it doesn't matter what time you order food it should always be eatable. orderd chicken about 11 it come cremated my tip is if you order chicken from here make sure its sooner than later ? the later it gets the more the chicken becomes dry thay think its OK to sell it

Took 2 hour to come order was wrong chips soggy and food cold. Rang after 1 hour and told would be 10 mins took a further hour

I couldn't have been happier and use no other unless I want Chinese. Delicious moist pizza with a lovely garlic bread. Lovely chicken kebab with sauce in a pot.thanks

Chips were deep fried to point they tasted of just fat and the chicken burger was fried beyond recognition won't be ordering again

Tasteless food and a burnt black pizza, rewarmed chips

The kebab was dry and cold, the hot wings had no taste and the chips was hard.. awful only thing that was eaten was chicken nuggets and garlic bread the rest went straight in bin so cost me £20 for 8-9 nuggets and a garlic bread I won’t be ordering from here again 🤮

Didn’t put mayo on burger chips or the burger didn’t taste right and it toke a hourto get here

Usually the food here is really good. this time however...... received a notification that my food was on its way, 45 mins later it arrived and I know why it took that long, my food was stone cold. It's put me off from ordering from here for a while.

Always fresh pizzas... lovely every time can't fault them on food just maybe need to interact abit more with customers ...

When ordering online they clicked "delay order" and you're waiting 90 minutes from order time for food.

We was waiting a while for our order to be ready and then the delivery time got extended. I rung up after it been an hour of waiting and was told that order was the next one out with the delivery driver. 30 minutes later I re rung and questioned where my order was. I was then told it had just gone out with the driver and would be about 10 minutes. We mentioned to the driver we had been waiting and there was no apology or anything. I will be second thinking re ordering with this company.

£2 delivery when the shop is less than a mile away they also added an extra 15 mins on top of the delivery time making it an hour, food wasn't even warm and hardly any meat normally your good but not this time plus you wasn't on time grrrr

I ordered chips,bolognese & cheese but did not get the cheese and the chips weren't fully cooked as still hard & cold. Also ordered large chicken kabab which was more like a small. I've used Alo pizza for years but after this experience I won't be ordering again !!!!

Had the stuffed crust pepperoni and green pepper pizza and it was very good. Food was a little late but it did arrive piping hot which is always appreciated. All-in-all I was happy with my order.

I haven't ordered in a while isn't wasn't nice last few times, thought I'd give it another go Food was fresh hot An was quick delivery took about 25-30 were normally way over an hour and comes cold if Service was like this every time I wouldn't go anywhere else

Pizza was good, but the burger was poor it came with no garlic sauce and salad came in a tub and the salad was just red cabbage and lettuce, donner wrap was average but too much cabbage, free garlic bread was really bland like from most places.

Was told it would be here at 8.25 restaurant change it to 8.35, didn't come while 9.00 just come food is cold kebab is hard and crispy and the worst part my partner had to leave. The house at 845 for work with out his order I won't be ordering from here again £11 for food that hasn't been eaten absolutely disgusted with this service I rang up and the lady wasn't very helpful told me it's on its way we're busy!!
