Almost Famous in Herefordshire, County of

Dreadful service, very rude staff. Extremely long wait for food and our meals were all brought out at different times (only 4 of us eating). Food served looked like it had been thrown together and the burgers were charcoaled. Almost famous is great, just not this one.

AF never fails to deliver. 'The Other Guy' burger was another top tier meat stack. Delicious pulled beef and the beef patties as always were smack. Juicy and flavourful. A good amount of refreshing slaw. All housed in a soft sweet buttered bun. I changed things up from my usual order of dirty tots and had the phoenix fries. They were also fantastic. Fresh, crispy fries with a generous covering of scrumptious sauces. I also had the 'Pho-king' chicken blasts. These were really tasty but not quite as enjoyable as the last time I had them because they were mostly quite dry. Lovely staff and a cool venue with 50% off burgers. Overall, a cracking result!

I knew the Almost Famous festive menu would be a must have again this year.  Although I was unaware the Withington branch had an altered offering due to recently becoming fully halal.  Fortunately the 'Some other nutcracker' burger still absolutely slapped! I did miss the addition of the sausage roll on the top and other pork parts but the mac ball and chicken were a nice alternative. An extra burger patty was great too because they were incredible. Melt in the mouth beef.  Beautifully crisp fried chicken with a nice slavering of sweet cranberry chilli jam.  Amazing Christmas slaw to add some crunch too! Can't forget to mention the tasty gravy aswell.  AF is just the best for messy mouthwatering meat stacks.  The wonder tots are also a must and I couldn't resist a basket of those fluffy delights covered in delicious bacon mayo and chipotle honey. Devine.  Just as the other AF branches the restaurant is fantastically kitted out and had cool Christmas decs up.  The staff were also friendly and pretty efficient.  I certainly plan to be back next year to try the normal menu.

Disappointed. Love almost and really pleased with the new location. However no pork! Not bacon dust on the bacon bacon fries, pig and waffle fries, without pig? Nah. Shame.

Fabulous service for a gluten free diner..lots of attention to detail and dedicated server and very allergen aware. Delicious options available and I felt v safe dining there. Cocktails also tasty. Totally recommend!

Beautiful building, great vibe and the staff were brilliant. Wish it was a little busier but I’m sure it’ll pick up once people try how great these burgers are! Great addition to the local area and I wish them all the best. I recommend the awesome HQ burger and the pho king teriyaki blasts.

Took advantage of the 12/4 offer Burger and Fries for £10.Excellent value,service was quick and staff friendly.Burgers really good.This place will get busy,busy when the students return.
