I ordered lamb doner and a lamb shish kabab when I got home I had a chicken doner and 4 cubes of dry lamb .Very disappointed.

Forgot my Halumi, hardly any chicken. The food looked messy and not very good value for money

we was charged for onion rings that was meant to be free that also came burnt. we ordered 2 lamb dinners and one of them was a mixed neat kebab.. the chicken shish just about cooked looked very sad in a awful pitta.. such a shame. we have been ordering from here for many years

purchased the special spent £30 WITH DELIVERY the portion is miniscule when shown in pics it's enough for two but what you get is just a large size portion total rip off

Have dined in several times and always had a good experience. Food is always hot and cooked fresh. The chicken shish is well seasoned, succulent but still nicely bbq on the grill. Service is no frills but definitely friendly. I would totally recommend eating in.

We order from here a lot and always very good, though this time I got the veggie wrap with arrived sopping wet, soggy and falling apart, it was pretty inedible. everything else was great, just avoid the veggie wrap!

Normally like eating from here, the food is normally very nice but tonight it took over an hour to arrive from home of ordering and was sadly almost cold by the time it got here. What a shame for the prices of the food.

Bought salad with meat and the all salad looked brown and off. When I got it delivered a few days ago. When I called them they said it's the oils from the meat but previous customers have also have made similar complaint bur staff made out asif I'm lying and I don't know what I'm talking about. PLEASE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT THEY DO NOT RESPECT CUSTOMER FEEDBACK WHEN IT IS NEGATIVE AND MAKE OUT YOUR STUPID . HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!

Ordered via Uber eats and the lamb donar was horrendously chewy. Never had that before from any other kebab shops. Wouldn’t buy again.

Had dinner here last week. Ate in. Very pleasant service. Food was surprisingly good. V satisfied. I understand a new chef from North Turkey has recently joined the team and his contribution has elevated the food. Definitely worth revisiting again soon.

Upon ordering your restaurant's special, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous meat portion, enough for three people. However, one pita and a small salad felt insufficient. Despite requesting extra sauces, they were lacking. The meat quality was excellent, but improving accompaniments and fulfilling special requests would enhance the dining experience.

Food quality is amazing. Very flavourful and not over cooked. Very happy with the choice to come in here. Will be coming back more often

Just ordered 3 meals for collection all cold one wrong asked for a lamb doner got a wrap and presented extremely poorly chicken shish garlic mayo all over box and few lumps of chicken half a pitta very disappointing definitely not eating that

First time trying this place. I ordered a Chicken Shish, Lamb kebab and large chips. It came to a total £17.00 I paid and then waited, I looked at the board and I figured out I had been over charged for my food. They had charged me the Uber eats charge. The lamb was cooked perfectly, but I didn’t like the chicken, the chips were nothing special. Took a while to cook. Would I go back? No I wouldn’t and that’s because they over charged me.

They didn’t put the extra naan bread I ordered and they also forgot to put sauce in the lamb kebab.

I have not ordered from this takeaway for a long time as the last time I ordered it took a long time. But I thought that I would give it another try. I ordered kebabs over the phone and told that it would be ready to collect in 20mins, no problem. I arrived there 25mins just in case and because of last time. I told them my name and the guy said it was not ready yet! Typical another repeat experience of it not being ready and this time I had to wait approx 10 mins, Not good when you expect just to pick it up and go. A couple of points to mention is that the chilli sauce is different to last time I ordered as it is more of a orange mush than the red sauce they once did, not that good and the kebab meat could have been cooked a little more rather than it looking a bit undercooked. Would I go back again, No. I will try some of the other kebab places in the area.

Another few excellent lunches here the food itself was excellent as was the restaurant in the evenings the restaurant does get very busy but still standards are high

Food was cold when delivered, bread was soggy, and all the lettuce in our food was old and brown. I called the shop to explain the problem and they told me the lettuce had changed colour because of oils in the burger. He said once it leaves with the driver it’s not there problem. he refused to accept he was using old lettuce. The cucumber in the kebab was also soggy and old.

The portions are tiny, cold ans the pitta bread was a size of postage stamp. It’s certainly gone down hill and I won’t ordering again.

So impressed by how the takeaway arrived, I had to leave a review. We had 5 small kebabs tonight that were very generous in size, and 2 large chips that went around 5 people easy! The salad was fresh and each separately packed in clear containers. Food was excellent and Anatolia, Ashford will be the only restaurant I will order takeaway food of that kind again. Well done guys!!!!!!

Very nice food, went for mixed grill. One of the best kebabs. And bulgur rice well cooked. Taste throughout. Very expensive order on Uber eats, next time will go direct.

Tasty, fresh & worth every penny

Ordered 3 items 1 with all salad 1 with onion cabbage cucumber no salad on 1 and a pot of cabbage onion cucumber for the other Uber eats say it’s a condiment so nothing they can do about it speak to the restaurant see the picture the kebab on left was £9.45 for 4 pieces of chicken and a pita 🤷🤷don’t normally moan but feel I have been ripped off there I have use you for years you have my details from the order if not refunded this will be the last £1 you get from me !!!

Wasn't a lot of taste to the burger not like they used to be and a very minimal amount of chips for over £3 extra

Used to be brilliant but in the past few months this place has gone bad. Prices have gone up and food portion and quality has dropped. Chicken shish was rubbery with loads of hard bits and hardly any lamb donner despite being an XL. Naan bread was stale and hardly any sauce. Very poor overall.

Lamb was over cooked Chicken was tough and like rubber and chewy. Chicken had a lot of grizzle. Chips under cooked. Really small portions for large kebab. Incredibly disappointing!

Salad was missing from my kebab and I was told by the restaurant to come and collect which I found ridiculous, I asked for the sauce and salad to be separate on my kebab which did not happen Shocking customer service

I will never ever use this place again. Absolute rubbish I received tonight (delivery). Have used this place many times and feel they’ve gone right down hill lately/over time. I ordered a chicken shish with lamb donna and bulgur rice which I’ve ordered before and you get the rice in a separate tub always? Whoever served this up just through everything together rice and all???!! I mean why would you do that!!? Obviously couldn’t give a flying s**t about delivery quality/presentation. This place used to be good/nice. Obviously a new member of staff that couldn’t give a monkeys!!

Eaten from here lots of times because the food is generally good. The only negative is if you go with the large lamb shish you never get the same amount of meat as you do when it’s chicken. Obviously because it dearer to buy in. But don’t I pay more for the lamb?! Bit annoying! And also very tight on the salad. I mean really tight!! Probably going to start ordering from elsewhere now!

Rude and arrogant staff. Poor customer service. No consistency with food quality. Used to be a regular customer however recently have switched over to Little Bodrum around the corner who know how to treat customers with respect and the food quality is always 10/10

Great place to eat from. Unfortunately due to lack of drivers the delivery was late and food was relatively cold. Had drivers been available I’m sure it would have been perfect.

Excellent, genuine kebabs and similar dishes. I would love to Dine In here but I am put off by their simple cafe-style furniture. I once visited a kebab shop where, past the takeaway counter, they had a properly furnished small restaurant section. If they were to do the same here it would quickly become one of my favourite restaurants in the area. They do however only take Cash payments unless you order via UberEats, which I find quite strange nowadays, and can be a bit off-putting as I rarely carry cash now.

Took ages for the food to be cooked, and can't provide a breakdown either for the bill.

best kebab and grill shop by far in the whole area. reasonably price and good portion. been eating here for over 20 years now.

We had ordered and picked up the food and when home started eating, we had found that 2 chicken Donnas was not cooked and had a funny smell like fish and the lamb Donna salad was not fresh.

Great food, I also asked for a Smily face on the delivery bag and they did 👌🏻

Really tasty Turkish Food, we tried the kebabs and chicken sheesh. Food came pretty quickly, freshly prepared and tasted very nice. Chips were nice and crispy, not overdone and bill reasonable too. I would recommend this place which is a Halal outlet too.

Enjoyed mixed grill and bulgur wheat..this is a five star..must try food joint...original taste...fast service...just that they dont take cards ..but there is a cash machine just in front of this place...

What a bad service and attitude! I ordered two kebabs and was told that it would take 10mins, I could see that they were busy as they had 6 people working behind the counter. No problem as I had to get cash from the cash machine across the road. Which you would have thought that in this day and age they should be accepting card payments! I returned 10mins later and food was not ready so I sat down and waited and waited. After 5mins I asked one of the guys, which there was only 3 behind the counter now, where is my food. He looked at the ticket list confused and I pointed out my order. He then said Oh it’s nearly ready! I waited another 10mins and finally got my food. When paying I said to the guy, I thought you said 10mins, he abruptly and rudely replied, “well we are short staff can’t you see!” What? He had 6 staff working at one point, he must have thought I just walked in and not see them all there!! I will not return because of this and will try the other kebab places in Ashford as there are lots of them and a new one next to the coop.

unfortunately my friends i will give you an example good food or good shop can be this is nothing, first of all you have to be human and respect people - customers, I will give you to understand why I say this, I have hearing problems with doctor paper, he asked me something in the store to eat what to put in my food but I did not listen well and I ask them politely you can ask me again, and he asks me again full of nerves but unfortunately again I did not hear him I look at him but then he asks me again with anger and irony and slowly and then I understood him and then I did not want to make a fuss and I did not speak, I left. I want to tell you respect is above all after all but, did you convince or prove me they gave me and I paid cash because card do not pass black money in their pocket, I do not know, the government does not control them, that is, I have to have cash, who says that, I never go to this store again because they do not have education and respect, and anyway my advice the chip is very bad after 10 m. Is like a strong rock you can broke your teeth easy and is not delicious , for me I put 0 . Very disappointing.

Firstly i counted 8 guys working on the front counter tonight.. there was nobody infront of me, but it took the man who served me almost 2 minutes to make eye contact and say hello. no other staff members said a word or acknowledged me before that. I asked the man serving for a lamb doner with a very small amount of red cabbage and lots of burger sauce which i offered to pay for, if it was too much hassle.. i watched him scribble my order down in short notes without any description, so i repeated it politely to make sure he understood. Literally 30 seconds later i watched the man put a small blob of burger sauce on my kebab and a massive helping of red cabbage.. i had to stop him and repeat my order back, which he then removed a large amount of red cabbage and put more sauce on top. There was still far too much red cabbage on it but he continued to wrap up my food really fast without offering a new one or asking if i was satisfied. Ive been to this place many times and was happy up until this point, definitely wont go back again now. If you dont have good customer service it doesnt matter how good ur food is.. ill go somewhere else. 8 guys on the counter and not one of them can take the initiative to turn around when the door blows open to say hi just a moment?? Anyway heres a few pictures of the slop i was served

Interesting reading the reviews good and bad, but increasingly there are lots of bad. I too used to go frequently but every time my order was messed up and they were never apologetic or even nice about it, and if you complain you get bard. I’ve been in customer service my whole working life and manners and a smile cost nothing, but you always feel they hate you as soon as you open your month. I’ve been to turkey 4 times with work and holiday and loved it there and never found this kind of attitude in restaurants. The main reason I’ve now stopped going was the Lava bread. Recently it’s got more and more stale, that it cracks and falls apart if you try to pick it up and has the texture of cardboard. So now I’ve started making my own, it’s really easier then ordering from Anatolia so you don’t have to go through the gauntlet of grumpy men and wrong orders. I was thinking of bringing in my own fresh Lava in for them to try, which turn out beautifully soft and steamy when they come out of the oven and cost around £6 to make two at home including the cost of organic chicken and salad . Much better then expensive alternative.

Great food and hospitality. I had both chicken shish and lamb shish in this restaurant take away. I have been visiting several times and the staff have always been consistent with the quality of food they serve and the presentation. The meat is fresh and tasty, the salad is fresh like it's been chopped to order or regularly changed , the fries are always fresh as if they are always using fresh oil. I love the side of tzatziki and Turkish bread while you waiting, I would love though if they could serve you with a shot of Turkish coffee or tea while waiting like they do in Turkey. Overall, the food is greatly fresh and tasty, the hygiene and cleanliness is excellent and the customer service is overwhelming. Well done Anatolia Kebabs, keep it up and looking forward to visiting you soon.

Advised 15min come collect when ordered . When you get there after 20min. There is another extra 10min to wait. Why tell 15min in the first place when you cannot make it. Plus no apologetic or remorse what so ever attitude. Food is good..

The food would be excellent if they actually got the order right for once. I will avails this from now on as even on collections the orders are incomplete and have been the last 3 times I have been.
