Missing over half my order! Not the first time this has happened! I won’t be doing this again! Beyond annoyed as now have to find money to rebuy the items missing!!! Fuming is an understatement

Think Asda needs to start taping the bags as all my sweets and chocolate was not in the bag! And said would be here at 7pm 50 minutes later it turns up

There was a missing item from my list. We have only just discovered that the Jelly tots were not in the bags when it was delivered. It’s not much but it’s important to trust a service if you intend to keep using it

Lynn on the counter is an extremely rude individual. We have come away for a few days. Came here yesterday and today. Lynn was rude yesterday and worse today. We live in a world full of mental health issues. It's people like Lynn who make these worse. Absolutely the worst person to have serving food. We ordered two beans on toast with the beans separate (so in bowls) and this caused Lynn to talk about us loudly saying we were difficult and interesting. What was difficult was not tell Lynn what I though of her. Absolutely disgusting.

Blueberries were not delivered with this Asda order. I notified just eat of this and the response was I would receive a refund. I am still waiting for this ?

I spent £19.88 and received two of my items. It’s an absolute joke. Those two items were a packet of Oreo biscuits and a 29 pack of fairy pods and it cost me 1988 as my two other items were not in the bag, nor did the driver asked for my code.!!!

Been 2 and a half hours still not received order

Almost an hour late, and missing half of my order! It was a big order as I couldn't get to the shops today, and I'm fuming at the amount that was missing but still charged for. Now just eat are asking for evidence that things are missing .... 🙄

hello. I am really on my nerves. you guys need to look into this missing item issues on delivery. this is not the 1st time it is happening to me. I frequently order with just eat but this is so disappointing. I have a missing item again in my order today and it's something I had to cook immediately. Asda says they are not responsible which means your drivers take stuffs away? This is unacceptable. I need my refund and I won't let it go

I choose to ignore the reviews left for Asda which I now regret. I placed the order at 1pm with an estimated delivery time of 45-60 mins. I eventually recived the order over 3 hours later. Not the drivers fault. Asda you need to get your act together

This is the second time that an item has been missing from my order! This is by no means acceptable from a service that deals with customers, we are trusting in you to give us a service that should be 100% But again, I have been let down with an item missing from my order. Don't think I will be using this app again. 100% disappointed again.

never ever do asda actually send all items, always, always stuff missing. ridiculous. and they aren't automatically refunded, you have to request the funds back, which can take up to 7 days!

Either the driver is stealing loads or the picker needs glasses. Loads were missing

Two of my items were missing and when I contacted you about it the option was to refund me which is fine but to refund me direct to my bank account was in very small letters DIRECTLY under the highlighted refund to the just eat account which was impossible to not click on so my refund has essentially disappeared!!! I have had a refund to just eat account in the past but was never able to use it as I could never find out how!! I use just eat a lot and I am furious that this has happened !! Can I please be refunded asap into my BANK ACCOUNT!!

Totally wrong items delivered. Over £40 worth of groceries missing and the items that did arrive wrong. Driver extremely rude banging on my window, pretty much threw bag at my husband.

Originally supposed be arrive at 12:05 and arrived at 13:15. Also a bag fee of 60p for one bag is extortionate and two items of 10 were missing. 20% of items missing absolutely ridiculous.

the driver turned up with only one of three items ordered then left quickly, I think he's had the other two items and just eat customer service can't be reached via telephone. Poor service.

This order arrived 5 hours late and I am disgusted by 2 just eat customer service agents who basically accused me of lying about receiving my order and refused to help me when I complained earlier. Sam was very helpful and raised my complaint.

I put a note on the order to say to use the front door. The driver dumped a bag by the back gate. When I eventually discovered it, only half the food order was there. It’s the following day and I still haven’t received a refund.
