Best Chinese ever !!!! Must try and if you have any allergies or changes to your dishes they are more than happy to make it right for you. I have been going here for years and won’t go anywhere else.

Ordered over 2 hours ago and still not turned up!!

Not for the first time the food was late and when it came is was lukewarm indicating it had been cooked some time ago. Previous orders from here have arrived hot. Very disappointed.

This was the first time I used this take away, the food was really nice, but delivery time was poor, I believe it was heavy traffic. That said, I enjoyed my food and will probably use again but Collect it.

Not the first time order, but certainly the last one. House special chow mein was awful - reheated, greasy and contained no prawns. The rest of our food was ok'ish certainly not as good as it used to be 👎

Waited nearly 3hours for my meal. Driver went AWOL the restrant had to redo meal and send 2nd driver.

Placed my order as a pre order before they opened. Delivery time was supposed to be 4:45 didn’t arrive till just before 6pm. Complained and just got told they were busy which is why I had done a pre order! Food was not hot either

Received delivery took 1hour 10 mins chicken balls were soggy batter and cold. The driver clearly had too many deliveries to do to get food to the customers hot. What a waste of money both meals cold, chicken balls fit for the bin,

Ordered at 1800, delivered at 1955?? Chips were rock solid. Beef and mushroom was almost too sweet. Everything else was ok. Have used this Chinese for years but think I’ll be looking else where. It’s been going downhill for a while

Ordered at 5.30. By 7pm I gave up and we cooked instead. Tried to cancel. Restaurant refused to cancel the order. It arrived at 7.45 stone cold. We binned it and reported to just eat. Very disappointing

Food was too spicy to eat, temperature was cold and parts were too Greasy.

They forgot the chicken curry - Only delivered rice and chips. A few minutes on hold with the restaurant to sort it out, stating it will be half hour. No apology either on the phone or from the delivery guy. Poor.

Absolutely disgraceful I pay d for the food online for my disabled uncle who has ms and is deaf and the driver then proceeded to take a futher £40 from him for food payment. So upset right now.

Not happy! I order regularly from the same place. I hit order again and my order didn't arrive. I called the takeaway and said they had delivered it already. Wrong house number was on the order and delivery code not asked by restaurant.

We ordered last night for our food to be delivered, it came 2 hours late to which we were furious. We tried to cancel it but had no joy. The woman that kept answering the phone didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing. When food came it was cold and smelt funny

Took 2 hours to arrive. Food is stone cold really not happy with this as its cost me over 40 pounds.

I hate making bad reviews. But just had to. Delivery was an hour later than it should have been delivery driver was rude when I questioned him why it was late. Food was awful. Ended up throwing in the bin. Don’t go here.

Ordered for delivery. The delivery arrived 1 hour later than we were told. The food smelt and tasted disgusting that I only had one mouthful and couldn’t eat any more. Definitely will not be ordering from them again.

all good. Delivery really quickly. All requested food received and was tasty. Did marginally regret adding the extra spice on one dish, think I have lost some if my chilli fitness!!!

The delivery time was fine, however, the delivery looked like it had been thrown about, the sauce was all over the inside of the bag and the bottle of coke exploded all over me when I opened it. The chicken balls we had to cook in the air fryer as they were sweaty and soggy.

I accidentally asked for the wrong time when I ordered, called up and they were really helpful and sorted it. Lovely food too.

food was nice, beef and mixed veg was lush. Driver had nothing to say literally,no apologise for being late, nothing not even enjoy your food, anyone would think he wanted to be else where.

This meal was perfect, one of the best meals I have had delivered, I will definitely use it again. Couldn't fault a thing.. delicious.

Chow meins and sweet and sour chicken balls were excellent and I would definitely recommend and order again but chips were a bit hard and dry so would choose something else next time . Overall very good , thank you

We placed a large order on Saturday night for a group meal. To our surprise the food arrived 20mins early, everything in the order was of fantastic quality.

Great food as per usual, just don’t bother paying the extra to add the sauces to your meals. It isn’t a pot of sauce, they drizzle some sauce on top of your food and charge you for what is the equivalent of a tablespoon. Your better off paying for a pot of sauce. Otherwise nice, tasty food, arrived hot and good portion sizes.

Food always lovely but second time now I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls , chicken is cooked absolutely fine but the batter soft and undercooked , was ruined with taste of flour,under cooked batter, but also ordered king prawns in garlic and chilli and was amazing,

This take away until now has been faultless. Tonight the food was an hour late, had missing items and the chips tasted like they’d been cooked at leat twice.

Chips were so hard they were inedible. When I complained the woman on the phone was rude. The curry itself was like wallpaper paste and the Hong Kong chicken was also rock hard. Never again.

45 mins late. Order said delivered when it hadn't been and when I called the restaurant to check, was told it was on its way. Arrived 20 mins later! Chips and rice colder than ideal. Poor service today.

I phoned to ask where is the order.the lady on other end I guess the cook owner was abrupt.it came cold and to top it off the delivery guy tried to keep the receipt. the food was well below par for 29 pounds. don't eat here.

Having used alpha for many years, tonight is a massive disappointment. It’s been over 2 hours since I ordered. 30 minutes ago I was told it was on its way by the restaurant but it’s still not arrived and they are not answering the phone now. A waste of an evening

Order was over an hour late, food wasn't hot and there was hair in the sauces. Won't be using again. Everytime they are extremely late with their delivery

Absolutely shocking, ordered 7.55, said it would be here 8.45-9.05, that’s ok…… 9.17still not here, phone them and they say it will be 10-15 mins…….9.35 still not here, phones again to be told it left 5 mins ago….. 9.50 food arrives stone cold! Avoid at all costs ruined dinner!

This take away has gone down hill always leaves items out you have paid for, so decided to use just eat so its clearly written in front of their eyes yet they still miss items out x2 chips priced at £8.20 then refuse to answer phone because they know they screwed up, request a refund off just eat to be told they can't help and cannot fulfill a refund request this take away clearly needs investigating by trading standards steer clear at all costs as you will just be left with disappointment.

last 2 times the food has been cold, this time it was out for delivery 30 mins before we got it, understand its not the restaurants fault, maybe better containers or insistence of heat retaining sacks are used.

Ordered and picked up in store today, food was ok, chicken not the best part but curry sauce and chips were ok, however check what you are charged. I ordered red chicken curry with chips, according to menu this should have cost £9.60 but was charged £11.40 which is the price if purchased separately.

Food very salty, curry sauce extremely creamy and white and pancake roll well undercooked and greasy.(chicken ball is not closed) This was to our own demise as woke up 2 days later with food poisoning, defo avoid this one. Not value for money.
