I had a delicious vegetarian English breakfast with homemade vegetarian sausage, which was outstanding. Very friendly service. Reasonable prices too. I will probably be back during my stay here from the USA.

Ordered salt and pepper chicken and cheese paninis with chips, the chicken was very bland and flavourless to the point where i couldn’t finish it. To top it off, i had a terrible stomachache and it made me quite ill. Also the chips were poor. Will not be retuning and cannot recommend.

The best value cafe in Woolton, nothing pretentious, just great food done well. The owners and staff are really kind and make a real effort. A proper local business we need in the village.

Lovely food, very generous proportions, all food boxed up carefully with a separate tub of gravy. We ordered 11 beef and chicken roast dinners to take away, all were perfectly packaged and piping hot. We didn’t eat them until 45 minutes later but they kept really well, warmed in the oven. Would definitely order again. Would be handy if there were just a couple of you and couldn’t be bothered to make a full roast, but equally if you have a large gathering and not enough time to put a roast together.

As I am new to the area I called in for a bacon on toast. Bacon was average and the toast was chilled all round the edges as if it was used straight from the fridge but the tea was the worst tasteless dishwasher I have ever experienced in a cafe in Liverpool

Made a phone order and was all accepted - the phoned 5 minutes later saying they had to “add a bacon and egg sandwich” to my order AND that the prices were wrong on the menu and it would be £4 more. Absolute nonsense so I told them to cancel the order. Won’t use again.

Had a lovely full english breakfast, which came with a coffee. The coffee also included a syrup shot if wanted so I had a caramel latte. Such good value for money! Really friendly and welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble and food was cooked perfectly and very tasty! Can't wait to go back.

This cafe was really good well presented lovely mannerisms n ask if we was okay wanted anything n even told them we was in a rush it's was with us within minutes n the coffee was so good standard would be returned again or ordering on line

We often have a lunch here sometimes with our grandson James we love it our friend behind the counter is lovely and knows us by name food is always good and it is lovely to get personal service he works so hard and deserves this accolade val John and james

Just ordered a breakfast over 1 hour and 10 minutes for it to arrive cold and food is dry, bacon rock hard what a waste of £13.00

Rang about 4.30 pm , to see if I could Oder 2 roast lamb dinners. Pick them up 15 mins later. The dinners were amazing lots of food for your money. Extra gravy which I love!! Friendly staff, Lovley roast dinner 10/10 from me !!

My missus ordered us a breakfast for the 1st time from this disgusting place. As it arrived we were both really hungry and wanted to tuck into our breafast . As i opened it i got a terrible smell of stale grease . The bacon was still alive and it was just a really poor breakfast. I even tried to give my dog some and it refused . Not like my dog to refuse food so says it all really. Domt go to this place people if you want to stay alive and save money

Just got breakfasts all cold bacon missing on breakfast sausage not cooked properly and cheap sausages toast missing absolutely disgusting never again not cheap either all went in the bin save your money 🤮🤮🤮

Went today for lunch , lovely and clean , good choice of menu we order for a family of 4 all arrived together and hot and tasty, definitely worth a visit

Two stars is being very generous. Ordered from deliveroo and one item was missing, two others were incorrect. Ordered salt and pepper chips and received just chips, ordered a salt and pepper baguette and received plain chicken, mayo and cheese. Only nachos were good, very disappointed as it has previously been very good, and I can’t even get a refund for missing and incorrect items. Disappointed.

I have eaten out of here once before and I couldn't have faulted it. However, this morning I ordered breakfast (halloumi, poached egg and avocado on toast). Food arrived cold, the avocado wasn't ripe it had been cut in half and thrown on a piece of toast. It's a shame as I have enjoyed all previous food I've ordered from here before.

We just ordered few meals thru uber eats, was really expecting a sumptuous dinner but Appebite Cafe failed to deliver that. The chicken roast dinner was dry, chicken meat was dry, potatoe was rock hard, the stuffing was like eating a gravel, yorkshire pudding was soggy and there wasnt even enough gravy to make it that sogy. The pad thai tastes horrible, as if it was cooked yesterday, rice noodles was hard, it didnt really taste like pad thai. The fish wasnt fresh for their fish n chips. Overall, we did not enjoy our meal. Its just frustrating, i hope the resto will read on this and will do something about it.

Went in today and was very impressed, had a lovely clean calming decor and design, staff were friendly, engaging and accommodating and the burrito i ordered was one of the tastiest burritos I've had.

Change of ownership is very noticible. Breakfast was poor with chewy cuts of cold bacon and Luke warm coffee. Such a shame. They now appear to have an alcohol licence but with so much competition locally it will need more than that for me to return.

We often order from here. They have high quality products, very fresh and the presentation is always really good despite being just a take away. Really good paninis (my favourite one is the tuna melt) and their veggie breakfast is second to none. When I have a veggie brekkie I usually struggle with the sausages as they can be dry, Appebite cafe has THE BEST vegetarian sausages I've ever had. Highly recommend this place. Coffee is also very good. Keep up the good work!!!

Charming, Attentive, Considerate, Tasty. A Saturday lunch stop that was delicious. Fresh, soft bread with fresh and tasty fillings. Gentleman serving was polite and helpful. We will definitely return for sandwiches and to try the rest of the menu. We would highly recommend - we were very impressed.

Used to be the best sandwich in the village but I was seriously let down last time I went, the bread was stale and unpleasant, a real shame as the baguettes used to be fresh and crisp, won't be back soon, poor show:(

come here everyday as I work round the corner. good selection of food and cooked to perfection .. such a good variety and always willing to do new things if you ask. I asked for chicken burger now it's on the menu. delicious food and not long on waiting time for food.

Rang up for delivery for roast dinner. Was told between half 3 and 4 was still waiting 40minutes later rang up and they had wrote the wrong postcode and she said they wil be there soon. Hour later and still waiting. So disappointing as i am pregnant and was craving a roast dinner !!!

Best cafe in woolton for breakfast, in there a lot and thoroughly enjoy my time in their because of excellent staff and excellent food. Staff always going the extra mile for you and are always friendly and pleasurable.

So disappointed, since this place has changed hands, the prices have gone up by about 12% which is unjustifiable as, the quality of the food and the size of the portions has noticeabley gone down! The breakfast used to be excellent value, but now......well, the sausages have gone from being amazing to being “chippy sausages” the slice of black pudding is almost transparent, you can pretty much count the beans you get on one hand and now you only get one slice of “doughy” toast! Come on Appebite, sort yourself out, I’ll be going to Sainsbury’s and cooking my own breakfast until you do!

Cant comment on the food. It was over an hour late and had to cancel it as i was going to work and had warned them. I called every 10/15 minutes once it was late and continued to be told it would be any minute . Barely an appology, went to work hungry!

I have had two meals in the last few weeks both delivered one roast beef and a roast chicken and have to say they were excellent and also a great delivery service would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about ordering any meals top class !
