Art Sushi in Bournemouth

Wow! Such delicious, fresh food. My first experience of freshly made sushi and watching it being prepared was an added pleasure. Amazing!

I love Sushi and have to say this is 100% the best in the Bournemouth Area to go. The flavours and presentation were amazing. Freshly made from order. Great Service, lovely restaurant.

This is not my first visit and the reason I keep going back is the phenomenal Sushi by chef Kamil. It’s great having an open kitchen to watch the master at work.

Well you don't expect food this good on a Sunday lunchtime just on the edge of Westbourne. Really nice service and the food is just fabulous. As it was Sunday they were not doing standard sushi with bowls of noodles being the main, but we did not feel limited in our choices.

Art Sushi is a unique restaurant. Cited in the Michelin and the good food guide for a very good reason… The sushi and drinks menu are EPIC alongside the great service. If you can get a high table you can see the master at work!

We finally got to visit Art Sushi and boy, were we in for a treat!! Greeted as soon as we walked in, we were seated promptly and drinks ordered. The restaurant had a lovely feel to it and I was impressed with the decor. As we were first time visitors, we were led by our food server, Shane. He was very attentive and talked us through the menu, recommending a number of dishes which we ordered. The food was so, so good, it was freshly prepared and beautifully presented. This restaurant really has the ‘wow’ factor! There are not many restaurants that have the all round package, Art Sushi does! We will definitely return, such a good experience.

Absolutely fantastic food. If you can sit on a stool for the evening you can watch your sushi being prepared, but plenty of seats at tables otherwise. The mochi ice cream also delicious. Waiters helped you through the menu. Best sushi ever. Wine pricey.

Very clean restaurant didn’t see a spec of dirt, staff are extremely kind spoken and polite and the food i can’t even put into words how good it was! 110% coming back!

If you are a sushi lover, you are in for a real treat at this Bournemouth gem. It's located in an unassuming neighbourhood, and doesn't really stand out. However, when you walk in, everything changes. You're greeted by modern yet minimalist decor, and a chef that is hard at work, crafting the masterpiece futomaki, nigiri and sashimi (and many other things!). We enjoyed a selection of these together with some wonderful Japanese green tea. The taste is unbelievable - fresh ingredients coupled with the chef's excellent execution makes for an unforgettable experience. This is the best sushi I've had in the UK - a little taste of Japan right here at home!

Art Sushi is a phenomenal restaurant. It’s not only the best sushi I have had, the restaurant vibes are great with the music and decor. Really recommend a visit and if you can get to sit at the high tables and watch chef Kamil it adds to an amazing experience.

I have eaten sushi in many high-end places but this was the best ever. Didn't realsie that they are in the Michelin giude, but they sure deserve to be.

I wanted to finally write a review after eating at Art sushi MANY times and taking all my friends. This is by far the best place to eat! The food is amazing and I can't eat sushi anywhere else now! I am Vegan and they do a great range that tastes amazing. The drinks are also fabulous. During lockdown me and my partner found Art Sushi on deliveroo and took the chance to order, it was one of the best take outs, just their attention to detail and perfection, it got us through and we were delighted when we found out they opened a restaurant! I can't rave enough about this place, if you have a birthday, date night, family dinner or just want some very good high quality food and watch them make it then this is the place for you! Lots of choices, freshly made sushi, very good value for money. Would go again and again. It cost £50 a head for a sumptuous feast and drinks.

Wow! Chef provides a taste explosion in his interesting sushi rolls and other tasty treats. The tempura batter is light and fluffy and the numerous pickles that accompany each dish are a true delight. The chef keeps a really clean station and has amazing knife skills so is fabulous to watch. I would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Not just an incredible meal, it was an incredible experience. The team are friendly, attentive and knowledgable. The quality and presentation of the food was out of this world. One of the best meals/evening out I have ever experienced.
