El helado de Anita es increíble! Había tantos sabores entre los que elegir, que me decanté por chocolate y pretzels de chocolate con leche. Ambos fueron muy agradables. El personal no era el más amable sin embargo.

Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo haría. Mi pareja y yo visitamos, con la esperanza de disfrutar de algunas bebidas frías en el hermoso sol. Decidimos ir al baño y luego hacer nuestra compra para no tener que tener la bebida en el baño. ¡Sin embargo, la espantosa mujer de la recepción se me acercó, poniendo los ojos en blanco! Luego me preguntó si había comprado algo. Con una sonrisa en la cara, le dije que estaba deseando comprar las bebidas frías después de que mi pareja saliera del baño. Hay baños públicos en la zona - si no hubiéramos tenido interés en comprar, ¿por qué habríamos entrado en la tienda? Sin embargo, esta mujer volvió a poner los ojos en blanco y me preguntó de quién tenía permiso para usar el baño. Si hubiera habido una señal, podría haber entendido por qué estaba tan molesta y enojada conmigo por no preguntarle. No había ningún cartel solicitando a los clientes permiso para usar el baño (esta es una petición extraña de todos modos, pero seguir adelante). Así que le dije que no tenía idea de que iba a preguntar antes de usar, me disculpé y le aseguré que compraría pronto. Ella vuelve los ojos por tercera vez y me dice que debería haber preguntado y que soy muy grosero por no hacerlo. Ella se va. Mi pareja sale del baño y vamos a hacer nuestra compra de bebidas frías y la mujer no muestra ningún signo de tener una formación básica de atención al cliente. De hecho, ella no tenía respeto básico y mucho menos formación en servicio al cliente. Vuelve a poner los ojos en blanco mientras ordenamos y luego deliberadamente hace mal las bebidas: Sé que esto es cierto ya que no sabían nada como lo hicieron la última vez que vinimos. Ella no nos da las gracias, pero felizmente lanza la pregunta “deje una propina”. Le damos las gracias cuando nos entrega nuestras bebidas y nos las mete en las manos, pone los ojos en blanco y se va. Le sugiero que ahorre su dinero y dignidad y no visite ya que esta mujer es muy grosera y no tiene respeto por nadie, incluidos los clientes. El Gelato de Anita - ¡Arréglalo!

Se llevó a mi hijo al desierto después de cenar. Nunca había estado, pero las opciones eran enormes. Tomé un helado de café. Pagamos £ 6 por persona, pero teníamos 2 cucharadas grandes

Esta era una bonita sala de helado con un montón de opciones y un servicio rápido teniendo en cuenta lo ocupado que estaba. Tenían sabores que ni siquiera sabía que existían

Entré por curiosidad, no soy muy fan de los dulces. Pero no me arrepentí. El helado es apetitoso y sabroso, , la porción está bien.

Hola a todos. Este helado era el mejor del mundo porque las porciones eran increíblemente grandes y el sabor era muy bueno. Mis sabores eran increíbles y lo recomiendo para los niños. PS: Todo el mundo debería ir a por este increíble helado. Aunque el clima es frío aquí, me hace sentir cálido por dentro. Disfruta del helado Ashira!

Acabamos de terminar en este lugar de helados y estamos realmente sorprendidos por el mal servicio al cliente. No vayas aquí. Para ser justos, el helado es sabroso, pero no vale la pena pagar el dinero, £ 25 por cuatro helados regulares, con un personal tan poco solidario. Después de haber comprado helados nuestro niño de 4 meses requería alimentación. Así que como mamá amamantó en la esquina le pedimos que se mantuviera helado en un congelador o en una esquina discreta del gabinete de exhibición (ya que era muy, muy tranquilo). Aparentemente esto no pudo hacerse. El empleado nos dijo que habíamos comprado el helado y por lo que esto era para nosotros para resolver y ella no podía poner en peligro la belleza de la vitrina por el bien de una lactancia materna de 10 minutos por un cliente momia. No creemos que nuestra solicitud no pudiera haber sido apoyada y el descrédito aparentemente hecho a la vitrina seguramente fue superado por ofrecer un servicio al cliente promedio; esta tienda de helados claramente piensa diferente.

La presentación de los helados y la variedad de coberturas de yogur fue increíble. Mi hijo de 4 años vio el helado desde fuera y pidió entrar y almorzar. El servicio también fue impecable, el caballero que me atendió fue increíblemente profesional pero al mismo tiempo muy amable y honesto. Sin duda lo recomendaría a todos los amantes del helado. (Personalmente también soy fan del yogur helado y me costó decidir cuál comprar, y el yogurt pequeño era increíblemente grande y sabroso). Absolutamente me encantó me encantó.

When we went to Anita Gelato, the ice cream was great! We really liked strawberry 🍓, salted cashew 😋 and limoncello🍋 ice cream! The ice cream shop is big, there are lots of tables and it wasn't too busy. They have got some unusual flavours of ice cream, and the portions were big but in general we had an excellent experience!😀🍦🍨♥️

Great gelato. Could have gone to venchi or Amorino, which are both great, but i liked Anita better. Friendly staff, great selection.

The gelato is just amazing and if you come when it’s quiet, it’s a lovely little cafe / bolt hole. We came twice in a week first time it was chilled, very lovely experience but the second time it was rammed and they were failing to move people on who had clearly finished their refreshments (one guy had even fallen asleep!) the ice cream was still amazing but it felt very hassled. Come when it’s quiet :-) the pistachio , the salted cashew and the pretzel and white chocolate are all just so yummy!

La ubicación, el sabor y la atención de los helados Anita en Londres es muy buena. Visitamos en Familia y cada uno de nosotros disfrutó su helado.

The ice cream was amazing, BUT the cone is insane its the best cone i ever ate in my life i cant stop thinking about it.

I don’t often leave 5* reviews, especially when it involves spending money (Yorkshire: born and bred) but this place sells quite expensive ice cream and it is Absolutely 100% Worth Every Penny! It’s ridiculously good. So much so that on a recent trip to London we took a 40 minute detour just to go to Anita for an ice cream…in November. That should tell you all you need to know. Go. Now.

After having a bad experience the last time because the staff was rude, I decided to go back another time and give it a try. This time the employee/manager working there called Jake served me and was so lovely. I proceeded to tell him my last experience wasn’t great and he apologised and said that shouldn’t have happened. He was so kind and smiley and offered me my ice cream for free on this occasion.

Went to the Covent Garden branch and the gelato was very tasty. Quite pricy at £5.60 for the regular (smallest option)but the portion sizes are fairly big. Staff are not the most helpful though. One thing that is very irritating (and becoming a trend at all establishments) is that when paying by card, an option automatically pops up to add a tip/gratuity at various percentages (most of which are 10% and more). I mean, the staff just have to pop a scoop or 2 of ice cream in a cone or cup, which is their job. Why the need for such large tips. I decided to decline the request but put £1 in the tip jar instead!

The ice cream is AMAZING, best ice cream in London, all the flavours are so rich I'm definitely going back, great staff, thankyou!

I hate things like social media that lets the secret out of the bag! I remember frequenting this place when it didn’t have a massive queue. However, what hasn’t changed is their portions, friendly service and amazing flavours. We had gelato and frozen yoghurt! We both left in a food coma but concluded it was worth it as it tasted so so good!

Gelato in London in general is very good and have never had a bad one...until today. The gelato isn't creamy and lacks the luxurious texture you generally find with Gelato. The flavours I had tasted synthetic. The price is massively inflated in comparison to others in the same area. Give it a miss and try one of the many others close by

There is a long queue outside this shops which makes one think that the gelato must be amazing. Actually the flavors are really sweet and not your typical gelato flavors. They feel more American than Italian. The smallest portion, which costs more than £5, is massive - far too much to eat and enjoy. It could be half the size It’s ok, I’d give it a skip next time.

Just wandering the neighborhood we came upon this spot. The server let us sample as many flavors as we wanted to make a choice. It was so delicious and satisfying after hours of walking around

I had a two flavour combo, pistachio and raspberry crunch. The pisachio was okay, the raspberry was very tasty. I ordered their smallest size (regular) which cost £5.60. The portion size was very big. I wish they offered a smaller size because it was A LOT of gelato. It would've been a perfect size to share with someone. I'm only scoring 3/5 because the flavour range was all very sweet, I would've preferred more simple and traditional flavours. The gelato was nice, but the serving sizes were way too big.

Popped in after a meal at Dishoom. WHAT a choice, easy to let the heart rule the head. Great display and choice of flavours you won't know where to start.

We walked past this ice cream parlour and had to stop as we were wowed by what we saw. Well that was a good decision! Husband, kids and I each had a cone with one scoop...generous portions and just delicious. Recommended!

This is our 2nd visit whilst we have been London and we will be back. The range of flavours is superb and the ice coffees were excellent. The staff are great. This is a gem of a place on the edge of Covent Garden.
