Takeaway from here last night. Black hairs in the curries!! I was going to bin but took photos and have kept to contact health and safety.

Good food turned up hot and on time good quality and good price. Special biryani is the best Thanks guys

Fast delivery but terrible madras curry, just used a base gravy and put chillies in it. Worst meal I ever had from them

Last two times food hasn't been good but thorght I'd give it another try. Terrible for price paid the food turned up cold & Im not too far from the take away. I had hardly any meat and having a kitchen refit was impossible warm up the cold food. Will not order again. Don't waste your money. I'm not one to leave bad reviews either

Worst Indian food I've had in a long time. Best bit was chips and peshawar naan. Passanda tasted of vinegar with curdled cheese on top. Straight into the bin, utter gross.

The food is delicious and really good value for money. The service is swift and staff very helpful and pleasant. A big thumbs up.

Absolutely appalling. Food ordered at 6:25pm. Had to cancel on JustEat at 9pm as the order never arrived. Could not get through to customer service at the restaurant. I would not recommend this takeaway.

Just had food delivered and was awful . Coconut rice had chilie and no coconut. Nan bread ok . But passanda chicken was ××××awful cream in it had curdled and tasted of vinegar. (WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE )

Ordered for the first time last night, and it was absolutely superb. It came piping hot, far superior quality to many other Indian restaurants out there. They also offer Paneer as a veggie option which I was thrilled with and it was georgeous. Hubby really enjoyed his Chicken Jalfreizi too. Driver very friendly and found the house 1st time. Will definitely be back. Thank you guys for an incredible meal :-)

Great tasting Indian food, the set meal for 1 is brilliant value for money. I would recommend you pick up your order, only because I tend to find the food arrives a little cold if you get home delivery.

Disgusting on so many levels. DO NOT GO HERE! Found TWO long, black hairs in my food. Called them to make them aware and all they offered was a replacement of ONE bearing in my i had TWO. I wanted a refund as my naan bread was getting cold and chewy so pointless waiting as it would have gone in the bin - no one wants to eat contaminated food! They argued with me nonetheless and said their staff wear hair nets. Went back the following day and asked for a refund where they clearly don't wear these and multiple hands are all over your food. Once again they argued with me something chronic. Service & staff are disgusting all shouting down your ear at once. Their rating is GOOD for hygiene and not excellent, says it all. I hope they get shut down. Still waiting for the refund i'll probably never get.

Best curry in deeside recently ordered a garlic chilli chicken and was outstanding even my mate agreed and he's a chicken tikka masala nonce #seshgods

Very disappointed with our takeaway, the food was cold, naan bread cold, we ordered a childrens chicken tikka!!!!!!! DO NOT order this!!!!! It was beef for starters NOT chicken, and theres no way the sauce was a tikka masala, it was grainy,cold and tasteless. Unfortunately we wont be returning.

I have ordered from this place for many years and we never have had ANY complaints and also ALWAYS give them extra money as a tip but tonight was so disappointing that we won’t order from them again. I walk downstairs to get my food off of my Mum and she asks me “What do you think these are” and I look down to see two pieces around the same size of a 20p and automatically say “It’s wood” and she explains what had happened saying she was just eating her sager lou and felt something caught in her throat so she automatically coughed it out and and washed it to show me and once she was done explaining we rang up and my Mum bursts in tears because she was still in pain and was trying to explain what had happened but also to warn them if anyone els had ordered sager lou to the man who was saying he didn’t understand what she was saying and he was not listening to be honest but sounded was talking to someone els so in the end my Mum said she will ring tomorrow and the man was also quite rude at the end as well.

Placed order on website and a total over £30 entitled me to a free side dish. Last time this happened I was sent Bombay Aloo despite asking for an alternative. Tonight before ordering I asked on the online chat if I could choose the side dish as one of the party didn't eat potato. The operator rang Ambia and came back to me saying that they would provide an alternative if I requested it in the message box. I left 2 requests, one for Saag Bhaji as the side dish and one for lots of garlic on the Naan. I got Bombay Aloo despite my request but the Naan came with "lots of garlic" written on the bag which means they had seen the request and ignored it. This spoiled the meal for my guest and for us as hosts. I won't be using them again.

Food came cold. Rang up to complain they wasn't bothered. Very poor for £25 we spent 1 STAR....THATS BEING GENEROUS

Absolutely Impeccable! I've never had such good food, my chicken tikka main came out tender and flavourful. The colours were beautiful and it smelt like the river side on a cool summers day. NO MICROWAVE NEEDED! This was piping hot, just how i like it. The atmosphere in this fine establishment was welcoming, and I've never felt more at India. Thank you for such a impeccable service. I WILL BE BACK!

A truly amazing place... It reminds me of the neverland that peter pan had lived in. As i walked in... I felt an aura of professional curry and to this day I've never forgotten the look of the beautiful man behind the counter just staring deeply into my soul. That man... cured my chronic hunger as I proceeded to order the BEST curry. love it laddy. get in my bellllly

Food arrived over 40 minutes late ,the starters where dry and hard the meals were cold I can only assume the delivery driver got lost or they had a large round trip .Either way that isn't my problem I spent over £30 for a takeaway in which I had to reheat until now I haven't had an issue with any food from Ambia it's always been lovely ,but the problem is when I rung up to complain the staff on the phone really didn't give a care that the meal wasn't up to the standard they did offered a discount on the next order .That certainly won't be happening soon .The customer service from this restaurant really needs stepping up a couple of gears .I don't usually leave bad reviews but who ever answered the phone 15/09/18 really caused this review

Food was fine. Problem is I am now getting texts off them every day offering me discounts. Seems they have also passed my number onto various other fast food outlets to bombard my phone with texts. Not good !!!!

I have ordered many times from ambia and enjoyed. But tonight's meal was very poor , to start with the chutneys are very watered down , chips hard and cold , and the chicken in the korma very dry, very disappointed. Will not be ordering again 😟
