I have placed the order at 7:30 ,but the food arrived at 9:30,they took 2jours to make an egg noodle ,never order again on just eat (if they can’t give the food on time just reject the order) we will order from somewhere else,very poor customer service

Worst customer service ever. We ordered takeaway for collection at 8:30pm for a funeral. We left after the restaurant said the food was ready for collection at 8:20pm. After arriving we had to wait in a queue for another 30 mins with 5 other customers as they had lied on the phone and the food wasn’t ready. When asked, the staff behind the counter was incredibly rude and told me she hadn’t eaten either so I had to wait. All the customers there had the same issue having to wait for their food and receive rude comments by the staff. Disgusted and appalled by such poor service and rude behaviour towards all the customers. Had to cancel the order and leave, as did many others. Never ever order from here!!

Service was really poor! Ordered food at 7pm was told to come at 8.30pm. I called in at 8.15pm to make sure it was ready. The employee stated yes come it’s ready. My brother arrived there only to find so many other customers waiting for their orders. I called in and the employee ( a woman) was so rude telling me to go elsewhere, stated she’d not eaten since 8am in the morning. I was gobsmacked with the way she’d spoken to me. Called my brother to cancel and come back and he’d stated she spoke to everyone who was there waiting for food! Absolutely atrocious! Never going there!

The service was disgusting. We ordered on the 24/08/24 for dinner. They told us to come collect the food but then on arrival for collection food wasn’t ready. When we asked they said it’s not ready and you should go somewhere else instead and we’ll cancel the order as they (the workers) have been so busy that they haven’t eaten since lunch which was apparently our fault. This could have been mentioned before the order was put in but after promising it being made and saying it being ready to collect. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.

Food is not good tasting I ordered kothurotty it’s not good tasting they don’t know how to make the koththu and I ordered madden rice it’s not fresh it was old food all .

The keera vadai smelled of fish. Must be using the same oil to fry cutlets and vadai. The string hoppers were dry and looked like cooked out of Aldi flour. Charging 22 pounds for 100 hoppers, the Sothi was given in an old milk bottle. For 22 pounds I would think at least use a nice plastic bag… or even a proper container.. very disappointing

I generally buy Idiyappam here. It's nice & tasty.

I love all the vadai in this takeaway. We used to buy vadai from frequently. But recently their food is smelly and I had food poisoning today from non veg meal yesterday , probably why it was smelly.. the spice is atrociously high in nonveg gravy if not for food poisoning, ppl will definitely get back fired next day due to extreme spiciness.

Hi everyone I am so disappointed from this place I ordered chicken roll and mutton roll chicken roll I had only one small piece of chicken with too much of potatoes and mutton roll same I think it's not cooked properly also I felt sick I came to hospital for emergency please stop eating from this place. Very unhygienic place too

Actually the food from here is so good and yummy. Especially the prawn fry I ate last time the seafood puttu kuthu… appam must try egg fish roll and the best thing once I ordered they couldn’t deliver due to a busy day and they apologized and on next order they gave me complementary food which was a good service not to let down and keep customers happy.

The food is tasty and authentic but the service is hopeless. The portions of the condiments like chutneys, sambar will put you to shame. Even after asking them for more chutney given we have bought 6 vadas they gave one small pot of chutney which would suffice for only one vada. Sadly, not going to visit this place again.

The food was cold, and they were really really late. I ordered around 6.30pm but they delivered 9.15pm. I was disappointed about the order. I'll never recommend them.

very good quality food and dishes, cooked properly .. tasty .. wide variety of food and spice levels, my first time trying sri lankan and im impressed.. good food., had a great delivery guy, happy and polite.. my only gripe would be i paid £25 for about £12 of food but thats every takeaway place ever,, great food give them a try

Absolutely rude and shocking service. The menu says one price and they are charging another, over charged me and when I ask the lady serving, she laughed in my face saying" menu wrong, menu wrong" This is not acceptable! You will never get another penny from me!!! Not happy at all, they need to update their menu prices!!!!!

I’ve been waiting nearly 2 hours for my food

Really nice South Indian food. We've only tried a few kind of foods but all of those were really nice, especially their vada and mutton rolls.

The experience was great. The staff was so kind and they talked to us like we knew each other for a very long time. The environment was very friendly and the food was very great. It tastes amazing.

They forget one or the other to pack in the order everytime, and I have to request refund. Delivery or collection what ever its very late, but food quality is very good, they should improve these things.

The food is tasty when you go in there and order and in the morning/day. Everything I ordered was cold and says will come with chutneyes and didn't. One item was missing and I paid for it. Delivery is really bad I had to call the restaurant 2 times and lied to me 10 min and actually was 30 min on top of the 1 h and half wait. Amazing chef love the food but next time go and buy from there not on just eat.

Was going to order from this place. Decent reviews but when I got to the restaurant I looked back at the kitchen and saw a rat run outside the eatery. Absolutely disgusted. You should be ashamed of yourselves

I would happily give this place no star if possible, Poor service and lack of minimum communication with the customers. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this place unless you really know them personally they will happily give away other people's order to you. Otherwise you will be going there and waiting for hours regardless of 24hrs of notice or how many times you call them to remind you need the order on time. They will come up with some silly excuses such as run out of gas, Cooker doesn't work properly and staff called in sick! But wouldn't give out any of that information when you make the order in the first place.

Waiting was 2 h plus 15 min late..food very nice and very spicy. Next time will request less spicy.

We should have received between 13.30pm to 13.45pm. But we received our food at 14.26. We rang the restaurant around 14.03pm and we been told the delivery is on it’s way.

I can’t complain about the food, 10 out of 10 time they are behind the time. Call them 1hr ego and placed an order end it up waiting 30 min.A minimum accuracy Required

This was our first time we ordered from this place and we was highly disappointed with our order, firstly it was late, so some starters was cold, and some food items such chutney and some veg dishes was missing. Never again will order again,, only good thing was the portion size it was enough. The starters was tastier then other items.

Food came late. It was cold. There is no gravy in the curry just vegetables with chilli powder. Paneer was atleast a few days old. I got semiya instead of noodles. Overall bad experience.

Delivery was 40 minutes late, nobody ringed me or messaged me to let me know. Food is, at best, mediocre; won't order again. No receipt with the delivery as well. Very unprofessional, totally unimpressed with the first time order.
