Lovely cakes, served with a smile.

Lovely desserts. It’s not fresh cream in the bulk of them. The fave was the apple tart.

Average bakery preheated savouries. Not a good representative of original greek bakeries .

What a lovely surprise this place has been. The staff is well mannered, the place impeccablly clean and furnished with taste. The coffee was great, as we Italians like it. Found my favourite place in North Finchley!

My favourite bakery! Pastries are huge and delicious! The one that holds a special place in my heart is the sweet crunchy pastry filled with hot custard🤤 it is to die for! Suggestion: try their iced coffees, they are just beautifully delicious!

First time ordering from Apollo. Everything was fresh and nicely packed. Coffee delicious. Orange juice beautiful. Spinach pie brought back memories of my student days in Athens many years ago. One thing that would help a great deal would be descriptions for the small cakes - composition and filling. However, I will certainly purchase from Apollo bakery again.

Absolutely delightful experience , their pastries are heavenly and their Fredo-cappuccino is mastered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming its definitely a must visit for anyone craving authentic greek treats .

One of the best most underrated bakeries I have ever been to, very friendly staff, food is delicious especially the red velvet cake. Our family wakes up very early on Sundays so can’t wait to come again tomorrow morning!!

Very tasty pastries, fresh more importantly. Coffee was very nice aswell, visiting my aunt, will be sure to be back whenever I decide to do so again !

Wonderful fresh Spanakopita (Spinach pie), it saves me the fare to Greece.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! completely ruined my day out with friends. As soon as we walked it the lady made it evident that she was completely racist behaviour they were terribly inhospitable and made us uncomfortable. The staff treated us with a rude manner. To make it worse, while we were having our drinks and cakes, the staff literally TOOK OUR TABLE and moved our food to make space for her friend from her country! It was clear they were talking about us together as they joyfully thanking her and gossiping in their native tongue. We felt discriminated against and it was a massive waste of money and we will never be returning. The atmosphere was extremely hostile and the lady was prejudiced against our group. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want a bad experience. Completely ruined our day.

Only giving one star as I have to. Staff here are so rude and arrogant . They give funny facial impressions when serving you always and have no manners , I don't know how they are employed there with that attitude. We paid £24 there for three coffees and cakes only to be treated by disrespect as we wanted to pay separately and suddenly the lady came and moved our table from on front of us to greet a new customer. Without any apology or explanation. Will never step foot in this place again. Rather pay my money to support small businesses who respect and have a good service for “all “customers, Not just the ones who speak the same language.

A lovely bakery but at times customer service isn't consistently good. Such a shame for a Greek bakery when you ask one employee to add ribbon on some sweets I bought for a present (it is a common thing we do when we buy sweets for present) and she refused. She said they don't have any ribbon and instead offered a brown paper bag. The other employee heard our conversation and took the box to the wrapping station where there was scissors and took the ribbons from the cabord underneath and made it nice. I can't understand why the first employee would tell me this isn't something they offer. Culturally we don't treat our customers in this way. I felt really embarrassed as a Greek person and regular customer being in a Greek place and treated like that.

The dessert just tasted awful. was expecting a lot but sadly they did not meet my expectations. the coffee was so bitter even after 2 sugars. the staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else but at work. there were men waltzing in and out the back which was really unprofessional. the decor looks great but it’s shame about everything else that lets it down. won’t be coming again.

This place offers a pleasant environment for enjoying desserts. However, the quality of the desserts is not the best. The primary issue seems to be the excessive use of syrups, which often leads to an imbalance in flavours, resulting in overly sweet dishes.

Amazingly delicious fresh cakes, fresh burek, coffee is proper. Every chance I get I always go here for the delicious dessert and coffee. Ofcourse I couldn’t resist burek! Staff is very friendly and polite swift too, place is always busy and there is a good reason for this. Finally a patisserie that all can enjoy!

I am allergic to glucose I believe they use glucose in the products. But Baklava is really good.

Looking for something different for lunch or tea, then look no further. There are so many tempting Greek treats to choose from, which are freshly made. Cheerful, helpful staff. Decor is well thought out to have a Greek ambience with being tasteless. Unfortunately, seating is limited. A welcome change to the usual chain of coffee shops.

They need to improve recipe in some of the cakes slices. Most of the full cakes are good.

We trusted the baker to buy my wife’s birthday cake from this bakery, and I am deeply disappointed. It was such a tasteless and bad cake that I’ll never try their other products! To be specific it was a red velvet cake.

I was disappointed in this cafe that I went to today with great excitement. I couldn't find a place to sit, I asked the waiter and he offered me to sit next to two men I didn't know. two boyfriends but both sitting at separate tables and chatting, i think they were both greek. the waiter offered me to sit next to them instead of warning them. did not solve the problem and walked away. I'm shocked. then he told me to take take a way and so i went out. they are very rude.

The best coffee in all of Finchley! I come here ever time I visit from overseas. Amazing pastries and cakes also. The staff are beautiful 😍 Thank you for always being so warm and cheerful. Can’t wait to be back.

A nice urban Greek bakery. I dropped in for a coffee and some greek pies. Coffee and food are great! I'm not Greek but there were quite a collection of Greek people socialising. This created a very warning and authentic atmosphere.

So disappointed. We order quite a bit from Apollo - everything is always great, but tonight we were sent a bag with the right receipt attached and completely the wrong order inside. I called to ask Apollo if they could come and collect and replace what they’d sent as they had made a mistake and they said they couldn’t. A few minutes later, I got a call back from the same staff member telling me that if I went back into the app and ‘ordered something else small’, they would then send the right order. I didn’t want to spend any more money so declined. Just Eat have told me they will tell me in 48 hours if they deem me worthy of a refund!

My favourite bakery at North Finchley! I especially love savory pastries, like cheese & spinach, tomato & onion, beef & cheese and others. They also have a great selection of sweet pastries and deserts. Awesome bugata with custard cream!

Baklava was delicious with perfect crispiness, though the cakes were way too sweet.

Freshly sweet and sandwich which they have cooked daily. Very tasty. A bit pricey but you should try.

Looks very nice but food is terrible. I payed £‎4 for a sausage roll however when I ate it it was a tiny frankfurter and most of the inside was ketchup. The food was very overpriced and tasted disgusting

Good coffee (and Freddo!). The savoury pastries are honestly as good as homemade ones and they are very generously portioned. Most of the sweets I've tried are good too!

Well decorated place that can easily trick you to a high quality bakery. Think twice, sweets, bakes etc., very poor quality. Better buy a cake from Tesco.

My wife and I went with a friend to Apollo Bakery. The staff were very miserable and unhelpful. it seemed that the staff only liked their regular Greek customers and didn’t like foreigners.A young woman works there it seems not happy at all and very rude. Very rude ! If she is not happy there she must chose other job!

I visited this cafe. I was friendly with the staff but they treated me the opposite. I asked a waitress for water but she told me to get it myself! The male staff member was very miserable and unfriendly. The staff looked after their regular Greek customers but treated their non Greek customers badly. Don’t visit this cafe if you are not Greek. It looks they are angry of non Greek

If you love Baklava & Coffee (not necessarily at the same time) then no need to go anywhere else. Great for takeaway, even better just to sit outside, relax and watch the world go by. Super chilled and lovely staff.

Love the cold frappe espresso, i go there nearly every Sunday. But they have amazing cakes & pastries - vegetarian too. Lots of homemade products. Nice staff, good service.

The staff here are very rude and unhelpful to novices of Greek confectionery. Found it a very intimidating bakery with no patience for new customers.

Fantastic coffees & pie’s . I bought a cake for my son’s bday and was awful. I gave them a chance because my friends says are great and ordered cupcakes and they made me choco muffins with some cream but exactly the pictures I wanted on top at least bsc they were 😕well let’s say muffins and cupcakes are 2 different things. 5 stars for coffee, pies and the staff working there, lovely people 😊 0 stars for deserts.

Amazing pastrys and sweets. There are some great traditional Greek goods also. The reason of putting 3 stars is because while I was waiting to get my coffee some people inside was smoking . I m not sure if was a vaporiser or electronic cigarette. Such a shame to be this type of arrogant people and destroyed the esthetic of the shop

Awesome Greek cafe! Ordered a sausage roll and a Philedephia cheese roll and chocolate dessert. Coffee was awesome as well. Only thing is costs were a little higher than similar cafes but I didn't mind as you could see, tell and smell that EVERYTHING was being freshly made onsite! Definitely a cafe to visit for breakfast, a coffee or just somewhere to pick up a cheeky dessert for later on.

Outside there are six small tables. İnside some more tables on the right and then a large counter full of goodies with some flans or pies the first things you see. Behind the counter a man serves customers and chats, behind him are some prices. The bakery has a long narrow shape to it. The door and Window prettily decorated for Christmas a month ahead. The place is busy at 1pm Sunday afternoon. It all has a professional nice look and feel.

Generours portions and beautiful cake design and presentation. Excellent coffee but Barista seemed to be in a bad mood and cot too keen on my request for a cappuccino. Cheese and spinach pasty was a bit rubbery. A slice of cake I bought was extremely sugary. Yes, I know the cake is meant to be sweet but the amount of sugar in this one was overpowering - couldn't taste any other flavour or texture. Could have downed a pack of sugar instead. Tastes more like a cheap supermarket own brand cake, not artisan bakery. Sugar content needs to be reduced by about 30-50%.

Clean bakery and great service. Everything tastes amazing.
