Great venue with excellent staff, very helpful, kind and indeed happy people ❤ A big thank you to our lovely server Cosimo. Food really good and good portions...entertainment good with a great voice, we loved it so much and wanted to say thanks to all of the hardworking staff ❤

A fab place to eat in Haymarket. Great portion sizes and fab menu! Went on a Motown night and was entertained by a singer called Felicia Handie. We were a table of four and were very well looked after by the staff. We will be back!

Loved our meal here, especially with the help of Hariz who was fab throughout! All food was delicious and service was excellent. 2nd time here, will definitely come back. Nice atmosphere and Hariz catered for our extra requests and made the birthday meal extra special 💕. Thank you very much x

Really pleased with chose of restaurant, I booked in as we going to the Theatre directly opposite. Having not been before I didn't know what to expect, but definitely not disappointed, great service & food, and at a sensible price. Would highly recommend

Very nice restaurant, friendly staff - Javon was particularily helpful and I ordered as per his recomendataion. We had a lovely meal and wouldn't hesitate to return again. Reasonable prices for a london hotspot and perfect for a pre-theatre dinner. Excellent thank you.

Brilliant food, service & atmosphere. We both ordered flat iron steak & frites. We expected a very thin steak to arrive but we're expectations we're exceeded as the steaks were thick, juicy and delicious. Very good value for steak & chips compared to other restaurants nearby.

Had a great pre-theatre meal at Americana, very conveniently located for the Theatre Royal, Haymarket. The service (shout-out to Hariz who was professional and fun) was great and the food (Louisiana burger and the brisket chilli) were both delicious. Highly recommend.

Stopped by for a quick lunch prior attending Brandons Barn Dance afternoon country line dancing class. This is no taccy theme restaurant, everything from service, to food including ambience is top notch.

Jovan & team was terrific! Celebrating special birthday in London. Food quality was good but only 2 bites of brisket in a speciality dish.

We chose Americana after theater play and we had no regrets. Hariz was excellent, food was delicious and ambiance very nice.

We had a lovely time at Americana. Service was excellent & the food was very tasty! My husband & I shared, 'Jazz it up' & the flavours & selection did not disappoint! It was delicious! The only thing I would say though were that the ribs were quite fatty, but I guess sometimes they can be depending on the cut. Anyway, would definitely go back again!

Excellent food and service!. We visited Americana on a Friday evening before going to see Moulin Rouge. The service was excellent. Hariz, the waiter was very polite, courteous, and friendly. He took an interest in our stay in London and was a very friendly man. The food was lovely. Good-sized portions and a good price. The pre-show cocktail menu is a nice touch, and I would definitely recommend the moulin rouge old fashioned. We found the vegetarian and vegan options were really tasty, and we would definitely visit again.

This was a 80th birthday celebration and was really great. The location on the Haymarket is wonderful. It’s near lots of theatres and highlights of London like the Tate, Trafalger Square, Piccadilly and Leicester Square. The food was really good and portions were large. The service was fantastic. Our waiter was Harif who was very helpful and knowledgable about the sauces and ingredients. We were given a free dessert with a candle to celebrate the birthday. Absolutely lovely!

Terrific service - Jovan is the man! Great food. Try the crab cakes! Great loaded fries. Will come again after the theatre for American classics.

Pre-booked here for after seeing Moulin Rouge nearby, had the set menu three-course meal for £26 each, part of a day in London to celebrate my wife's birthday. Restaurant was attractive, busy but not too noisy, we had a great table and Hariz looked after us from start to finish, even surprising us with some Prosecco to celebrate the occasion. In fact all the staff, from booking right through, were extremely friendly and attentive. Food was excellent, set menu limits you to three choices per course but that was plenty and sometimes it's nice not to overcomplicate things. We will certainly return.

Front of house couldn’t have been colder and less welcoming, which was a disappointment as it was a birthday celebration booking. The bartender was willing and wanted to extend warmth and ease. The food was ok but overpriced. Wouldn’t bother going back as the whole place lacked atmosphere and the last time I checked, sticky toffee pudding has nothing to do with the southern states of the USA.

Great food and great service. We had the salmon and lamb which was well cooked. Hariz was our waiter and made sure we had everything we wanted. Would definitely visit again

Our host, Jovan was great. He and the other staff make the place. Great atmosphere, in a central location. The food we had was OK.

I had the most lovely time here with my sister in February. We were going to see a show in the west end and were looking for somewhere for lunch. We came across this place and we intrigued by the menu. The staff were very kind and friendly and we had amazing service from our waiter Jovan. He was very knowledgable about the menu and helped us in choosing our dishes. I had the chicken and my sister had the ribs, we also shared some corn bread and the pork belly starter. All of the food was amazing and tasted delicious. We chatted with Jovan and the manager who was also very nice. Jovan gave us a discount as we were seeing a show which was a lovely surprise. I cannot wait to return here!

I had a most Delightful experience at Americano recently, I would like to Thank Sai Kumar for being attentive friendly and went beyond to ensure our satisfaction we had moonshine chicken which was so delicious along with a signature cocktail which was recommended by Sai Kumar, We left feeling incredibly satisfied, not just with the delicious food, but also with the outstanding service we received. We'll definitely be returning soon!

I had the warm welcome from the Restaurant Manager.I had the Sunday Special as I sat opposite the open kitchen with the Head Chef calling out orders and cooking the dish.The waiter Hariz was very attentive to my needs. The food is high quality as I witnessed it being cooked.I had the meat, poultry and sides of salad, mac and cheese, chilli beans, mashed spuds and corn bread. The desserts of fruit crumble with custard, pancakes and brownies with ice cream. Many thanks to the service from the staff at Americana. I'll be back in the near future.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I went with my family and I loved it so much. I would 1 million percent go again. For starters we shared a half pint of prawns witch tasted spectacular and it had an amazing creamy ranch salad on the side. We also shared a wonderful bamboozled pork belly it was cooked perfectly and I would eat it again. For my main course I had the flamed venison burger with blue cheese, salad, ranchero sauce, redcurrant and tomato jam and let me say it was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. It was spectacular a little bit of everything and it was just wonderful. I was so full but had to order a lemon tart it was lovely and sweet and my family also enjoyed it. The service was top notch they came to take my order and I didn’t have to wait for my delicious Texas lemonade to come. I had a prefect amount of time in between my meals to take a break ready for the next course. All the waiters and waitresses were lovely to my family and the other people around me. If you pass Americana I would definitely go in and give it a go. I will be coming back soon.

I will definitely revisit again. The Motown Friday music was incredible and thoroughly professional. A definitely place to visit.
