tables and a real air of neglect around the whole cafe.Suggest you send your staff to your sealand road store to be taught how to serve good food and to give good customer service.

Came here for lunch with my Nan and the woman working in the cafe was vile! I think her name was Anna had short hair and tattoos I asked if I could have a spare cup and snapped at me saying what for she was very rude and un approachable, food came and my Nan had fish and chips but requested no peas it came with peas I informed her we asked for no peas and she huffed and walked away to then complain about us to her colleague. Not happy at all!

I was very disappointed with the service in the cafe. I have a gluten intolerance. There weren't any gf panini's available on the counter so I asked the staff and they looked at me like I had 2 heads. I was offered the vegetarian options which still had gluten in then I was offered sausage rolls. It was like they didn't even have a clue as to what gluten was. It was such a shame as had just done my shopping and had praised Asda for some of the lovely gluten free products. So the cafe in Wrexham definitely let's Asda down

Took my granddaughter there for lunch before getting the train. The choice was very limited and didn't even have cartons of juice first children.My gd had a cheese sandwich which was so dry and was filled the an absolute tasteless child with nothing to bind it together.I ordered a bacon sandwich on brown bread which was the only choice on brown.When it came it was full of red relish.The girl said they all come with relish so I took her to the shelf to show her there was no mention of it.She took the plate off me and went into the back obviously not very happy,she came back through and I watched her put another sandwich under the grill;she banged the handle down with force and stormed off.Another member of staff came out from the back and the assistant was complaining to the other girl using not appropriate language.My sandwich waso brought to me and I have to say it wax disgusting,under cooked bacon and absolutely full of fat. What a shame as this could be a lovely cafe,no excuse for runless.Thank you for spoiling a lovely time out with my granddaughter.

If anyone from ASDA actually reads these reviews please take note and scrap the lot, you will get a better response from a group of vending machines. from the rude staff to greatly overpriced drinks, rubbish coffee (if the machine is working at all) this is a cafe for desperate parents to take a seat and feed the kids (usually with stuff purchased in the shop and never the cafe). the food they serve is dreadful at best.

We went to this cafe as we were shopping in Asda. Not much to say as it is a Cafe but we had a good time, fast service and the food was ok. Prices are great also

First visit here and went to the wrong place to place my food order, the member of staff was rude and sarcastic. She had no customer service skills at all. The food was ok but when I returned to the counter for a coffee she was sitting in the cafe area talking to a friend, although she saw me there she kept me waiting and I gave up and left, I got my shopping in the nearby Tesco store.

We popped in while doing a bit of shopping. Food was ok, what you would expect, my only problem is with the staff. One lady with very short blonde hair, very rude, unhelpful and overall attitude was shocking and for that reason will not return. She even refused to changed a drink that was in a kids meal for a child with diabetes, and after the poor mum stating she couldn't drink it she was offered tap water not bottled. I hope training will be given but manners should come naturally.

Tryed for the second time and it was shocking!! Sort it out asda!! Ordered cheese omelet,chips and peas Chips had been cooked about 10times over, omlet microwaved and peas well... Ive been here before when my partners lasagne was burnt to a crisp Nothing is cooked fresh!!

Fuimos al café con mi nuera y dos nietos pequeños. Pedimos té para nosotros y tostada por ellos y pedimos una gota de agua por uno de ellos (él sólo bebidas agua). Nos sorprendió cuando la mujer detrás del mostrador me dijo: "No puedo darle agua, ya que no es apto para beber tendrá no sólo comprar una botella. Nos preguntamos sobre el agua en el tes. Llamé y pedí hablar con el gerente, pero él estaba ocupado, Asistente de gerente no podría ser encontrado y nos fuimos a encontrar alguien más después de 5 minutos que nos envié un correo electrónico servicios de atención al cliente. He recibido una respuesta diciendo que el agua es en forma de copa, pero como se venden agua embotellada es política a decir clientes a comprar una botella y no dan agua gratis. Yo estaba muy sorprendido de que una organización como Asda no darle a un niño un vaso de agua.

A nice little cafe in asda supermarket. The food is very good and usually hot, but excellent value for money and always find something you like to eat. Coffee is always very hot.

The whole place was filthy, the food was stone cold as I was waiting for 12 minutes in the queue while the cafe assistant chatted to her colleague and was very slow in serving customers. When I asked for my money back for food I was rudely told no. Will not go here again, filthy.

came in today was shocking food was barley warm eggs weren't even that they were simply cold no wonder you put the new barrier so the food can't be seen as it wasn't the most appetising to look at. the kids were all sent to sit down ranging from 7months to 6yrs so had to be supervised. my wife was dissapointed as the staff just watched her struggle carrying 4 plates between two trays around from your front station to were you pay. this was after fizzing threw trays to try and find clean ones. this was the same for myself trying to find a clean high chair. let's just say we will not be coming back here again. the only reason this has a 2* is thanks to sarah who works there after the very quiet girl looked ever so sad and fed up who served my wife watched her struggle to try and balance the trays again she quickly hurried off no offer of help. Sarah came out and instantly customer service how it should be very friendly smiling took one of the trays to help her and once at table also ensured we had everything we needed inc any extra sauce. she was a pleasure. your staff can learn a lot off this lady.

Had a so called hot meal there hardly any chips hot drink was so so warm tables dirty and just a long wait for food.

With work i travel across the country and had been on the road since 5 and came across this asda thought i would have a breakfast well never will i eat hear again.

My brother and I both ordered lasagne with only two staff in sight and massive queues . Once my brothers food was ready and my fathers the woman appears oh we only have one lasagne . The staff are responsible for customer care they should know they're numbers before Charging customers nearly £5 for goods they can't provide pathetic ! I had to leave my table to go and choose another meal the only thing I could physically tolerate which wasn't curry or chilli as I can't eat spicy food was fish and chips with mushy peas . I'm not a fan of fish but had no other choice and therefore just had a handful of chips and normal garden peas not even mushy false advertisement . Not worth a visit total and utter waste of time I recommend you go to tesco's which I have also experienced and is of a much better standard .

cheap place to get a snack or meal, however staff seems to be lacking with one person doing 2 or three jobs, the place appears to have many tables awaiting clearing and at time seems quite messy with things on the floor. Would not recommend

What a shocking meal! My partner ordered lasagne which was litrally burnt to a crisp which i wouldnt of served to a dog & had ordrered my son chicken dippers & chips which wasnt given, instead they gave him some breaded chicken finger things. Which he didnt like. Fish was ok though. Wont be eating here again.
