A very cute little cheesecake shop. I got a slice of strawberry and white cocolate cheesecake and it was very creamy and delicious. Will definitely visit again!

Just ordered a biscoff vegan cheesecake for my boyfriend’s birthday. Everyone couldn’t stop raving about it. The staff were really kind and helpful with the order. Will definitely be coming back

Best cheesecake we had in London for sure. Tried their lemon cheesecake and White chocolate coconut and raspberry. It's so rich and decadent. Love it 😍

Most satisfying cheese cakes in Edinburgh City. It was wonderful experience. One slice is gud enough for two. Have a lot of variety to select . Customer friendly service.

Cheesecake itself was very yummy although thought there would be a bit more range and the cheesecakes we're almost hidden behind the counter! However the staff were lovely and had a nice outing ☺️

The cheesecake was delicious, although the truffles were rock hard and insipid. Bagel was decent, nothing groundbreaking, but I appreciated the proper bagel chewy texture. Definitely going to try it again at some point.

Can't quibble with the quality and variety of cheesecakes. Decent price for the portion you get but I'd love to be able to purchase a larger slice for a bit more money for those days when you want an extra treat! Shame that they no longer have a table to sit at, just some stools, so I would no longer sit in there for a meal (they also do great bagels) but I'm sure this is more viable for them. Tray bake was also tremendous and service very good.

Nice cheesecakes if you don't mind very creamy and sickly ones I had super high hopes for this place but it did not meet my expectations. ☹️

Decided to visit during an amazing sunny day. Unlike some of the other cafes in the area there isn’t much room and there is no seating other than a bench that is outside. This isn’t a problem though, due to it being just across the road from the bruntsfield links; it’s perfectly placed to grab a quick and really well priced lunch and eat it in the park. The staff were really friendly and they make the bagels fresh to order, so any dietary requests you might have are easy for them to accommodate.

Nice little place with tasty cheesecakes. They even have a good selection of bagels. But we here for the cheesecakes. We ordered an amaretto and pistachio and a malteser cheesecake. Both of which were nice, but I didn’t really taste much nuts on mines and my wife just thought hers was like a normal cheesecake with malteser on top (nothing particularly special). It was also a shame that the cheesecake was presented in a cardboard box so it was a bit crushed. We also got a bounty cheesecake milkshake and a Daim cheesecake milkshake. Both of which were terrific. Really tasty actually. Much better than the last milkshake I had. On top of that we ordered a rollo and milkybar traybake. Both were good but probably would have been tastier if we were hungrier when we ate them. The girl that served us was very nice and was able to offer recommendations. Overall, we are glad we have went and we enjoyed the food but not the best cheesecakes we’ve had.

I've long awaited to experience the artisan cheesecakes, living in Wales it required a short flight on a plane! After years of sharing Facebook posts with my friend about these, we had the chance to try. They are absolutely divine, very creamy and not too sweet. Just perfect. I managed to eat 2 slices!! One was strawberry daiquiri, and the other milky bar. Highly recommend!

Really imaginative range of beautiful and delicious cheesecakes. We visited at Halloween when there were some cleverly designed cheesecakes on a spooky theme e.g. graveyards etc. Not a big place or much room to manoeuvre but definitely worth popping in if you're in the area.

Honestly without a doubt the best Cheesecakes available! Tried many many others of which some are also really good, but artisan and Wendy's Cheesecakes are well distinct. Amazing family business to which I've been a customer for manyg many years. There too addictive, I try to stay away now.. 😊💯

Really disappointing experience with a Magic Morningsjde bagel this afternoon. The bagel was extremely dry and hard and was either stale or had been reheated more than once. It was almost impossible to eat and I gave up eventually. It was also a very small bagel and the filling was missing some of the ingredients listed on the menu. Quite shocking that it was sold to me for £5.95.

I'd give 12 stars if I could, had a bagel was sooooo amazing and then cheesecake strawberry and vanilla mmmm so good! Highly recommend

Was in yesterday & the service was great. Got 2 bagels, 2 slices of cheesecake & 2 coffees. Food was delicious & loved the shop - the main positive though was the girl who served us. She was so friendly, chatty & helpful...she talked us through all the different cheesecake flavours & couldn't have been nicer. Thank you!

Wow, wow, wow!! What an amazing place. The staff are so friendly. I got a biscoff blondie, milkybar cheesecake AND sticky toffee cheesecake all in the space of 2 days! The sticky toffee cheesecake was a personal favourite - one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had 👏 I will certainly be back if I’m in Edinburgh again and am jealous of anyone who lives there that can visit regularly!

After being loyal customers for the last few years, my family & I feel let down by the current level of quality & the customer service. We had Purchased 6 cheesecakes last weekend (we would buy every week on either deliveroo or at the store) On this particular occasion I had noticed a couple of the cheesecakes tasted slightly off compared to usual. Not as fresh. I got through half of each slice before deciding it wasn’t worth it... I had diarrhoea & sore stomach for 2 days after. I love supporting small businesses & always love recommending food places to our friends, and on social media to boost small businesses during these difficult times, which has proven effective. But after being treated with zero care at the store after mildly voicing a complaint (basically shrugged her shoulders at me) & getting zero response to an email I’ve recently sent them, our experience has now been tainted.

A nice cafe with a focus on cheesecakes as the name suggests. They also serve coffee and bagels. The plain cheesecake is a bit too creamy but I reckon some might enjoy that. The special ones like maltesers and Oreo are way too sweet for my taste. We have 3 stars because overall they are heavier cheesecakes and the packaging was sloppy and stuck all over the cardboard trying scrape it off. It's worth a try if you like them but it probably won't be our main cheesecake outlet.

Amazing cheesecake, Ordered the whole cake and had it with gluten free base due to allergies. Flavour was great (not overpowering sweetness), well balanced and light. Everyone is happy and full :)

Friendly staff and good quality of Cheesecakes! This store also have a vegan menu like a mint chocolate cheesecake. Since the store is too small to chill, I ate it in the nearest park with breezy winds and bright sun :) I wanna go here to try non-vegan cheese cakes sometime later. 직원도 친절하고 케이크도 맛있었습니다. 가게가 매우 좁은데 매장에서 먹으면 추가 비용이 들기 때문에 날이 좋으면 바로 앞에 있는 공원에서 드시길 추천해요. 기회가 되면 다른 케익도 먹어보고 싶네요. 親切な職員、美味しいチーズケーキ！！また行きたいです😋

The...most...amazing...cheesecakes! It was like a party in my mouth. This place was the main purpose of my visit to Edinburgh, that and the fact it was my 30th birthday. Would happily live under the counter here and eat samples, job title could be "Samples Gremlin".

Ooh mama, the place is modestly small but the cake is top notch, thank god I don’t live near here or I’m gonna be very fat.

One of the best cheesecakes we have ever tried! We took the chocolate fudge, salted caramel and one with all the chocolates on top. All of them were great! Also there are some savory homemade bagels which you can take away as well. The guy who was serving us was really friendly and helpful. Prices are normal for the quality of the food. Highly recommend for a great cheesecake!

I like this place. Takes a while to get used to how small it is, it's like a place from the borrowers. But nice cafe with a nice guy serving. Although price wise perhaps it's not the best

The cheesecake is unbelievable! Lives up to the hype a must try, we got the toffee crisp and brownie ones, and holy hell they were good! (Homemade brownies inside!!!)

Travelled all the way from Chesterfield to buy these, was absolutely delighted with the cheese cakes! Spoilt for choice!

This place is adorable! Great aesthetic and amazing food. The staff were super friendly and all too happy to answer questions and give recommendations. I would fully recommend someone visit here if they're looking for a luxurious but affordable dessert experience.

One of the best cheesecake shop in Edinburgh. Learnt recently that they have branches in Livingston and Bathgate as well for those outside Edinburgh.

I bought a whole raspberry vanilla cheesecake. My hubby said that it is better than mine 😅 It did taste good. If you want a whole cake you supposed to book at least two days in advance. But you can get it if you call or come around 12 pm.

I come for the vegan cheesecakes. The first week I was there I got a coconut oreo cheesecake, it was really delicious. I came back to try new flavours but they only do one vegan cheesecake and it was the same one for the whole week, maybe even two. Came back again later and the new vegan flavour was chocolate orange which is just so not my thing. I would love for them to do at least 2 vegan cheesecakes, as at the moment it's just not really worth going there as a vegan. Cheesecake is one of few things I just miss SO MUCH! Please more vegan options!

Simply the best cake I've ever eaten... Never tried a cheesecake until trying here, not only am I a regular customer who spends minimum £20, I also started PR work for free - You NEED these cheesecakes in your life.

Unfortunately our timing was terrible and we caught them at Hogmanay when they closed early. However, the selection of cheesecakes visible from the window was really impressive and looked absolutely delicious!

I bought a Lindt chocolate cheesecake for my daughter 40th birthday, absolutely scrummy. Only downside was Artisan don't deliver.

Little cozy place. Me and My friends try different type of cheesecake and all were delicious.

Absolutely delicious cheesecakes but somewhat overpriced. At £3.20 a slice it cost me an eye watering £16.00 just to go home with 5 bits.

The cakes can be a bit hit or miss depending on the flavour but I don't think that's anything to do with their talent. The cakes are super creamy and tasty, I would like if the base was a bit thicker though but that's a personal preference. People go nuts for this place so definitely worth a visit.

I saw this place on Buzzfeed a year ago and just HAD to go. Lo and behold, I find myself in Edinburgh a year later and was not disappointed! Shakes were amazing, and so was the cake itself!!! Not sweet or overprocessed, not overly tart. Very neutral and refreshing. I would definitely return again!!!

Offering around 20-30 different types of cheesecake most days, this tiny emporium is a must for lovers of the dessert. Most examples are not the baked cheesecake variety, but don't let this put you off. The cream frosting toppings are delicious and for £3 for a generous slice, you will be satisfied! Recommended!

Great cheesecake with a LOT of flavours. The take away boxes are also very handy - cutlery is free. However, do not expect to get a seat - one proper table with two little nooks. The table can also be reserved so even if it looks empty you might be out of luck. Food wise however a definite recommendation.

Biggest selection of cheesecakes that I've ever seen. They are all unique and amazing! However, there is very little seating space, but they do takeaway.
