Another level medispa are a brilliant team they were friendly and professional.. I got given the best skin treatment package to target my problem areas well...I would highly recommend this clinic where the service is great..

I had micro needling at this salon and treatment was provided by Charlotte. Charlotte was very attentive to all my issues and gave me great advice. Will be coming back for regular treatment

I was recommended the BioRePeel treatment, and it was exactly what my skin needed. It reduced inflammation, active breakouts and pigmentation hugely, while also adding a lovely glow! I would recommend both the spa and the treatment to anyone!

I would like to thank Charlotte and Perminder for their recommendations on treatment and face creams that I should use. Charlotte recommended me having dermafrac treatment,which helps with wrinkles. Perminder helped me choose a cleanser, face cream, eye cream as well as using an alternative for an exfoliater. Since changing my face creams my face feels different and alot better.

I had been suffering from hair loss for a while and decided to try PRP treatment and WOW after just one treatment my hair loss completely stopped, and I am already starting to see regrowth. I was made to feel so comfortable when receiving treatment and Perminder is always so friendly and goes out of her way to be as flexible as possible. Wouldn't go anywhere else, the best!

PRP.. I was apprehensive but wow it is Amazing! This is the first time I’ve ever had the treatment and have been totally blown away by the results. The next day I woke up and was stunned at how good my skin looked, younger, plumper just more youthful! And apparently the full effects are not seen until 3-4 weeks. Treatment takes around an hour, Diana the practitioner, was professional, caring, an expert, installing confidence in the procedure and putting me fully at ease. Injections feel the same as having Botox, but there is no bleeding and I didn’t have any bruising. This treatment is an absolute must, I have already booked my next treatment and can’t wait.

I am pretty much impressed with the skin treatmen am getting from another level medi spa. I feel much more confident and good looking withe the services provided by them,professional at the same time friendly as well👌👌

Went in for a universal countour wrap and scalp massage. Everyone was friendly on arrival and no waiting around. The lady that completed my treatments was lovely and professional. Made sure I was comfortable and had water throughout my treatments. Salon was clean and COVID measures in place so felt comfortable throughout my treatments.

I’ve gladly made the trip to Chelmsford whilst working at home during the pandemic. The staff are professional, friendly and caring, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have had a pigmented face for years which worsen during my first pregnancy. I have tried almost every product on the market but had no results. I was worried that I would have to leave with it, until one day I came across a Medispa rep who introduced me to the Obagi products. Amazing product. Unbelievable results. Noticed a huge difference after 3 weeks and more than expected results in 6 weeks. I cannot Express how grateful I am to the staff of Medispa. They are welcoming , approachable and very helpful and provided thorough information about the products. I would recommend this service and product to anyone with uneven toned/pigmented skin. There is no price to regaining my esteem.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my treatments at Another Level Medispa. The staff are all extremely friendly, the clinic is clean and tranquil. Going there was a real treat. Parminder is extremely knowledgable about the different treatments and skin products that would be suited to your own individual skin type and sensitivity. She also provides excellent advice from a holistic point of view as she cares about the results. I would like to also make a special mention to Jess one of the beauty practitioners, who was lovely to chat to also very knowledgeable and very reassuring.

I went here for Microdermabrasion never had one before so I didn't know what to expect but it was very good after 3 days of getting this and using the cleanser and Mosturiser they had given me I seen my skin start to improve a lot and the people there gave me loads of information and very helpful defiantly recommend this place and I will be going back for more treatments

I've been having a course of laser hair removal here for a while now and I couldn't recommend both the treatment and staff enough; it has worked fantastically so I'm really pleased with the results! Everyone comes across as really professional and knowledgeable about the treatments, and Jess in particular has been so lovely and brilliant throughout, easily 5 stars.

I have been going to this Spa since before it was owned by Perminder. I have always found the staff friendly & professional. Recently my treatments have been done by Belle who is a lovely young lady. She is very patient & attentive & non judgemental of my NOT beach body ready. Just recently qualified I would rate her up with the members of the team, who are also as equally patient & professional. Always wanted to try a skin peel. Had my first Blue Radiance Peel today and it was amazing. The therapist explained everything thoroughly and I knew exactly what to expect. My skin feels alive, fresh and glowingly. I totally recommend this treatment for those who don’t know what to do when their skin feels tired, dull and congested.I will be back 😊

Had my first ever luxury manicure, luxury pedicure and full body massage here today. It is warm and welcoming from entry to finish. Staff are very polite and made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatments. Absolutely loving my nails! And the massage was extremely relaxing - and helpful to learn that I had very tight muscles in some areas. The masseuse spoke to me about stretching out my muscles before workouts, which was nice to hear she was taking an interest in making me feel better. I enjoyed the whole experience and even though it was my first, I feel I wouldn't need to go anywhere else for future treatments! A very nice added extra was that I was a bit hungry after all that pampering, and on my receipt they gave me 20% off at the cafe downstairs! Brilliant service throughout and couldn't recommend it more! Thank you to all at another level medispa and cafe, it was wonderful!

Booked a Dermarac at this Spa last week for the very first time and was absolutely blown away with the service! The beautiful lady who runs the place is polite, helpful and very professional. She first examined my skin and recommended the Dremafrac. My skin feels so smooth and I am getting loads compliments! I am going back for more! Thank you Perminder!

Este es un cambio refrescante de todas las cadenas que dominan en chelmsford. Sirven café illy, que es una marca premium (pero un poco alto capuchino en taza extraño). Buena selección de comida caliente y fría picaduras. Preciosas vistas a los jardines de la catedral y algunos cool jazz hacen un sofisticado "crecido". Había una familia con un bebé que estaban muy bien cuidados. El té de la tarde champagne a un precio razonable. Fuimos un sábado a mediodía y sorprendido que no más concurrido. Personal amable. Sería una pena si no sobreviven.

Mi compañero estaba molestó sobre algunas etiquetas de piel que tenía bajo el brazo y alrededor de sus ojos. Que les había durante años y siempre le molestó. . Uno no es para las clínicas de belleza y yo había oído hablar de este tratamiento para quitarlas. Lo llevé a otro nivel Medispa donde sé que el dueño y ella hizo la Perminder Consulta y dijo que se tratan mediante el Cryopen. Teníamos un tratamiento en octubre de 2016 y ahora tres meses después tienen todo caído y, aparte de un poco desteñidos enrojecimiento todo ha desaparecido. . Increíble. . no podemos creer los resultados. . Recomiendo totalmente el servicio y tratamientos.

Went there for the first time today and such a welcome relief from all of the corporate chains that sadly dominate in Chelmsford. Good food, tremendous coffee and very friendly staff all served in a refreshing decorated cafe.

He visitado este café en varias ocasiones para café y nunca me decepciona, el pastel siempre es deliciosa y el personal es amable y servicial. Por eso, elegimos como sede para el té de la tarde para mis hermanas despedida, estaban muy contentos por nosotros para poner decoraciones y nos ayudó con todas las mesas. Tuvimos que esperar un largo tiempo para la comida y la bebida, sólo había un miembro del personal cultive, aunque gerente vino a ayudar más tarde pero a pesar de las tortas y bebidas todos eran correctos y sabroso y el personal era muy servicial y se disculparon. En general un café realmente precioso

Almorcé allí con 3 amigos. Comienzo optimista, una decoración preciosa, personal amable, gran variedad de opciones sonar básico pero bueno en el menú sin embargo me tristes y decepcionados. Tuve el sandwich de pescado y un dedo taza de té. El pescado era gris, el pan estaba rancio o pan tostado. El ketchup era horrible y dejaron un sabor desagradable después de toda la tarde. Aunque el té estaba bien! Es una lástima que no creo que sobrevivir sin cambiar como tal mucha competencia buena en Chelmsford ahora. No hay mucho punto teniendo un ambiente encantador y un personal amable, si la comida es horrible.

Sabía como el café recién hecho con un toque de leche y se sirve en una jarra alto. Mi croissant estaba pasada antes de que yo lo remojadas. Vi un cliente a pie disgustado porque su llevar pan era underdone y no había nada para diseminar la mantequilla con. En última instancia no vi ningún finura con la comida. Como he dicho al principio, me gustaría este lugar para tener éxito. Este es un nuevo café. Combina un Medi-spa como parte de su negocio. ¡No puedo hablar de eso, pero si eres un gran comensal después de la experiencia, no se sienten tentados a probar que ahora. Me pregunto por qué ir a todos los problemas que hacen del hotel un lugar tan agradable y luego no entregar en el producto? Un misterio? No. Estaba vacía cuando entró y estaba vacía cuando me fui. La gente votar con sus pies. ¿Volvería? Quizás en pocos meses, si todavía están alrededor.
