Ordered 3 chicken burgers got buns with chicken patties without a single veg filling Called but disappointed reply we don’t put salad in burger novice kind of burger ?

Workers are very rude!! Refused to let me add burger sauce on my food, insisted he had to do it. Had to get another member of staff involved. Customer service here is really poor.

Nice sized Portions and efficient service coupled with a nice variety of food from the expected Kebabs to burger and chips and even pizzas. Recommended.

The food is good, no doubt. But be careful with payment. Couple days ago bought 2 doner kebabs for 18, they charged me 20£!

The lamb shish is the best I've ever had in my entire life, honestly. It is truly high-end restaurant quality, it's more than fast food, make sure you try it! It's juicy, succulent and tender, so so delicious. Once you guys try it you'll see why I've written this post the way I have. 10/10

Lovely food and has been so over the years, phone operators have good communication and understand requests well. Chefs make sure everyone gets good portion sizes and the boss is a very lovely guy

We have been using this restaurant for a looking time but for the past 2 times ive not been happy. We ordered our food over the phone and one item was missing but on the phone the man repeated the order back to me with everything i ordered. I phoned as soon as we knew it was missing and they said you didnt order it, i then said that whoever i spoke to repeated the order and have missed it on the recepit. They should be able to listen to the phone calls as they just dont admit that they are wrong. I forgave them and gave them another chance and now someone is without a meal as they cant delivery it as it will take 45 mins even though delivery up to 30mins I will never be using them again for their customer service and also assuming they are right and customers are wrong Maybe you should print recepits and put them with the delivery Not happy at all
