Amorino in North Warwickshire

We have now lived in Windsor for more than a year & myself & my wife visit this ice cream shop at a minimum weekly but mostly more often. When family visits us we take them there also for the high quality flavours of ice cream they provide. The staff there are so very welcoming & happy to be of service with a smile. The prices can be slightly higher than its competitors in Windsor but it’s a big difference in quality of flavour & texture of the ice cream that’s worth paying a little extra for.

Awful service!! Avoid!! My niece and I visited your Windsor shop on 15th February in the afternoon, and tried to order gelato using the self service screen apps.  I swiped my debit card to make the payment, and waited more than 5 minutes, however there was an issue with the terminal card reader, so we used another self-service screen machine, which I used my debit card again however we waited another 5 minutes and there was the same issue with the portable card machine, it was quite frustrating as we already wasted more than 10 minutes to make the payment and none of the staff were helpful. My niece who is a US resident and was visiting the UK on that day, decided to make the payment and she used her apple pay for making the payment, we finally we managed to placed the order. I’ve noticed from my bank statement that, I’ve been charged for the same thing, meaning we have been charged twice! I’ve tried to contact their customer service email address to explain the situation and asked them to reverse the transaction and put the payment back into my account, but no one responded! I’m totally shocked that despite the fact their terminal card wasn’t working when I swiped my card twice on 2 different machines and the order didn’t even come through, they still took the money out of my account, and this is an unauthorised payment. After such an awful experience, we shall not be returning to this place and will spread the word round!!!

We visited this chain in Pisa and loved it. This was our first time visiting in Windsor. It was very tasty. They are excellent at making the rose shape out of ice cream. You can order via a computer and collect at the counter or order at the counter. The shop is card only/Apple Pay etc (no cash). The shop has room to sit down and the toilet is spacious and clean. Definitely worth a visit in Windsor.

Visited here in May, and the ice cream didn't disappoint. It is gorgeous gelato, tasty, fabulous flavours. They make your cones look like a flower, with different flavours. Worth a visit

What a find! Not having visited Windsor for over 20 years my son was in search of Haagen Dasz. Whilst wandering around we came upon Amorino. Oh wow we had the most amazing ice creams so beautifully presented and the friendly helpful staff were great. I told the owner I would give it 6 stars if I could. It was good to be able to order on a screen without clutter round the counter. The children appreciated sitting down to eat their ice creams and we ordered a great latte too. Not the cheapest Ice Creams but so so worth it.
