We celebrated my daughters birthday at Aqua in coventry. It has been a long time since the last time we visited Aqua. We were welcomed and Rouly was amazing. She did everything to make us feel comfortable and made all the effort to make my daughters birthday a truly memorable one. Thank you Rouly and Salim

Honestly, being a Coventry local and trying all the local shisha spots, Aqua is easily my favourite. 10/10 shisha and service is like your own family looking after you. Thanks again

Beautiful place, great decorations and Very friendly staff and great customer service from Salim and Rolliana, Genuinely the best food we've ever eaten. Outstanding atmosphere We are staying at hotels in Coventry celebrating my wife birthday just so we can spend weekends visiting this restaurant. We drove all the way from Derbyshire, we have been many times before and definitely will be back again,🙌 highly recommended🌹

Lovely mezza and great service from Noor.

We went for a late lunch at 2pm on a Saturday. Delicious meze. There wasn't so much choice for vegetarians from the mains, but the vegetable musaka was very tasty. And we loved the Lebanese tea - very refreshing. Great service. Easy parking.

I'm giving this place a 1 star because of the attitude of the owner / manager. An arrogant man, immature and unprofessional. I've come here afew times on different occasions, sometimes to grab something to eat alone, a birthday occasion, a meal with a friend, grabbing a take out etc. Depending on how you look the owner will be friendly, if he likes what he sees he will open the door smile and be attentive. Other times he is dismissive and rude. One time, I came to eat with a friend and I was going through a hard time with my relationship, feeling exhausted by it, and looking the same, my energy levels were low...as I ate my food he stood behind me and was saying something about the way I looked, to a waitress who was sat across the room opposite from me. She looked my way and grinned. As I looked behind me he stopped and looked away. He was so immature and pathetic and it put me off coming back. I've spent alot of money at this resturant, and even suggested it to others, as the chefs are good and the food isn't too bad the times I've been although over priced. Some waitresses are friendly one was just arrogant and a male waiter is always so polite. But the owner needs to take a long hard look in the mirror and adjust his attitude, (and his shirts... and needs to relaise he isn't even all that) and stop being disrespectful to his customers!

Had our wedding anniversary date here - perfect ambience for a date 🌹Yummy food - best was their dessert named znood - very unique taste and their rice is special too. Had ordered Mashwi Imshakal - it had different types of meat with rice. Was served by Mr Noor - very warm and courteous service. He also helped us take some really good pics to cherish our anniversary - has really nice background decorated with flowers (plastic ones of course - yet very very pretty)

I had lamb shank the worst meal I have ever Eaten could not eat it no taste don’t no what to say about the rice salad was awful it was a lot of pig swill I took my 2 grandaughter’s & daughter in law out I did not want to complain to spoil the evening worse restaurant I have ever been in

Staff attentive, polite and helpful throughout the meal. The waiter explained all the food served. Every course was well cooked and served to an excellent standard. To the point of not charging enough for the excellent standard of dishes served. Worth every penny charged and then some more. It is a Dry Bar, but the choices of non alcoholic drinks are at a high standard. Love the whole experience and we are already looking forward to returning very soon.

Guys I am not gonna lie. This restaurant served me rotten chicken on May 4th 2024. For any food poisoning, I am blaming this restaurant because this is the first meal I had today. When I spoke with the lady who smiled the chicken and confirmed something wrong with it, she said you can report the food poisoning or do what you want, I don’t mind. If anything think I want to give bad review to for personal purposes, Why did you allow them to delete my comment? I am 100% telling the truth. I have no personal issue with this business even first time to deal with it and definitely last time. .

The food is beautiful. We had Meze for 2, Mixed Grill and Vegetarian Moussaka. The food is very fresh and came quickly as we were in a rush. The place has the parking on site so very convenient. Exceptional service from Muheeth, very polite, attentive and professional. We are definitely coming back for food and shisha ❤️

Very good service . The best shisha in Coventry , better ones than big places even its not very popular . Muheeth was such a nice guy , prepared the shisha by himself and was all the time looking after us and asking if everything was okay . Thanks to Muheeth for making us feeling comfortable there .

Muheeth and Noor were great! They seated us in the warmest seats outside for the Shisha. They also gave us blankets to make us feel extra cozy. The Shisha was smooth, and they kept up with changing of the coals, so the flavour didn’t burnout. Overall it was a really pleasant, calm atmosphere.

Amazing ambiance and wonderful food. Had a lot of fun with nice customer service from Muheeth and Noor. The price was very good for all the food ordered!! Overall lovely restaurant.

The restaurant experience was disappointing. The food, though okay, did not justify the high prices. The grilled lamb was tough, and there was an unexpected charge for bread that I was led to believe part of the dish. Additionally, the service charge was added to the bill without prior notice. Overall, the lack of transparency and the unmet expectations make it unlikely for me to revisit the restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Aqua, and i must say it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a warm inviting atmosphere. The Shisha was exceptional due to the wide range of variety available. They offer an extensive range of flavours, each prepared to perfection. From classic flavours to the more exotic, they have something to satisfy every palate. The Staff at Aqua were exceptional, both Noor and Gaby took great care of us whilst we were there. I highly recommend Aqua for anyone looking for a top-tier Shisha lounge experience. It’s a place where relaxation, ambiance and exceptional Shisha come together to create a truly memorable evening. The food is just WOW.. I tried Lebanese food for the first time from here. And I have fallen for it. Incredible taste and amazingly delicious. The service was great, especially that of Mr Azim- such a pleasant guy. I recommend this place for every foodies who has a craving to explore Lebanese cuisine. Go for it!!

Had a great experience at Aqua. The food was delicious and the atmosphere quite relaxing. Was served by Azeem and Gabi, who were both gracious and accommodating to all requests. Kept the restaurant open till late as we weren’t finished eating. The dessert was also really yummy. Had a nice time and would visit again.

On arriving, we was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Ordered our food and drink, no problems there. The starters came out not long after. Very nice 3 dips that we shared. Then the mains came out pretty much straight away. Lovely food. My only criticism is, we arrived at 7pm and was out by 7.45, we had no time inbetween starters and mains for it to digest so maybe just slow the service down between courses.

Nice atmosphere and service, but the food is not authentic. got one of the basics, chicken shawarma, tasted nothing like what it should, though the accompanying garlic dip was exactly right.

Where is my food? The map showed that the rider was nearing my house, I also received a text to say that they were close. Then your website said 'Delivered'. The food was never delivered. I called Aqua, which confirmed the Just eat rider had collected the food. So, I have paid 50 pounds and received no food. I want my money back.

The food tasted ok but the portions were very small and did not fill us up + £40+ was a lot of money for what we got which was very little for that. Very dissatisfied and still hungry will not be ordering again.

First time Aqua have ever missed an item on my order. Trio of hummus and flat bread came without the bread. Food arrived and I had to go out and buy pitta bread. Food was great as always, just a shame a pretty important item was missing.

Not so good for the price. The meals were not very tasty, the meat was dry and the fish tasted of nothing! The baklava was hard and the smallest ever as well as very expensive! The staff was a mess: they made a mistake or forgot something with every order. First and last experience..

Enjoyed our food here, authentic and reasonably priced. I like the fact its no alcohol and focus is on the food and experience We had jasmine look after us(if I recall!) who was very friendly and attentive

Good service and a broad menu. I didn’t need the 3 dips starter as well as a main so that may have affected my appetite but the main was poor in comparison. Dry in parts for the grilled veg the rice was perfectly cooked but the veg lacked spice or flavour overall.

Disappointed. I am a big fan of lebanese cuisine,but this place falls short behind the standard by miles. A massive blow to my taste buds was chewy meat. Not only the lamb, but also the chicken were hard to get through. Also, the taste was bland. Arabic cuisine has very mild yet flavorsome meat. It was not there. It felt like the meat was preboiled and then pan friend with hardly no addition of any arabic flavour. Second of all, I ordered a tea and was given a teacup that had fingerprints all over it. It put me off drinking from the cup,so i used a clear glass that was on a table.Third of all, there are no paper napkins, only black reusable ones that are on the table. It would also be nice to have some Arabic/ authentic music at the background as it would add some charm to the atmosphere of the place. Big plus, the kitchen was clean when I sneaked past it, and so is the restroom. Overall, it was expensive for it was. So if you love your meat tender, succulent with Arabic mild spices - it s not the place to go. However, if you value a nice atmosphere, playing chess( my child loved it), and a clean kitchen , then you ll enjoy it. Unfortunately, we won't be ever coming back :((

Very lovely place to relax and eat. Have eaten from here many times and the food is always on point the hospitality from the waiters is perfect. Cezar and siham always go above and beyond, not pushy an always helpful where your stuck for choice. Will definitely recommend 👌

Ordered lamb shawarma got chicken instead. They increased prices quite significantly but reduced portion sizes at the same time. Disappointed.

Went for the first time last night and had a selection of cold and hot mezze. Delicious food, wonderfully fresh and a welcome change from the usual restaurant fair. Service from Azeem and Jasmine was friendly, attentive but unobtrusive. All in all a really lovely evening and we shall be back! Thank you.

Not worth the money , 4 different things, 3 of them definitely not delicious, nothing like it should be , lack of spices , all of those portions weren’t enough for even one person, maybe a baby . Restaurant messed the order , so waited double the time to receive it . Very disappointing, wouldn’t recommend and def won’t order again

Came here a few weeks ago. Shisha was nice. Drinks were perfect. Customer Service was welcoming and very approachable. Prices were reasonably for what you get which is not too bad. I would definitely come back again.

Delicious food, great service, and nice music

Visited last week with 2 others, the restaurant ambience is cosy & comfortable with plenty of space. The mocktails were all nice and each one was visually different & tasted unique. The reason I’ve rated this place 3* is because the food was bland & flavourless, not only that but my lamb cutlets maincourse was forgotten about which meant everyone at the table had their food while I had to wait a further 10 minutes ontop of the already 25 minutes we had waited, once it came out it looked appealing but the flavour was very disappointing, the lamb needed more cooking on the grill, no real grill flavour, seemed like it was pan fried in a cold pan so some parts were caramelised and other parts looked boiled, all our food lacked seasoning, the only saviour was the red tomato/chilli paste they serve on the side. Considering our bill for 3 mains & 3 drinks came to above £80 I’d say it’s very very poor value for money, the food was uninspiring & unmemorable, the gentleman with the beard was very friendly & had a good chat with us, this was our Only highlight of the experience.

Extremely disappointed. We paid £150 between 4 of us. The food was adequate but portions were ridiculous for the price being paid. The baklava dessert was a joke, 3 miniature sized cubes and dollop of yoghurt for 7 odd quid.Honestly I was really really disappointed. There was no heating where we were sitting, it was a really poor experience overall.

Had a wonderful mezze meal for two starters and main. Had a mocktail which was refreshing and complimented the meal that had a enough spice and flavour. Served by Cezar and Shahih who both looked after us and couldn't do enough to make our experience enjoyable.the freshly made dessert Zhood Elsett was fantastic and would definitely recommend this restaurant and will visit again

Great service tonight, especially from Cezar & Shahih. Had never eaten Lebanese & spent a good amount of time explaining dishes to us. We were a party of mixed eaters, some vegan some not - had a great selection of vegan food! Will be back.

Very small dish. Not enough for one child

This is by far one of the best places I have eaten at: the staff (Cezar and Sim) were so incredibly friendly and made great suggestions. The food is incredible and for vegetarians like we are, finding such a range of food is rare. The potatoes (I don't remember the name of the dish) are to die for and the Arabic coffee (cardamom flavoured) is so good is asked them to share how to make it and where to buy it from to have at home (already ordered). My wife loved the desert, a dish Cezar rightky is proud of and promises you won't find elsewhere and I believe him. Whenever we are in Coventry this will be our go to place. This is food that makes me happy.

One might think twice to pay 28£ for this platter which is not filling. Mind you this was for 2 people 😑. And Shisha coal is changed once twice , have to pay extra to change the coal thereafter

A good place for Shisha and drinks but not for foods. A small portion of chicken shesh taok with rice. The meal was small and overpriced.

Not impressed at all. The waitress was alone and she couldn't cope with all the requests. Not her fault, of course, but the service was slow and it was tremendously hot inside (no AC) with 30° outside. On top of that they sneaked a £5 service charge that we had to request not to pay. The table on our side left few minutes after we arrived and the picture I took was when we left the restaurant 1h later, not ideal to have a romantic dinner in this place... EDIT: We came back 1 year later and it was still the same. We're not coming back (noisy environment, 7£ forced tip, unprofessional service).

A very disappointing experience. Manager not welcoming, very cold, never smiled. Despite mentioning 3 times (when reserving by phone, on arrival and when asking for wifi code to bring up membership card) that we were using Meerkat, we were informed when we went to settle the bill that Meerkats is no longer honoured!! After heated discussion, we were told that although he was the manager he was a student and only received minimum wage. We did ask the relevancy of his comments but he walked off on us and had a very heated phone call with someone. When he returned he very begrudgingly gave us the bill without saying a word to us. The offer had been honoured. We asked for the name of the owner so we could discuss our concerns . This manager refused to give us details citing "exercising his discretion". He is in serious need of some customer service training. Unfortunately due to this experience we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and sadly won't be visiting again.

Delicious Lebanese food that is definitely worth the £20-30pp you're likely to spend here. A variety of options, including vegetarian-friendly stuff that is packed full of flavour.

They've put the prices up notably more than any other restaurant we use. OK, they've always been on the pricier end, and I suspect they've just put them up earlier than anyone else. Painful, but part of the times. What **ISN'T** OK is that they've _also_ massively cut the portion sizes. One starter that used to come in a small meal box, now came in a "slightly large dip" pot. Under half the amount, while raising prices by 30% ish. The price rises you get to see in advance, the portion reductions you don't.
