I have just been in for cocktails, we sat for over 20 minutes and nobody came to take our order, we were the only table downstairs and only a few people upstairs and the very uninterested girl just stood talking to another member of staff. We just walked out without ordering. Very poor yet again you don’t deserve to be in business

Poor service, when food came out 4! out of 3 dishes were or wrong or missing ingredients, like they forgot to add them in the kitchen. For the amount and quality of food it is way overpriced. Cannot fault cocktails, but would not go back for food.

I booked a week in advance and when met by the owner, he showed us to the reserved table (there was only two other dinning parties in the restaurant) the table was dirty and the menus covered in sauce. So even though we were expected the table was not prepped and they were not busy. the Tapas style food was served to us with no plates for the party just the serving plates, We had no where for finished chicken bones nor anything to eat from. No check back and when I questioned this the reply was that's how we do it. The owner said he would look into it but did not offer any discount on the bill. His response was they have only been doing food a couple of months (long enough to learn how to wipe tables and menus on a reserved table then) the food was bland and not exciting. A waste of my money. I have had better service and food in the Dial, this venue was no better than a Wetherspoons.

The best bottomless brunch I’ve ever had. Catherine and Ell were the greatest hosts I’ve ever had, never had a bottom brunch this amazing with staff who care this much! Would come back 100 times over

Had an amazing prosecco bottomless brunch at this gorgeous place. The interior is amazing and the staff we so friendly and couldn't fault anything. The food, as you can see from the photo was really good snd the prosecco was definitely flowing. Well done to Luke and the team, we will definitely be back x

Popped in for a quick bite, and overall very happy. Served quickly by a lovely young lady, who apologised in advance about service time. Not an issue as not in a hurry, had a couple of decent lattes and a tasty cheese and ham pannini, good size portion, with plenty of filling. Lovely friendly service, some fantastic cocktails on offer, and a good deal on prossecco. Might try them another time. Really nice environment, with same great home wear for sale. Definitely something different from the norm.
