I didn't receive the correct order

i received the wrong order and iam extremely upset i want my money back

Stew had too many bones. Not fair

The Ayamase is not authentic, I'm sorry. I've never seen one that looks like this, it did not taste nice.

Ive ordered from here and eaten there many times and they do not disappoint. The food is always delicious and the service is very good. The manager is an amazing person and has done a superb job of keeping this restaurant up to standard. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

This is the best African restaurant in Thornton Heath so far. I enjoy every bit of this eatery. It’s so welcoming and food always on point.

The manger herself is disrespectful. I stated to the server that I have a fish and nuts allergy, which we had a whole conversation about. He then gave me the kebab with peanut sauce which I was not aware of till I got home and tried some. As soon as I realised I called in an was told the chef not the boss was in and I have to wait. The next day on the phone I have been shout at and disrespected and told that I didn’t not say about my allergy which is an allergy I have had all my life. She spent the whole phone telling me what happened and she wasn’t there and the serve straight up lied when speaking to me on the phone today. And I will be working to get the business closed down.

Very disappointed. I spent almost £40 at this restaurant my whole meal didn’t arrive. After waiting up to almost 2 hours. Efo riro very very salty. Horrible. Don’t waste your money at the restaurant. Also bad unprofessional customer service

The beans stew came with palm oil. Very plain

The amount of meat was good, food arrived piping hot. I asked for meat only but they put fish in my food. The soup and egusi was not nice, was extremely salty so I was barely able to eat much of it and tasted like it was burnt or overcooked. Fufu was the only thing that tasted good. Very disappointed as the food was very expensive

Second time I've ordered from this place and will definitely be the last. The first time I ordered, the food was extremely average but I was encouraged by some of the reviews here so I thought let me give them another chance which was a big mistake. Usually I love to support black business especially african ones but when did it become OK to charge so much money for below par food? The efo riro was extremely oily and tastless, inedible and went in the bin. I also ordered yam porridge but I was sent the wrong order, when I called to let them know I was told that it was my mistake and I ordered the wrong thing. Obviously their menu doesn't match what they are selling but at least I got a refund for that, shame I didn't get a refund for the whole meal because it deserved it. Please do not waste your time and money ordering from here, ended up eating a packet of noodles instead and tasted a million times better.

Fish was dry hardly any meat. Even though I ordered the large. But with some sauce it was edible. They had a dish called jollof with mixed meats. But it was more of a fried rice which was now. The kelewele was nice portion. Came on time. So I would order the rice again.

I was very upset when I saw only ONE res pepper sauce when I was expecting 4?? Wth. I paid for an EXTRA one even and only got 1 and 1 shitto which I asked TO NOT ADD TO MEAL AND REPLACE WITH A RED PEPPER SAUCE. One was meant to come with the yam and none came?? I was annoyed as how am I meant to eat my yam with no sauce?? The Turkey tail was average. Bad service. I prefer the Mitcham rd anny’s.

The puff puff was so disappointing it was too heavy not sweet enough and had a bitter aftertaste previously brought their and the food was great but dissatisfied with the puff puff

This is the third time I've ordered from this place and they have not failed to impress so far. Unlike other African restaurants, their food tastes like home cooked food, with quality ingredients and attention to the details. Even my children fight over food from Anny's Express; despite not liking African food from outside. I hope they maintain the cook!

I was a little sceptical at first, but I'm glad I tried them out, as I've been seeing them on Uber Eats but wasn't sure. I had the Egusi soup with Pounded Yam and Jollof stew with fish, along with some red pepper...they were DELICIOUS! and I was super impressed with the way they cooked the Egusi soup. I'll definitely order from them again and again.
