Had chicken arepa and was not disappointed at all, Loved everything about it.

One of the best options at Camden Market. Arepa is soft, meat is juicy and tender, guac is flavourful. One of the healthiest options there.

Camden is the gem of food vendors and people watching. No wait time and the ladies serving were lovely and kind. The food was okay, I am gf so I got the beef arepas (corn and quinoa bun) which was decent but hard to eat without spilling the top and feeding the pigeons. I also wanted more flavour but I’m sure I would give it another shot for the rice bowl.

First time trying this but I was blown away with it. Outstanding quality of ingredients and so fresh. Excellent that it was also gluten free! I will definitely be returning and bringing others to try!

Whenever I go to Candem I always eat from this place. They make delicious Arepas and the service is nice. The price has increased over the past year (hence my four starts). I'm not sure if it's because everything is more expensive now, and I get that, or because I went in a very busy day. There was a sticker placed on top of the original price, what makes me think they change the price depending on how busy they are?!. Overall, they serve great food, and I'm sure I'll be back as usual.

Comida muy rica en Candem Market. Muy interesante para personas con intolerancia al gluten, están hechas con choclo.

Local que se encuentra en el corazón de Camden, la verdad que sin estar mal deja mucho que desear. He probado Arepas en varios lugares y sin lugar a dudas estas son las que menos me han gustado, demasiado aceitosas para mi y el sabor de los ingredientes tampoco estaban para tirar cohetes... Si volviera a Camden tengo claro que a este sitio no volvería.

Horrible customer service, very rude man (yelling and very rude behaviour), cleanliness is very low, the arepas are not very good either there are better spots in London don't go to the Candem Market spot

The corn bun is too thick, oily and crumbly. It doesn't hold the filling which is mediocre at best. Plantain fries are good and the only reason it's not a 1 star bust.

Very nice people, we went a busy day but they show great effort to serve everybody fast. The food was wonderful!! “arepas rellenas” Venezuelan style really tasty!! Not expensive at all for sure a place to stop!

Fried salted cornbread, not very tasty, poor filling, indistinguishable mix of things, if you are new to arepas don’t think arepas are that, and if you are familiar with them, don’t hold your expectations, the kiosk would do with a bit of a cleaning, very disappointed as we travel to try them out, in a very good spot but not recommend it at all.

So we returned to the market when all the food stalls were closing down. Admittedly it was a bit stupid but we had arrived to the market in a rush; my mum approached the stall where the man behind the stall quite rudely said we’re closed. Mum clearly was trying to build some rapport and jokingly said ‘oh no we missed you’ whilst the man continued to stare at us in an unfriendly manner. Maybe being miserable isn’t a crime but it’s not good customer service. Also doesn’t really make me want to return out of principle.

Stumbled upon this halal arepa stall (which is quite hard to come by) and was impressed. The arepas were delicious and flavourful. Went for the Arepazo bros special with The beef and chicken which cost 10£ on its own and £12 with a side of plantains and a drink.

The pabello and the plantain fries were amazing. Highly recommend, they gave a sample of the plabello to let you try before you buy.

I actually had a gf sandwich with me but I was offered a small piece of the corn bread to try and so I abandoned my own sandwich and bought a corn bread with meat, plantain, black beans, guacamole and tomatoes as it was so delicious! Really great food!

Camden Food market is definitely an experience - and worth a visit if you’re in London. Arepazo Bros Is among the most recommended food stalls all over the place. To some extent I fully agree, to some extent, I disagree, therefore 3 out of 5 stars. If you don’t know what Arepas are: Coming from Venezuela, It’s more or less small breads baked with corn flour, that are filled with meat or vegetables, beans, pico de gallo and cheese. Sounds quite simple? It isn’t, because the composition and balance decides whether they are just a chunk of stuff, heavy in your stomach, or taste savoury and delicious. Arepazo Bros made a good job here, especially the Pabellon, but not outstanding. The beef was nice, chicken not so much as it was too watery, without much taste or flavored. But the fried plantain was great. All in all, a bit to much saucy, too much fat. And therefore almost impossible to eat. But worth a try.

Best arepas I've tried in a long time

Crispy, rich, tasty. We were there early so they took their time to golden the arepas to perfection and fill with fantastic beef. With all the stalls in Camden, I'll probably go back to this one. I like trying new things, but this time I enjoyed so much my street food!

The best arepas I've tried to date (in London or Spain). Yummier than any burger I've ever had, they are so tasty I can't stop making "mmmm" sounds while eating : ) I haven't been back to Camden for about two years and was real happy to see the quality of the arepas hasn't changed. I can't wait to take some friends with me next time.

Really tasty food and good value for money, £10 for a drink, plantain and Arepa, it’s also gluten free. I would recommend this to anyone.

WORTH THE EXPERIENCE!!! despite the long queue, it was worth the wait. they play good music that they sing and dance to while cooking and it catches customers eyes. they give off very good energy and you can tell the food is good when they give good energy. the food was AMAZING and i’d definitely purchase more food within the future. their their fresh lime and brown sugar drink is DELICIOUS it is the most underrated drink and definitely a nice refreshing taste in the summer. the staff are so nice and friendly towards you that you feel like they’re your best friend.

This is my go-to whenever I am in London! It is filling and so flavorful. Also, the man at the counter always makes me laugh and have had several memorable conversations and meals here.

Had this gorgeous filled corn bread on our visit to Camden yesterday. It was so good I can’t stop thinking about it! Shredded beef and chicken, melted cheese, plantain, black beans, avocado....lots of tasty sauces to help yourself to. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! And the 2 guys serving it were lots of fun. Could not recommend more!!

Never had arepas before, but this ones were out of this world!!! The guy gave us a sample when we were passing and it was very polite and had an inviting personality. I ended up buying the meal deal with had plantain as a side with a coke. Will definitely come back!

Welcome to Venezuela! This is definitely the best sandwich from a food truck I ever ate. The corn bread is delicious, soft and warm. The meat is carefully prepared in a sauce that perfect match the guacamole! Everything rocks in this sandwich!

I can not believe I didn't review this place. It is my must eat at place whenever I am in London. Worth every and any line. Worth the trip from Forest Hill, Gillingham, and the USA. Besitos to my older friend who works at the booth.

We were in Camden on Wednesday, it was wet and horrible weather but these 2 guys were happy and chatty! They gave us a sample as we wandered round and it was amazing! Back we went and had the Jambellon. It was stuffed full of shredded beef, melted cheese, avocado, black beans and then you add sauce. We ate it leaning on the pub behind's wooden wall! Take care though, it is juicy! I spent the rest of the day with a big 'gravy' stain down the front of my hoodie . . . But it was worth it! Well done guys! Lovely food on a yucky day 😃

I ordered the maet option with no chicken and it was delightfully. The frame is crispy, the meat is gravy, the tomatoes are fresh and it's made with love and passion. Well done!

Loved it! Carne desmechada like my mum does it. Wish we had something like that in Germany! Prices go from £6 to £8 and you can have a meal arepa with plantain fries and a drink for £10.

Camden lock es un sitio genial para probar comida diferente, así que, habiendo conocido más de un venezolan@, me decidí por probar la famosa arepa de pabellón. Los chicos de Arepazo Bros me sirvieron una sabrosa arepa en un momento. Echando humo y bastante grasienta tenía una pinta muy atractiva, pero el secreto fue, sin duda, la salsa que ofrecen para que te sirvas, que estaba deliciosa 🤤 y ayudaba a comer sin abrasarte. Por lo que leo en otros comentarios, parece ser que no siguen la receta tradicional, sino que innovan. Tendré que probar más arepas con tal de comprobarlo.

Kinda disappointed I love street food I hunt it out as much as I can where ever I go cause most of the time the flavours are amazing, to be honest this was kinda disappointing when I'm burdened with this greasy mess of which I couldn't even taste the avocado in this for £8 I expected something a lil different.

Had these for the first time today, they are absolutely fantastic! They are made very quickly by the team in the kiosk and they are great value for money and taste might fine! One piece of advice, do not sit at the tables opposite, you will be hassled by the small birds in the tree for food and the birds do what birds do regularly! Sit somewhere else but you must have this food

I have to say I loved the papelon enough to go back alone second time. This was my mistake. An older woman is an easy target. The man taking the money distracted me with small talk and switching to an American (North Carolina) accent, and when I walked away, I realized he had done this to distract me and keep my £3 change out of the £10 I gave him. It's okay. I contributed to his tequila fund, and he unknowingly encouraged me and my American friends to try to try one of the other great food booths.

I love this place. The food is top notch - it far surpasses most of the other stalls in Camden market on taste as well as value for money. Not only that, but the staff are always in a good mood - sometimes you're lucky enough to see them dancing and singing!

If you want to eat a good arepa please don't come here. Shredded chicken is nothing like a true arepera chicken is supposed to be. No Venezuelan seasoning at all. And if you are going to charge 6£ for an arepa I would expect at least the arepa to be well done and full of filling (arepera style) but no. Also arepas seems to be fried and not grilled. I would recommend the papelon con limon, very refreshing. Added after comment: If you are selling Venezuelan arepas, then people would expect that food is cooked Venezuelan style. Please then advise that the chicken is not really shredded, instead is white chicken pieces only seasoned with pepper and salt

Ideal para el almuerzo! Se ven super pequeño pero suficiente para el almuerzo están llenando. Es un poco caro, pero por £5 (para la opción vegetariana) que es casi normal. Tuve el domino que era judías pintas, guacamole, plátanos y queso. Fue muy sabroso! El maíz era deliciosa, yo no he tenido ninguna de maíz tan sabroso como antes. No te olvides de las salsas están al lado (que también son únicas y maravillosas).

I went here in Camden Market and these guys stood out because they were the most happy workers I have ever seen. The guys were dancing to latin music and having a great time, which made a great atmosphere for the long line to get the arepas. I ordered the La Cartelua and it was absolute excellence. The plantains were the best I ever had and the bread is really something else. You must stop here if you're in Camden Market.

Arepa has to be my favourite street food so I was happy to find it at Camden Market.

Fui con mi hija en un viaje de un día a Londres con Camden Market ser nuestra primera parada. Estábamos tan hambrientos y tenía un paseo por la zona exterior de la comida. Pasada Arepazo tantalised Bros nos estamos por el delicioso aroma de la comida para nosotros y que procedía de más el sonido feliz de canto de los chicos que sirve detrás del mostrador. . . . Rápidamente nos sabía que este era el lugar para nosotros para probar algo diferente y tengo que decir que nuestras arepas hace eran increíbles! ! Tan sabroso, la harina de maíz, gluten de lechuga son crujientes por fuera y blandas y suaves en el interior. Tuve un pollo y aguacate con Queso derretido y el plátano (la primera vez para mí, un poco como la batata) y el rociado algunos deliciosa salsa en el piso, no estoy seguro de lo que era, pero estaba riquísimo! Mi hija tenía la opción vegetariana que ella era igualmente feliz. ¡Volveremos!

Deeply in love with this street food, even thoughi am still not very sure what origin it is.... firstly it is hot food, and it is very juicy! Especially love the deep fried banana and the bread made from corn!!!! When you deep the fries to the sauce, its just unstoppable.

He visitado la cabina en Camden ya dos veces, y se han convertido en un clásico de mis visitas a Londres. Merece la pena sea cual sea la longitud de tiempo que tienes que pasar en la cola. Las Arepas hace son mejores que los de mis amigos venezolanos me hace (y aquellos que eran deliciosos. La cantidad de delicioso) en mi estómago proporcionada por estas arepas hace es inconmensurable. Aún no tengo fotos porque son tan buenas.

Intentamos estas por primera vez y nos enamoramos de estas Arepas hace. Las carnes son tan bien sazonada y me encantó el relleno de plátano! Las salsas fuimos tan bien con la envoltura, sin duda, el mejor Arepas hace que he probado nunca.

Arepa is Venezuelan street food. The queue was long and my mind was intrigued. It looked like a burrito but in a pan fried thick dough. It promised so much with beans, avocado and cheese included yet it delivered so little. Bland, oily, sloppy gooey mess. Not my cup of tea at all.

Es típico cuando vas a Londres visitar Camden Town, y también es típico comer en los puestos callejeros que hay junto al canal. Pues este puesto es de los mejores o el mejor!!!! Sirven arepas venezolanas increíblemente buenas con carne deshilachada y queso, guacamole, black beans, pico de gallo..... y salsas deliciosas. No podéis dejar pasar esta oportunidad si vais por allí!!!!

Io e mia moglie abbiamo provato quello al mercato di Camden: abbiamo ordinato un'arepa per cominciare il tour gastronomico dei vari stand.Focaccia assolutamente non conforme a quella venezuelana: all'interno c'era talmente tanto formaggio che il sapore della carne veniva completamente perduto.L'unico street food che non abbiamo gradito a Camden.

This place has nice, tummy warming arepas. It definitely reminds me of home. I love the plantain fries too. The owner is a bit of a showman, definitely worth a visit of you're in the area. I've only given them 4 1/2 stars because they don't have traditional picante (spicy food). That's a must!
