Aquarium Persian Restaurant in Ealing

I come here often because it always tastes soooo good. Having been a wannabee chef most of my life, I like to think I can cook and know I have a good palette. Here, the food is full of flavour, albeit several different elements on the plate are subtly spiced, and, as such, the juicy, meat, mixed salad, gorgeous flatbread and dips all work together harmoniously. It's easy for me to big up a local eatery on a review, as we have so many in our area to chose from; for that reason, I rarely do unless I think it's special. Whilst I always sit comfortably outside, under the awning and the lights, looking out, the interior is really as sumptuous as it is clean and open, all with genuine persian/arabian touches throughout. Likewise with the hosts who are always keen to accomodate me in a friendly, professional yet unobtrusive manner. Again, for those of you that have an interest in these things, the crockery and presentation, befits the high standards the hosts set for themselves and their premises. This also includes the rest rooms and waiting areas which afford a very good level of space and privacy. Aquarium has an extensive range of freshly prepared coffees, teas, juices and pastries including many more esoteric flavours from all four lines. It is also well located a few metres away from Acton Town Tube, which is an accesible station for mobility compromised travellers servicing both Piccadilly and District Lines in and out of central London.

I ordered a wrap and was told that I could not have the wrap in the restaurant as I only ordered a wrap. I was told to have the wrap as a takeaway. The restaurant was empty at the time and all the seats were vacant. I guess the chef was annoyed having to make just one wrap for one person. On top of all this, it was raining outside! They do not know customer service at all.

I wanted to share my gratitude for the wonderful dining experience at your establishment. From the delectable dishes to the attentive service, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Thank you for creating a delightful atmosphere and serving exceptional food. I look forward to returning soon.

Dropped in for lunch on spec and asked if we could just have something light like a starter. They were happy to comply and brought out a mixed salad for one between two of us. Could see chef behind a glass screen preparing food freshly. Food was lovely, as was the coffee, and reasonably priced. Premises are not fancy but are clean. Tables well spaced and comfortable. All told a pleasant experience and we were made to feel most welcome.

The people that run this restaurant are the nicest, humblest people one would wish to be served by. Excellent food recommendations, nothing was too much for the kitchen, and very good wine recommendations, despite the absence of a wine menu. An evening full of pleasant surprises, and we will make sure to be back soon!

It was pouring outside when they told me that I can't have the wrap that I ordered from them in the restaurant because they don't allow people to enjoy certain items after 3pm. The restaurant was empty and still that's the policy they followed and didn't even consider the bead weather outside. Absolutely horrible.

Went with 3 kids, sign outside (pic attached) says "Special Offers", no mention of times or restrictions, kids got excited and picked what they each wanted. Was told when sat down that they are only available at lunchtime, and they've never had anyone else ask for them out of lunch hours!!! OKAY!!! Quite a standoff-ish tone and approach from the lady, who I assume is the owner. We ordered from the standard menu and all enjoyed the meal. Portions a bit small, but I must say the food was good! £10 for a double Gordons Gin??? Do me a favour!! From now on I will stick with the amazing Persian restaurants in West Ealing. If you want a good food and this place is local to you I'm sure you will enjoy the food. Just don't expect anything else. I wouldn't recommend you go out of your way though!

Came across the misleading signage outside of Acton Town Station and wanted the 'specials' to be told that these are lunch specials - we came in at around 7pm!!! Completely lapse and more ridiculous that they charge a 10% service charge for 0% service!! No explanation if the menu or acknowledgement of the misleading boards. Drinks are overpriced. Food I would simply jump on further to West Ealing to get a much more pleasant Persian menu and better service. These people pry on locals and tourists. Not again.

We went after a visit to the Dino Kingdom with our 7 year old ,We chose it randomly as we are not from the area and we were very pleasantly surprised!!! The stuff was very polite and the food was excellent!!! Generous potrions ,value for money! Highly recommend!

I came to the restaurant with a Persian friend so you know it's close to authentic as possible. She recommended me to try some dishes to try and it was amazing, so flavourful, would definitely come here again!

Had the chicken joojeh kebab which was absolutely delicious and the portion was absolutely massive! Can’t wait to try this place again!

Lovely little place on the main road by Acton Town tube station. Very nice staff and lovely clean restaurant. Stopped here for lunch on Saturday afternoon. Will go again. Nice menu and nice food with lots of rice and salad.

Went for a casual dinner with my wife. The experience I had was amazing, the food was really delicious, loved the fact that they prepare the food fresh and the taste is unbelievably delicious. The lady manager she is really really sweet, her attention towards the costumer is professional. Will visit this place again, and definitely recommend to my friend and my family

I just discovered this place as recommended by a friend. Tried it with my wife and we are absolutely delighted with food and service. The manager is a nice lady with a welcoming manner and helped us through the menu to ease our choice. Very friendly and the place looks fabulous. Good dining sets and plenty of menu options to choose. price is ok and we will definitely come back. You well deserve my rating. thank you
