All the bad reviews so me being me couldn't wait to see what I'd get for my £20 treat of the week... It was fantastic insane and everything tasted incredible man on the phone was kind and caring delivery guy was funny and happy service food delivery time all on point I'll be back a few times this week for sure I had the strawberry mojito birthday cake shake and an eat and mess cheese cake thankyou Soo much

I do not recommend to buy from here due to being so so late or not even arriving!

Ordered waffles via just eat, my waffle had a long hair in it 🤢obviously put me off won’t be going there again

Absolutely disgusting I bought a cheesecake and it was toppled over, not £4.50 worth. Cream was all over the box. Spoke to the Manager/staff and was told they can’t offer replacement or they put all their deserts in side ways.

I placed an order on Deliveroo, which stated that AllStarz used their own drivers, with an estimated 30 minutes delivery time. After waiting an hour, I called them and they said that they had no drivers, nobody had called to tell me this, poor service.

Hair everywhere we had to walk out it was that bad. When we walked in there was already a man about to light his cigarette.

Terrible service, ordered over £20 and the food never turned up.

2 hour it took and cookie dough was cold and hard wished I'd of read reviews on just eat coz there's loads of bad ones

Sick gave me an extra ice cream and doctor pepper goat 🐐

Brilliant customer service, despite how busy they were on a Saturday night. I was really impressed with how the lads managed to work in such a manner, whilst under pressure. Thank you for the amazing service as always Saif and Aadam!

The employee at the Sowbery bridge site had taken a sip once he had blended my order I confronted him and he said I was having a taste🤮 I would definitely not recommend ordering from here until you see it all being made with your own eyes

We had a very good time my beloved and I. The desserts are so delicious and the staff is welcoming, friendly, professional. 1st time we came and soon again ☺️

To Whom It May Concern, We ordered over £18.00 worth or desserts, however our order never arrived & when we contacted them we were informed that our order would arrive within 15 minutes. It NEVER ARRIVED and when we tried to contact Allstarz they wouldn't answer the phone. It was gone 00:20 when we heard a knock at the door, surprisingly it was the delivery person with our order only 1½ hrs later than was promised. Plus when I tried the cheesecake it wasn't very nice. It was so sweet & mushy, it was nothing like a normal cheesecake it was more like a mousse than a cheesecake. We were extremely disappointed & upset, not only with the service but also with the quality of the food too. I know that we will definitely NEVER order from this place ever again. I ordered over £18 worth of desserts on just eat from this company at 10pm only for it not to turn up by 11.15pm then when I rang them they pro.ised it would arrive within 15 minutes raking in mind I only live a 5min car drive as I live just off queen's road!! It still had not arrived by 11.35pm so I tried to ring them again only for the line to cut off and say they were shut and that I couldn't leave a message !!! I never even ad my money back !!!

The milkshake is bloody amazing you guys did a sick job top marks

Order two milkshakes at 19.15 still not arrived by 21.19! Rang restaurant 1 hour after ordering said it would be 15.mins Don't waste your money

Good desert, bad waiting time. Went from an initial 40 minutes to 1 hour. This was still late thereafter. No return

i ordered one crep and a waffle said it would be half an hour still hasn’t come at 12 at night

Excellent service, super friendly, caring and compassionate with my elderly friend in particular. We had VIP treatment for Joyce’s birthday with beautiful food. 11/10

Not going to lie the desserts are beautiful I love the strawberries and chocolate but I have to say I'm very disappointed today normally you get the strawberries covered in runny chocolate but today they came untouched apart from the very top ones and a bit of chocolate on the inside of the cup and 5.99 even more on uber eats these should be completely covered in chocolate. Maybe next time will be better but should be right everytime for the price.

Just lovely food and amazing friendly service , we only popped in on the way home for something sweet , will be back

The fondue is amazing, fresh ingredients, chocolate sponge pudding was so nice too.

Came today with my daughter for the first time. There was not many in the shop, yet we waited over 30 mins for one waffle and one very small scoop of strawberry ice cream. My waffle was cold to say it was freshly cooked. Very disappointing 😔.

Had a waffle there and it was lovely. They are quite large. Reasonably priced. And very helpful staff when it comes to the toppings.

Quick service, really tasty food, kids running round due to the sugar high. Really recommended

We have ordered from here twice now and both times there have been items missing of our waffles... The first time mine was fine but my partner ordered the Reeses Waffle and it had no peanut butter OR reeses cups on. This time my Biscoff and Banana waffle had no banana on and my partners Reeses Waffle had the reeses cups on this time but no peanut butter AGAIN. Not sure I will buy from here again because of these mistakes but it’s a shame reall as it’s nice food After receiving a message to contact Allstarz I rang them. One of the Managers Asim apologised for the missing items and offered me 2 free waffles next time I order. He was a lovely guy and handled the situation very professionally.

Was meant to come at 8.05,turned up at about 9.10,the waffles was amazing but delivery shocking

Absolutely fantastic service. We had a big ordered and something was missing. We rang up as soon as we had realised we contacted them and within 10-15 mins we had the missing part of our order delivered with a chocolate brownie free of charge! 100% would recommend this place! Best place for puddings. If you want quality pudding with excellent customer service this is the place to go! Thank you

One star is too much. 2 hours and it was a no show. After 4 attempts to get through on the phone and it was 'on its way'. Stone cold waffle and hard cookie dough, melted ice cream and soggy strawberries. Bare in mind we are a 5 min drive away. Don't even bother getting anything from here if you are getting it delivered!

Ordered a cake and cupcakes from here. It was absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing!!

Took almost 2 hours to come, this is the second time its come that late too. Told us the driver was on route but took another 45 minutes and all i got was "sorry we are really busy". Decline orders if you are too busy! 2 hours is unacceptable.

Ordered it from just eat and found there was a 30 min delay added to our hour wait anyway. When it arrived it tasted burnt and rushed. I read the reviews and looked forward to the varieties of toppings but was disappointed by the outcome.

Tried 3 different desserts in one visit as couldn't decide. All were super yummy. This will be our go to dessert place from now on.

Ordered from AllStarz Deserts tonight and the presentation and quality of the food delivered was 10/10. We will be using AllStarz all the time now.

Was in Halifax today with the family at Eureka museum. And just searched local dessert places and came across this place and wow what a find. It's a shame I'm not from Halifax otherwise I would be putting on a shed load of weight thanks to this place. Fantastic menu and fantastic staff. Go team all starz "I see you shining "

Amazing desserts. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Great choice. Would reccomend the Nutella Waffle, Molten Lava cake, Choc Orange Borwnee and Choc cake.

Awesome deserts, generous portions, well worth it and absolute great customer service. The staff went the extra mile and warmed the milk for my tea. This will be my regular desert place. Friendly and smiling staff amd very professional with a personal touch.

Went to Allstarz with my family today and have to say all the staff were amazing i must say. The desserts were just perfectly mouthwatering could not ask for anything more, my kids couldn’t make up their mind so we ended up getting a variety and they loved it very good on price fantastic will be back,
