Ordered special amigos , and received more mushrooms than meat , prob one skewer of meat the rest mushrooms for £16 never order again considering U can get munchy boxes from other takeaways with way more food , disappointed,I'll never order again ,worst takeaway I've had in long time

So, we are, or should i now say were, repeat customers. Their delivery driver made an error a few weeks ago when he delivered an order to my address when it wasn't for us (innocent mistake originally. I had literally pulled up on the drive just getting back from work and was still getting out the car when the delivery driver pulled up at the same time and dumped a bag of food on me and drove off) once i got in and my other half wasn't home i realised it wasn't ours and left it on the side, once they realised the error they'd come back... It was never collected so i threw it out as it wasn't something i would order and didn't want to eat. Roll on a few weeks when i actually do place an order and the same driver brings my order this evening, he dumps the food on me again and then has a go at me for his error that cost him the price of the order! Now, i understand that it's frustrating being out of pocket but i do not appreciate being had a go at on my doorstep for something that happened weeks ago and was not my error! Anyone else would have eaten it, i didn't! You (delivery driver) gave it to me and drove off before i could check, You didn't come back for it, it was stone cold and so it went in the bin. YOU were at fault, not me, You should learn to read and deliver to the correct address and YOU should not be having a go at customers when you know full well YOU made the mistake. Shame because my issues is not really with Amigo's but i wont be ordering again as i distain the thought of that idiot driver coming to my home with that attitude. Amigos, you may want to rethink your driving staff if they can not take responsibility for their mistakes and feel its ok to have at go at your customers.

Ordered, the chicken fillet burger came with no salad and it was a zinger burger. Contacted food hub and they managed to send a replacement which come in no time, which was great HOWEVER it came again yes with the salad but it was a zinger burger again which was disappointing as one of our guests couldn't eat as it was so spicy. All other food that came was nice. This is the first time this has happened. But wanted to make them aware.

Ordered food. Delivery arrived. Pizza was missing. Mistakes happen, fair enough. It was delivered 15 minutes later. However, all my other food was cold by this point, as was the pizza when it did arrive. I did mention on the phone that I would prefer to eat my food warm, all at once. I mean let's be honest here, who would have warm apple pie, and custard later as a separate meal? I would have preferred, having realised the mistake, which apparently they knew before coming (driver said when I asked where my pizza was that he'd forgotten it and someone else would bring it. When spending £45 on a takeaway that they would have returned the food and bought it all together, warm..as this was never offered, I will just use a different takeaway in future. Food is normally ok here btw.

Used to be our number 1 takeaway, but not any more food was cold, dry and very small portions the only decent item was the milkshake. I won't be ordering again from here!

Delivery was on time food was great

Average kebabs and pretty small for the top proces they charge. Recently went in with a card and cash inky unless you order over the net (won't accept cards with new double security) and were quite rude when trying to explain. Tried other places since and much better so everything for a reason.

Well had few times and been great last order was terrible and not ordered for a while but thought try one more time tonight and glad we did food was lovely and there milkshakes are to die for

Shocking place. Waited an hour and a half for food so rang them and they said it had been delivered and I refused the food. Why would I order 20 quids worth of food then refuse it on delivery Wouldn't accept the fact they had tried to deliver it to the wrong house. Think they need some new delivery drivers as the ones they are using are completely useless. Nice food though when you eventually get it

Never had food from here, but last night I was lost after just stepping off a train from Manchester at 10pm. Never been to kidsgrove in my life and I asked for directions due to my phone dying. They happily obliged. They then called me back when 30 seconds later and actually gave me a lift to the location I was originally going to walk! Top one I really appreciate that lads. When I next return to this town, I'll be sampling the food. Cheers!

Stopped by whilst travelling back to West Yorkshire can say out of the thousands of kebabs I've had there's is in the top 3 the meat is so tasty. The lamb is lovely

We ordered here tonight for the first time and wasn't dissapointed. The food was decent (We had zinger burger and chips). The chips ended up slightly soggy probably because of the travel from Kidsgrove to Alsager but they were still OK. Will most likely order here again. Friendly delivery driver too btw. :)

undercooked pizza,donner meat was grey (not cooked enough),chips vile only nice thing was the sauce! we threw the lot away after one taste

Ordered a special kebab, very disappointing. The chicken was questionable, kofte a little pink in the middle and donor meat was anaemic and cold. Chips also cold. Not worth the £10.40 including delivery.

Food is always delicious from here, staff are friendly, delivery service is spot on and the y have a 5 hygiene rating.

Due to a mix up with takeaway deliveries I was £25 out of pocket. I thought I would put it down to experience and that would be the last I would see of it. After speaking to the restaurant I got a visit at the house I was visiting from the owner who refunded me my money. I am at a loss for words, what an absolute gent. Thank you very much, by the way, the food we were accidentally given did look very good.

Had to give a 1; there wasn't an option to give 0. After waiting well over an hour, rang them to be told - your food has already been delivered (no it hadn't) and we were causing trouble by ringing them, when asked for a refund, we were told that the person who does this is too busy, when cancelled order after waiting for almost 1.5 hours (as we were going out) we were asked to collect food whilst out! Ten minutes later, food arrived, which I refused to accept as there was nobody here to eat it. Shocking customer service, especially for loyal customers.

Long times running business now in kidsgrove and really good quality cheap food fast delivery options owners and staff's are very nice friendly helpful I have get couple off time meals from here and really enjoyed but now I'm not in Stoke on Trent when I come to Stoke on Trent next time defiantly visit again for meal and chatting I hope not take long time to visit my old town I have stayed in kidsgrove long time

3 phone calls later, 1.5 hours for delivery, as good as cold food. I won't be using you again the food went in the bin.

Rip off. The food is great, but there is always something wrong whether it be the wrong food, something missing, over charging, wrong change etc; the list is endless. I've had enough now and will be going elsewhere. Avoid.
