5th time they have got the order wrong cold food 1 hour the 15 minutes after we was told it would be here came with no Salad so I did call them they said they would send a tray of Salad I gave the wife half of mine but both kebabs where cold we didn't ask for the Chilli sauce as it tastes like tomato sauce so use our own from nando's but the story is if you can't get it Wright you shouldn't be in the business of catering was told they would come out and collect the food and they can't be bothered not even getting a regards.

Chicken sandwich is awesome, service not so, could be cleaner, let us queue for 10 mins only to say no chicken left and will be 10 mins, well there's plenty behind counter on phones or chatting. Plus only cash? In this day and age!

Ordered full lamb shish only got meat...half a pot of coleslaw and the price has rocketed not using them again after using them for years 😞

Food is hit-or-miss. The chicken sandwich was good, but the chicken pieces were terrible.

Always good for a quick bite. Usually busy in the evenings at teatime with people finishing work and needing something to eat instead of cooking. Supreme kebabs are fabulous. Enjoy.

I have been going to this place for over 15 years. Until recently. I refuse to go here any more. The chicken is always undercooked and never crispy. They also can not get your order right the first time around. Very disappointed.

Nothing fast about this fast food. Been here a few times (only cos my partner likes the food), and every time we’ve had to wait at least 20+ minutes.

Expensive and nasty cold food . Got food poisned from here .

This place should be shut down ordered a takeaway which is 3 minutes from my house told it would be an hour for delivery not a problem I could not walk as am house bound yes it came 70 minutes later the chicken was cold and looked like it was 2 weeks old the chips were cold so the hole lot went in the bin never ever will I use this place again stay clear off it 🤢😡

Great food value for money great friendly staff

Beware Muslims!! I was told all the meat and toppings were halal on two separate occasions by the two guys who work behind the counter. I've been eating there on and off for ages. I called up on the 12th November and the woman told me the toppings on the pizza I usually get were pork, both the ham and peperoni and the only topping that was halal was the chicken. I am really upset.

I seriously cannot speak more highly of this place. Their chicken and Donna kebabs are amazing and my daughter loves their pizzas and garlic bread and cheese too, which is pretty amazing in itself as we have tried them from most other places in Irlam and she just doesn't like them. Highly recommend

Food is awesome, they rarely get an order wrong but they charge a minimum of £5 if you are going to use a card for payment.

Nice food and reasonable prices, it would be better if they accepted card though

Been a customer here for several years and the food, quality, service and price are just exceptional and have been consistent since I first visited. Everybody is very polite, the amount of ingredients on the pizzas or calzones for example are very generous. The fried chicken is on par with that of KFC if not better, and the price is noticably lower than that of nearby competitors.

Food tasted like it had been sat there for 45 mins. Chips soggy and pizza bland. Chicken wings dry and no taste.

Pizza was very dry, Luke warm and not enjoyable. The cheesy fries and garlic mushrooms very excellent

Just had shish kebab not happy only 4 pieces of meat for 5.00 pounds have dinner next time cheaper

Was visiting a friend who recommended this place for some food as it was late. And we was not disappointed, we had two orders one of chicken and chips and one of pizza. And both were delicious, perfectly cooked, extremely tasty.

The food is alright never had an issue with the food. The place could be ran abit better though. Everytime you go someone will just ask what you want without writting anything down and carry on working like they aint listening. When ordering for a family of 5 i can almost garrentee they will forget or mess something up

Not doing food for the ordered time...& certain workers doing different prices for different customers.. They have enough workers to do orders on time... If they don't want customers kicking off then they should do what supposed to do...

Not sure if its just changed hands , special kebab was more like a salad kebab with minuscule pieces of meat very lightly brushed with chilli sauce and half a bag of chips......Not like it use too be...won't be returning ...
