no drink received not good at all

Spoke to aroma grill.. Not their fault, they had sent our order out but just eat courier must have gone to exeter or somewhere else before deliving to us plus he was not that fussed about being late.. Will definitely not be using just eat again

I Waited over two hours for my food to be delivered. I wish I could say it was worth the wait but chips cold and stiff! And burger cold! I called the restaurant to see where my order was after 1 hour 40 to be told without apology that it’s with the courier. Clearly forgetting I can track the courier as soon as the food leaves which I did and it left 20 mins after my call . So 25 mins later after my call it arrives so they blatantly messed the order up or forgot about it. Never again.

Food never arrived after saying it’s been delivered.

Cheese on the chips was cold and clearly not melted.,everything else was ok

Food was cold as it arrived half hour late. Driver was extremely rude to me when they eventually arrived. Absolutely disgusted in the whole service experience. Food went in the bin. Won't be ordering again.

Tasty and enough portion food compared with money. Grilled chicken is very tasty and fresh. I have bought 3 times takeaway in 3 days bcz of taste. My kids loved the food . Hot is very hot , so it is better to order medium hot than you can enjoy. The staff was very good . If I visit this city again, I will definitely go there to enjoy their food . Thanks

Delicious food, very fair price, we went quiet late , the sitting in was closed but they very kind people let us eat in, as we went in with family and kids. We were tourists there , so if you visit turquay Devon I would recommend this place.

Great food, great delivery, found location easily

the burgers here taste very good but the size has been decreasing over the last year or two they are now down to maybe the size of double cheeseburger from McDonald's but taste far better

First ETA 21:52, slowly crept up to 22:38. Called place, no apology, no sympathy, no manners. Burgers full of gristle, awful quality. Cookie dough ok, but probably not made on premises.

During my time at MRTC Bassingbourn (an Army Training Camp), we were often served chips and burgers. The easiest way to describe the food here, is that it tasted like that. Not inedible, not something I'd like to eat.

Food delivered on time but the food oh the food.. the chicken with no taste at all, served like dog food… the pitta bread breaking everywhere and very dry you could taste that was not fresh at all. Very disappointing

I placed a small order at 2:40pm and the food was delivered at 3:35pm. It was a long wait considering i didnt order very much. Food was nice apart from the chicken and rice. I ordered plain but received spicy.

We ordered take away from this dreadful place. Do be warned: this food is dreadful. It was beige, soggy and inedible. Worst of all one of us was terribly sick during the night after eating a chicken burger and another had an upset stomach. It may be cheap but you will pay in other ways.

I ordered the food @ 18.30 ,while checking in the app it shows order will be delivered between 19.10- 19.25 .But checking in the app every time they change the delivery time finally they deliver the order @19.47.All the food items are really cold and the fries are really soggy,cheese got harden.if any option to give less than 1 I would be select that option.

The problem is just eat did not even get my food . No phone call, tried to ring restaurant and told me to contact just eat.

I finished my last bite of the wrap and was thoroughly pleased with the dish I was served, so to speak, until 5 minutes pass... the growls of an ancient beast begin to ascend up my colon into my stomach. I rush to the toilet in the upmost distress. I sit down on the porcelain throne and grip the sides of the bath with my toes curled towards me. As I brace for impact the great flood of the Nile is unleashed and the house shakes. My skin turns whiter than a ghost and my soul leaves my body leaving me lifeless and merely the shell of a man. I will never be eating from this establishment ever again and I urge any readers to abstain from eating from this house of horror.

Wings and chicken were seasoned weirdly- lemon and herb NEVER AGAIN- could barely eat and had a weird coloring that stained nails. Fries were terrible over seasoned could not. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED

Took over 2 hours to get delivered,

I loved the milkshake the delivery time was good the guy who dropped my food off was lovely when he greeted me

Well I’ve ordered from here before with no issues but this time it was soggy, sweaty and cold. All of us have also not been well a few hours after eating the food & just eat have not done anything with my complaint 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm a regular customer but yesterday food was not tasty lose my interest to place order there again aroma rich looks and tested old cooked like was it on kitchen more than couple of days. As I know how was normal it looks like a tested.

Thought the wings would be bigger but the double gourmet burger was spot on 👍

I know it gets busy but it seemed to just to keep updating the delivery time, getting later all the time, called the restaurant, was told 20mins, when it finally arrived it was all cold, have used many times before, usually hot & on time or early... This time very disappointed

Good is nice here but sometimes I feel like you guys don’t read the tickets properly, I think the hot sauce you sell as a dip is not hot is sweet sour sauce and it’s horrible, I paid for 1 hot sauce and asked nicely to have it replaced with the sauce you use the on the chicken is really not that hard you guys don’t loose money with this simple request I made 🤦🏻‍♀️

Food was stone cold and rock hard, took that long that my milkshake was room temp, absolutely disgusting!

Order fairly regularly from this place and usually get great food. Tonight this was not the case. Fries arrived cold, chicken was barely covered in sauce and looked overcooked, halloumi looked as though it was given 3 minutes of daylight to cook. Rang up to query this and they were not interested in the slightest and "had done their best". If that's their best then they have lost a customer. Their giggle down the phone topped it off.

I'm so disappointed with this restaurant iv ordered afew times before everything was great lovely food. I'm a poorly mother with a young child I had 30£ to my name but felt so poorly I don't have energy to cook so I ordered from here then an hour later food says delivered but no delivery was made I called the restaurant an wasn't much help but now I can't feed my child I have no money left spare an no family or anyone to help I'm exhausted so thanks appreciate it 👍

I ordered my food at 19:10 with a delivery time of 40-50 minutes and my food arrived at 20:39. I rang the restaurant 5 times and no one answered. The food was good except I had 1 small bit of Halloumi in my wrap and no cheese even though I paid for these as extras.

Awful experience. Delivery time kept getting later so I called to check my order was coming to be told the driver picked it up ages ago. I live minutes away. All further phone calls ignored for anlmost ann hour until they finally picked up. Shouted at me then hung up. Food turned up almost 2 hours late cold.

Food arrived 2 hours after being ordered, rang them over 7 times and could not get through due to line being busy. When it arrived it was cold, dry and inedible. The kids meal was missing the fries and drink with only the chicken strips provided. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered a peri peri chicken burger, inside I found the tiniest thinnest piece of chicken which didn't even fill half of the bun. It was more like a chicken strip butterflied than a chicken fillet/breast and to top it off it was over cooked so the meat itself was sharp, hard and plastic like!

Who says you can’t treat yourself to a fresh takeaway when your in a diet amazing service and food as always definitely my go to takeaway

Had to call twice to confirm order and delivery time but was told two different things very rude staff on phones as well chicken not great and pricing has also gone up considerably since I last ordered from here quartered chicken was £17.99 now £28.99 not worth the money

I had camed with my family….but was very cold…inside. We were surprised…over the coldness of the whole place. We just hurry to eat…and went out straight away.

My partner and I have just had a delicious lemon and herb platter. We ordered through just eat. Arrived hot and fresh. Definitely reccomend and we will be ordering again!

Chips were barely warm, and the base of the burger roll was soggy. However, the chicken wings were lovely.

1st time ordering from here. Half a medium Peri Peri Chicken & Aroma rice. Both turned up hot and very tasty. Quick delivery. Very impressed. Will order again!

I ended up having to go and collect the food myself as there were no drivers. We waited nearly 2 hours so gave up in the end. The food was good but just eat delivery not good.

Food was great, the fried chicken was one of the best I’ve had. Crispy and fresh, not oily or too salty. Other was decent, great presentation overall. Wasn’t too impressed with milkshake either. A bit on the pricey side. The place could really do with an update and a massive clean, especially upstairs.

We’ve had the mixed platter tonight, all hot. We have totally enjoyed the meal we ordered.

Went in when it was empty and the staff member just stood on his phone way off behind the counter even after I said hello and waited. Someone else was in there, talking to him too... Didn't even order I just walked out again.

Food was ok.burger cooked nice but lacked any seasoning. burger sauce lacked flavour also.

Absolutely fuming, ordered over £30 worth of food and when it was delivered half of it was missing - called the restaurant and was told that the just eat delivery driver probably stole it and that we needed to take it up with them ? The bag was completely sealed so that was clearly a lie but regardless we asked for the rest of our food to be sent again because it wasn't our fault and they refused to send us anything and told us if we were wanted our food we had to order and pay for it again ??! After repeatedly arguing back and forth they still refused to send us our food so we are now trying to get our money back from just eat but still don't have our food.... disgusting customer service.

Lovely chips, but I'm sorry Aroma .. again just one bite of your repeatedly burnt chicken leaves a Horrible taste in mouth all night, even next day.

Excellent delivery, happy & professional guy. However food (previously 10/10 quality perfect) today was as if a totally different place ! Stale wrap, dry chips, black burnt chicken .. they saw it go out but still chanced acceptance bcoz its delivery. Inconsistant quality and all very disappointing.
