Aroma Cafe & Restaurant in East Cambridgeshire

We have been frequent visitors to this beautiful cafe and restaurant since it first opened and have been well and truly looked after at each and every visit. The food is always freshly made and tastes lovely, all staff are thoughtful and friendly. It is an integral part of our community, and we have formed many important friendships by being so comfortable here. We have had meals at all different times of day, and each one has been just what was needed. Due to research purposes... I can highly recommend any\all of the waffles, around 90% of the menus. (I plan to complete the remaining 10% before Christmas).

Very very good food here! Wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was tbh, it was AMAZING and the portions were huge! Absolutely must visit if you're local 👌🏼🤟🏼 We had the Mexican menu and the naked burrito bowls.... 🤤

This is a frequent visit for my partner and I. You can tell that the owner puts his heart and soul into running the cafe. He is really kind and welcoming on each visit. He genuinely cares that the visitors enjoy their experience - often going above and beyond and taking any feedback onboard. There is a variety of options on the menu, and they often cater to personal preferences. The food is good value for money - very tasty and great portion sizes. The atmosphere is quite cosy - great for doing some work or meeting with family and friends. Overall, I would highly recommend Aroma Cafe & Restaurant.

First time visiting this place as newly moved to Soham, I had the pork chops with a signature sauce and fries it was delicious, good value for money, and great service and extremely friendly staff highly recommend

Not the first time I've ordered from here, nor will it be the last! I've both eaten in and have had delivery from Aroma and it's always service with a smile. Food is always lovely and so is the atmosphere, with kind employees who always make you feel welcome. The coffees are always great as well. Was pleasantly surprised to see that they recently swapped go recyclable packaging on their deliveries as well!

We were positively surprised by this hidden gem in Soham, very well decorated. We only ordered coffee, but it was really good.

If you want a lovely meal at a good price and not have to trek to Ely or Cambridge go here! Good varied menu (even my children who are fussy love several dishes), the staff are lovely and the place is clean and tidy. I highly recommend. Use it or lose it people.

Best loaded chips I have found in the uk so far

We went here for brunch and we had a really nice time. The food was tasty and lovely portion sizes. The guy who runs the place is really kind and very welcoming. Quiet when I visited, pleasant server :)

Ordered food through just eat @ 12:33, phoned up at 13:37 to find out where order was, was in the middle of explaining I ordered over an hour ago and I have to pick my son up from school soon, he hung the phone up on me! Which is a shame because I have used this cafe a few times before and like the food. Least I know better to order elsewhere now

We have recently visited for Sunday brunch and really enjoyed the freshly made waffles. So many toppings to choose from, we tried mango and pistachio - both delicious. Another day we ordered breakfast for take away and that was also lovely - freshly made and good quality ingredients. Excellent value for money and friendly service. Will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Owner is a genuinely lovely guy and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. He runs the place on his own and has put his heart and soul into it. His food is great and the atmosphere is lovely. He serves lovely coffee! Like all good places if you don't support it you'll loose it so please support this fantastic local business. PS the waffles are to die for!

A new family friendly cafe/restaurant. Great environment for children to play and parents to relax and watch on one side of the building, with a segregated section for those who don’t wish to be bothered by children playing. Our daughter loved all the toys available where my wife and I enjoyed a refreshing snack. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

Visited Aroma for the 2nd time, this time for breakfast. I had a vegetarian breakfast, my son had a full English. The staff were very attentive and the food was really delicious. Last time I went in I asked for an oak milk latte but they only had soya or coconut, this time they had oak milk which I think shows how eager to please they are!

Been here twice, breakfast was okay; I like the grilled salmon rice, it has coconut aroma in it reminds me of southeast Asia's cuisine

Went here for lunch and was quite disappointed. I had a peri peri chicken panini. People on my tables food came out at completely different times, others finished eating before my food came. The outside of the panini was hot and the inside was lukewarm with little filling. The cafe was also made up of what looked like old furniture. Cleanliness wasn’t too good either, plates didn’t seem to clean and glasses were covered in water marks, similar to the cutlery which was very scratched and watermarked, making it look like it hadn’t been washed properly. We were the only people in the cafe at this time, so I wouldn’t have expected the poor service we had. Overall I think the cafe could have a lot of potential, but how it is now, I definitely would not visit again.

Food was okay, burger was hot in the middle and cold on the outside, quiet small portion. Furniture was also a bit strange (table was a vanity stand with draws on it).
