Aperol Spritzeria by Terrazza Eataly in City of London, Westminster

Preguntamos si había una mesa disponible, lamentablemente no había , ya que estábamos esperando a dos miembros del grupo que amablemente estaban ayudando con otra familia con una tarta de cumpleaños ... . El miembro del personal nos sacó del camino y nos dijeron que saliéramos del camino, nunca había experimentado tanta grosería de ningún restaurante, entonces tener al portero acompañándonos lejos como si fuéramos impostores, esto fue vergonzoso, francamente grosero y horrible manera de representar a este establecimiento.

Muy bonito entorno, especialmente si te encanta Aperol Spritz. Es importante saber que hay calentadores y cubiertas retráctiles para que el clima fresco o la lluvia no necesariamente arruinen su disfrute del lugar. Nos dijeron que algunos de los elementos del menú no estaban disponibles, pero esto no nos molestó y disfrutamos de la comida y bebida que teníamos.

Had to check out the London EATALY. Two days into the new year, we found ourselves in the neighborhood on our way to our reservations at a place where “nose to tail” eating is the way. A quick stop for spritz and a Negroni was a must. We typically visit an EATALY market wherever there is one. We know what we are in for and what we can expect. No disappointments. Always a pleasant surprise in store. Prompt warm friendly service marked our experience in London. Nice.

28-Jun-23: Visited for lunch. Service was good. Food was absolutely delicious (burrata & panzanella). We really enjoyed our visit.

Went on a Friday night, atmosphere was lively. Staff overwhelmed and confused - need training on what is on menu. Food was delicious. Staff's confusion is only reason for not 5 stars. Ordered - bread and olives starter, salmon salad, octopus ragu. All excellent and so am returning this Friday!
