Asda Cafe Aintree Superstore in Sefton

Visited here on the way to a holiday stay in Crosby. Visited the cafe and while it’s not glamorous, it’s good value for money. We had the 6 breakfast items with a drink and it was really nice. If you want some nice food for a reasonable price, visit here.

Convenience was why I found myself shopping in this store and I have to say its terrible. Not even sure if they have a cafe there as I could not get out of the place quickly enough. There are plenty of till points but hardly any open so the queues can be rather frustrating especially when there are lots of staff stood about on the self serve style tills and the new zap your own shopping things rather than on an open and manned till. Though if the long queues are not enough to dissuade a person from ever shopping there again then head to customer service for a very unfriendly un-customer like service. Rude , abrupt, no manners.. its almost like Asda has chosen the most unfriendly and unsuitable staff to work there to put you off ever going there again. Same goes for the lottery and tobacco kiosk next to it. Convenience is the only possible reason I could think anyone would voluntarily shop at this store.
