WOW - I had a double chop chip ice cream today, after I eventually decided on one of the amazing flavours that are available ! The staff are excellent and ice cream in a cone was absolutely fantastic - worth the visit to Sheringham by itself !

Really really lovely ice cream shop! There's masses of different flavours available and they cater for vegans and coeliacs. The staff are always friendly and they are knowledgeable about dietary preferences / requirements. We were staying nearby and kept going back. About a month later we were around half an hour away for another reason so made a detour to go back again.

So nice, we popped back again today! Tried Cookies n cream first time, then bakewell tart today. The decor was what attracted me and it looked nice and clean. The staff were friendly and there was lots of cone/cup choices. Mmmmm

I was extremely happy to see not only 'a' vegan option here, but a whole range of options! Different flavours of vegan icecream (including whippy!) and sorbets, sauces, toppings, cones AND sundaes! Cannot wait to return!

Very enjoyable ice creams - caters for vegan and gluten free (with a great range of flavours!) lady very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the ice cream. Best of all it tasted great!

Went for a takeaway curry. Very disappointing. Much too salty and bulked up by too much hard, uncooked, big, chunks of onion. Has been better in the past. But wont be returning again.

Gravenchon WayShocking customer service! The McDonald’s is probably one of the worst I have visited in Somerset. Virtually never has shakes, strawberry lemonade and customer service not great. On pulling up at the order point we waited over a minute for a voice to say “sorry I got distracted” !!! we then ordered an amended item at the drive through (no cheese). When we collected at the window we checked the order and the item hadn’t been changed and we were asked to check receipt. Whilst the receipt didn’t show our order without cheese (which we had ordered) we were told we would have to join the drive through queue and order again! We then waited over 20 minutes for them to make it! Customer service disappointing. McDonald’s used to pride itself on fast food and good customer service. Never would a customer be asked to join a queue and reorder an item that had been made incorrectly.
