Im giving the 5* rating mainly because this branch has the most helpful and the most polite staff called vishal subramaniam. He is always welcoming and ready to help. What a brilliant personality! Makes the whole shopping experience a pleasure. The man should get promoted!

I've visited the AMT Coffee store at East Croydon Station 5/6 a few times, and each visit has been a pleasant experience. Despite not being a regular, the staff always greet me with a warm smile and excellent customer service. The baristas are efficient and friendly, ensuring my order is just right every time. The coffee is consistently good, and the quick service makes it a perfect stop before catching my train. Overall, AMT Coffee at East Croydon Station offers a great blend of quality beverages and superb customer care.

Bruna one of the lovely ladies I always see on platform 5&6 gives me shine with the friendly atmosphere. Coffee she made for me was outstandingly decent and its worth visiting.

Bruma is just incredible! I always make a point of walking over to this platform for one of her coffee’s whenever I’m passing through East Croydon station for work. She gives fab service, always so friendly and happy to help, and the lattes are beautiful! I’ve tried them made by other staff and although not terrible, not the same either, Bruma just seems to get it right every time!

During a short break at work I decided to buy a coffee, I specifically asked for the coffee to be luke warm. I also asked for Oat milk and was told that would be 50p more. When I received the coffee which came to £4 I was disgusted with the size, compared to other coffee outlets it was tiny for a regular and when I took a sip it was boiling….the total opposite to what I asked for. Disgusting prices and get the opposite of what you ask for. Not hard to make a luke warm coffee. Also Size does matter, but hey I’ll probably be at Brighton by the time It's cool enough. 😡
