Nice food at reasonable prices. I can recommend the crispy chilli beef chicken.

I basically ordered a takeout, made me wait an hour and the staff were incredible rude. They didnt even know how to speak English properly. There was also a delivery guy waiting to pick up food, they made the poor lad wait for so long and were being really hash with him, when he asked why made me wait 10 mins if it wasn’t ready their response was unprofessional, they said cancel the delivery and leave. Why open a business if you can’t handle it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, absolutely poor behaviour.

I uses Ibis when I just need a basic clean comfortable 1-2 night stay in a city. But in this hotel, at least in my room, that standard has fallen. Shower was leaking, toilet seat was loose, curtains were dirty with stains, so was the kettle. It is just lack of care and attention.

Greeted by a Pink haired princess who rudely shouted at my kids for quietly playing next to me. I was shocked the way he spoke and was ready to confront him and leave then but already ordered my food, so thought I’d let it slide. After an hour wait, no exaggeration the worst food I have ever eaten in a pub arrived ever. Even the kids food was ruined, all burnt. I had steak flatbread which was such a disappointment, steak wasn’t even slightly cooked I had to leave it. Complete waste of money. I remember when this place used to be lovely. Unfortunately cannot see me returning now anytime soon. How potential to be a great pub with location and layout. But don’t waste your time at the moment.

I like this branch. I visited after a hospital appointment and when I had terrible flu. Guy behind the counter was very kind.
