Flavour very good, but almost no meat. A lot of sauce to 5 pieces of chicken.

First time ordering from here and extremely impressed. The food was delicious, arrived piping hot and earlier than the estimated time. It has to be the best takeaway we have had in a very long time, and my hubby said it was the best tasting curry

Had a very nice meal at Aroma, plenty of choice on the menu and the service was fast and friendly. Lots of options for vegetarian diners. The decor inside is nice, we sat upstairs which gives you a good view over the restaurant ground floor.

Brilliant place to eat. Parking available and lovely atmosphere and decor. Food was amazing quality and the staff were so nice and attentive. Food was quick in being served and a superb price! We had the Thursday offer at just £14.95 but I would still pay for the standard menu as the food was top notch. I will be going back very soon! Thank you guys!

Still can't believe they sent us supermarket bought poppadoms! And charged 90p for each!! Usually a good restaurant, but we won't return. Terrible quality. Don't open if you don't want to make real food.

Tasty food in this friendly restaurant close to the town centre. Everything we ordered was delicious and served with enthusiasm by our waiter, Mush.

I don’t know about anything else on their menu, but they make the best tadka daal, possibly in the UK (out of all of the ones I’ve tried). I’m from India (Mumbai) and I’m honestly shocked at how accurate their recipe is; honestly better than restaurants in Mumbai. I will definitely be eating here more often when I’m missing the taste of home. The service was impeccable too - I didn’t catch the names of the waiters but they were both great. If you haven’t dined here before and want authentic tadka daal - I highly recommend this place.

Always rated this place and previously given top marks, however it’s was a massive let down after feeling extremely rushed during service and just wasn’t a happy pleasant experience that we usually experience, then again the usual guy that has looked after us previously was at other tables. Plus to find out they don’t have a baby changing facility, having to do this on your lap on a toilet seat! Was only here a week before and is our go to takeaway, such a shame how one bad experience can just make you not want to return.

I booked for my 40th birthday and spoke to the restaurant before hand regarding my dietary requirements. The communication was great and I booked for 15 people. The service was fab, great atmosphere and the food was amazing. This was the same for everyone in the party and we all enjoyed the food. They catered for my dietary requirements perfectly. Got a takeaway on New Year. Excellent service from start to finish. Delivered to the expected minute and the food was absolutely amazing.

We had Christmas dinner here and really enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and efficient throughout. The food was excellent and plentiful. Each booking was given a 2 hour slot and they really tried their best to make sure that we didn’t feel rushed. Very reasonably priced for Christmas Day. We will probably book to go again next year.

Food was pretty average. Good but not great for the price. Ordered chicken bhuna, which consisted mainly of chicken and sauce. Few onions or other vegetables, unlike in the actual restaurant, which was disappointing. Will go elsewhere next time.

I recently dined at Aroma having seen them advertising on social media. I think that it is safe to say I was throughly impressed. The menu is extensive and creative whilst maintaining the authenticity of the Indian cuisine. I tried the Jal Murgh Lassander and I was certainly not disappointed. It was one of the signature dishes on the menu, it was spicy as stated on the menu but the flavours you could taste in the dish were sublime. What really stands out is the attention to customer service. On a busy Saturday night, each member of staff gave us a very friendly welcome and made us feel right at home. They were polite and attentive throughout the evening, even finding the time to having a conversation with us despite being busy. Smiles on each one of their faces goes a long way, we really appreciated how well they looked after us. It was possibly the best service I have experienced in any restaurant. The ambiance is wonderful and the atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. This restaurant must be an absolute delight to have for the public of Burnley.

Good food and service. Was fairly quiet so not a brilliant atmosphere inside but the food and service from staff was top notch.

Met up with friends after they had been on the football. I'd booked the table for 5.30pm however my friends got caught up in the after match traffic so it was 5.55pm before we went in. The staff were great and quickly showed us to our table. We ordered drinks and they arrived quickly as well. There were 4 of us the party and we ordered a starter each then a main meal, me and my wife shared a rice but I had a chapati and she had a garlic nan. The food arrived over the next hour and it was fantastic. The staff were attentive during the meal but not overpowering. We were finished by 8pm, but we stay chatting and the staff were great with no pressure to leave. We got the bill which worked out at £60 per couple including drinks. We left at just before 9pm and what a wonderful, relaxed evening with friends that we don't see often. Once again the Aroma came up trumps with friendly attentive staff and fantastic Indian starters and mains. We will be back, and thank you so much.

First time ordering here and I wasn’t disappointed. Unfortunately, they didn’t originally bring the rice we ordered but the guy on the phone was lovely and sorted it straight away. Instead of going back to the shop to come back (it’s quite a way), the delivery guy went and bought extra from another place round the corner so that we could eat our food hot. I don’t mind when a mistake happens but as they corrected it like this, I won’t hesitate to order from here again! Food was delicious too! :)

Sunday night special. £14 for starter , main ,side and dessert. Plus poppadom and dips In total , with 1.5 pints of cobra and a coffee only £23. Good value. Food was absolutely great. The biriani came with an omelette ( never seen that before!) and the usual veggie curry which was excellent. Plenty of meat. The starter was three chicken wings and salad. Dessert was notionally cake , they were out so I had ice cream. All was excellent. Decor and ambience is modern , smart and pleasant open plan. On two floors. Service was very good indeed. I couldn’t find anything to complain at! I’d go again. Park in side streets nearby. Thoroughly recommend.

Have ordered a lot from here but waiting 2.5 hours for food is just too long, I pre ordered knowing it would be busy too and it was delayed twice. 2 curries 2 rice bread and a side £40. The korma was really watery with no flavour this time too and the naan very dry. Most of the time the food is good which is why I’m happy to pay the money as it’s very expensive compared to others around but this experience which has happened before has put me off ordering again.

Ordered online to be told food would be delivered by 645pm food turns up at 6pm im in the bath didn't here door driver went away but did return 30 mins later with hot food a nice chap in all fairness My problem is the curries are not what i like jalfrezi had too much masala tasting sauce in and the dopiaza had too much cinnamon in and swimming in oil Breads are ok as is rice but the curries are just not quite right for me

I've been coming to the restaurant for many year's now and the food, service and everything about the Aroma never changes it's always been a touch above the rest and definitely the best Burnley has to offer . I wouldn't think of going anywhere else .

Been before and had no hesitation coming back when some overseas visitors insisted on an Indian meal. The menu is vast and creative. We ended up having a mixed platter starter that went down well and a mix of mains that we all shared. All very good. Service was professional. Unbelievably (or perhaps a reflection of the midweek nighttime economy in Burnley) there was nobody else in the entire time we were here (Tuesday evening). That’s no reflection on the restaurant. Now with Thursday and Sunday special menus I wonder if extending it for the rest of the midweek trade would help.

Family of 5, celebrating GCSE results and also sons 15th Birthday. All had a mixture of starters and mains and food was enjoyed by all.. all absolutely stuffed!! Great service, great food, recommend👌

Amazing food , always used usha for Sunday night curry as we lived around the corner, but since we have moved up the other end of town we thought we would give aroma a try. Wow £14.90 for the Sunday special menu it's a hidden gem that most people don't seem to know about. Loads of choices for starters and mains and good parking around the back give it a try you won't be disappointed.

We travelled from Haworth yesterday to try this restaurant. And what a delight! The best Indian cuisine I've ever tasted, big compliments to the chef, and all staff involved. We were looked after throughout by a pleasant young man which added to the lovely experience. Surroundings and decor are very pleasant also. We will definitely recommend and return thank you .

Wonderful evening, my daughters 13th birthday. Special measures from staff without hesitation to make my daughters evening one to remember with a birthday cake and chorus, and a mocktail on request! All of the staff including Mush, were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food was delicious and came plentyful. Your lovely manners, your ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude and attentiveness made our evening . The best Asian restaurant with the most flavoursome dishes. Thank you for a really wonderful experience . Not sure if we will ever get the opportunity to return to the town but if we do, we will without a doubt come visit again .

We were recommended Aroma for a takeaway and I must admit it was all 100%, ,the delivery service was very good then the main part of it all was the food, I can’t find any fault to comment on. We had the chicken Balti and we weren’t disappointed. If this makes any sense the food looked clean when it was delivered, not swimming in oil and grease I can only say give it a try and you won’t go anywhere else.

Another great experience at Aroma- we visit here frequently and are always blown away by the food and the service! Mujtaba has absolutely brilliant customer service and makes us feel so welcome. Today he really helped us with choosing the dishes and has great advice on new stuff we wanted to try. He was so happy to answer any questions and overall a fantastic help, seriously recommend visiting if you are in the area!!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Aroma restaurant where the food was absolutely amazing. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff, particularly 'Mush', were incredibly attentive, warm, and polite. Normally, my family and I would get takeaways from this restaurant, but after experiencing such exceptional service, we are now aiming to dine in person more often. The combination of the fantastic food and the friendly staff made for a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience.

The service was very polite and very easy, made sure to advise us and make us aware of anything different to regular curry’s. We was served by Mush and he was very nice and made sure we would enjoy the food. Overall extremely good and would recommend.

The food was amazing, as was the general atmosphere but the highlight was the service. We were very looked after by our host, Mujtaba! He checked in on us at various points throughout the meal and was very helpful throughout it all and made it a very enjoyable experience. I ordered the Bombay Pistacho Korma as I was after something a bit milder and it really hit the spot. My partner ordered the chicken tikka jalfrezi which she also really enjoyed. Overall, our experience was great and I highly recommend.
