One of the best sheesha lounges in Birmingham without a doubt. I loved the ambience, the service, hospitality and especially the food! 10/10 the highlights we ordered the beef nachos, rice and fresh fruit platter - it was spectacular. The manager was absolutely delightful and he catered to our every need even bringing us extra tea! A lot of sheesha places don’t cater accordingly with the food but this place trumps them all. It’s not too loud but it’s got the right level of vibes with a nice DJ. It’s perfect for date night or just hanging out with the gals / lads etc for dinner and then a nice sheesha afterwards. It’s a very aesthetically pleasing place with mirrors everywhere that is delightful.

Staff conduct has been unprofessional. The new owners' failure to maintain wheelchair accessibility represents a significant departure from the previous regime's fully compliant provision. Interior design investment is unproductive without concurrent provision for wheelchair users. Two weeks ago, on a Saturday, I inquired with security personnel regarding alternative entrances, such as a side fire exit or step-free access, but was informed that none exist—a matter of serious concern. This raises questions about the validity and compliance of their fire risk assessment, which demonstrably fails to meet Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) standards. Universal accessibility is mandated for all buildings by 2025. This establishment's current accessibility under the new ownership is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against patronage. Prior to the change in ownership, I was a regular weekend patron. The rebranding as a Dubai-themed lounge is immaterial to the critical accessibility failures. I will be formally reporting these concerns to the council's health and safety department for investigation.

I came for a shisha from Glasgow and I came into a good nice aesthetic vibe lounge and was welcomed by the beautiful Yasamin herself she was kind and polite and helped me in choosing a flavour and then proceeded to walk me to my seat and also asked if I needed anything just to call her and she’ll help. The shishas really good here aswell and I’ll defos be coming back here next time I’m in Birmingham. Yasamin has the best customer service so whoever the boss is i recommend giving her a good pay rise she deserves it

Yasamin was such a lovely host. She gave us the best time and was so fun to talk to. She was absolutely welcoming. The food was fine. We ordered multiple items and drinks that were recommended by her and it was better than expected. The place is very beautiful and aesthetic.

food was tasty and well cooked, milad and Mia was really nice servers. mia was loverly really friendly. but double apple and mint shisha was no good, had to ask to get it changed 3 times and it still didn't taste of the flavour, we had to ask them to remove from the bill also.

Lovely place, aesthetically pleasing. Customer service was 10/10, especially by Mia. She is such a lovely person, very helpful and has impeccable communication skills. There was also another gentleman serving us, (Good-looking bengali guy with a beard) he was just as welcoming as Mia. We orderd the pulled lamb nachos, some mocktails and the baby chicken. The only criticism I would give is the cut off point being 12am. We had ordered sheesha at 11.30 and it was taken away at 12 due to licencing times. Saying that though, we should have been aware of the closing times too! Nonetheless, after I told management I was disappointed at the sheesha being taken away (as it was so nice and smooth and the flavour was 👌!) He took it off the bill. I will definitely be returning, this will now be my regular!!

My first visit to this place was an absolute delight. The starters, main course, and dessert were all spot on, and none of my friends were disappointed. The food was delicious, but the environment and hospitality of the workers were equally impressive and consistent throughout. I highly recommend this place and give it a big thumbs up 👍 10/10!

Food was very nice apart from them accidentally giving us the wrong steaks🤭, we also ordered a passion fruit martini expecting the smoke of bubble as it said on the menu but we had this.. music was also really good.

From the second we arrived, we felt rushed. Staff were quick to take our order, which would’ve been fine if it didn’t feel so forced and pressured. But it didn’t stop there — while we were eating, we were repeatedly asked “are you done?” as if they couldn’t wait for us to leave. It completely ruined the experience and made it feel like we were more of an inconvenience than a customer. It’s a shame because the place has potential, but the lack of basic customer service and hospitality really let it down. Dining out should be relaxed, not stressful. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re okay with being hurried out the door.

I visited today for a friend’s birthday & I was stunned at how incredible the food was. A very pleasant surprise. We ordered the French Dip, Chicken Skewers, Lamb Chops, Baby Chicken, Steak & Ribs. Essentially we tried almost everything on the menu & every single item was incredible. Keep up the fantastic work

We went yesterday for my friends birthday and it was amazing manager or owner (Asian) was so lovely & made sure we got all are food and costumer services was amazing we even got towels and sweets at the end. 10/10 experience the lambs are 8/10, Mac and cheese 6/10 wasn’t the best but I’m not a big fan of cheese anyways!

Had a fantastic dinner with friends and really enjoyed our night! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. We were well looked after by Jak, who gave us excellent dish recommendations. Every meal was spot on, and we couldn’t have asked for better service!

I visited Argeela for the first time since its new renovation. Upon arrival we were seated, the interior was nice, however it took forever for a waiter to take our order even though it wasn’t that busy, I ordered the chicken dinner with sides and a few other bits, the food lacked flavour and tasted like a 20 minute meal you would make at home, the food is highly overpriced considering its tasteless, we were asked how the food was? I gave them so constructive feedback, waiter said he will see what he could do for us, he never returned. It’s safe to say we won’t be going back, there are many other restaurants/ shisha lounges that serve better food! Very over rated in my opinion.
