Allo Pizza in Doncaster

Ordered food. Got half way through and found what looked to be a pube hanging out of my pizza burger. Stopped eating it straight away. Moved it to the right of my plate as you can see. Disgusting!!

Food arrived 20mins late. Delivery driver is sent the polite. The garlic bead was practically cold . The burger was warm on the up side thow my bottle of pop was ice cold

Slight issue but resolved straight away. Food always hot and tastes great. Will definitely order again

slightly rude delivery driver expecting a tip but otherwise great. Not cheap honest!

Over 2 hours for delivery, contacted and basically lied saying they’d been and tried phoning when they hadn’t appalling service and attitude towards my complaint

Pizza was wrong full of grease and the kebab had no sauce when I asked for sauce so was really dry

Said on the order would take 30-40 min and took over 2 hours. When ringing the restaurant the lady said “it’s on its way” but took a further 25 minutes.

Always speedy delivery and piping hot delicious food.

Poor, got the 12” mixed with the 10” my extras were not put on

Are you under new management or something? We've ordered pretty regularly for some time but lately orders are late, cold or wrong. Our latest order was late, cold and ketchup on a burger despite requesting none. I hate leaving negative feedback but thought you needed to know as that's what it's there for, aswell as the positive stuff of course. Best wishes

Food was a little cooler but still edible. Lady was nice when delivering just a shame it was so late - I nearly chewed my foot off.

Hubby has been wanting a doner kebab for ages and everywhere that we have tried didn't gave one that he liked, now he's found one! thank you 😄

being a truck driver you take pot luck at getting either a good restaurant or a bad restaurant when you order on just eat and I'm happy to say this is one of the better ones the pizza was excellent. It's nice to actually get a pizza where you can taste the toppings and not just cheese it wasn't greasy and it was really tasty well done I will definitely order from you again

the food arrived and it was cold, I ate 2 of the fries and 2 forkfulls of the calzone. Not happy at all.

food was 5 minutes late from delivery time but not complaining as the food came hot and tasted very nice! the delivery driver even came out of her way in the pouring down rain so hats off to her!

Said it had arrived when it had not. Took an hour and 15 mins for something that should take 10 mins

Unfortunately despite ordering at 19:30 it didn’t actually arrive until nearly 21:30. It should have been around an hour. I chased before 9 and it was still there but apparently being sent out. I would think again if I wanted in a hurry and would likely not have ordered. Food was nice though.

Ordered 9 pizzas to be delivered just over an hour later. Everything arrived hot and on time. Pizzas were fresh and tasty. Thank you Allo!

Fantastic food as always. Great choice, quality and always arrives hot. This is my absolute favourite pizza shop. When my family visit, I always treat them to Allo Pizza and they're never disappointed. Amazing!

Wow! I have been a customer here for years now since my mum always used to order food for me and her when I was a kid and I always loved it. I have myself been ordering from here for quite a while now and they have really outdone themselves this time! My card was declined for an order because I was getting a new card on the day of the order but I am fairly new to the world of banking and online payments, after talking on the phone for a bit, the manager was kind and generous enough to let me have my food that night and let me pay at a later date due to me being a regular customer, which I have done now, great customer service and food as always!

Just moved to the area and this was the first takeaway we have tried. Everyone was extremely impressed-even the fussy eaters of the family. The kids meals are big and worth the money. You get really big portions but the food was amazing and the chips were spot on!! Will definitely re order, one of our favourites now! Definitely recommend.

Never order from here again. After collecting my food got someone shouting “enjoy fatty” then denied what they said. Extremely disappointed after I order from them all the time.

See that fat dripping out of meat feast.!!! Disgusting!!! this was a meal deal 6 . even bottle of coke out of date 12.12.2022. printed on the neck of bottle. scammers spring to mind. I rang them up tonight 29.5.2023 11pm to mention about grease on pizza , full on abuse. avoid these at at all costs!!!

I normally love it here but tonight’s order was disappointing.. greasy garlic bread, no garlic Mayo on my chicken kebab n hardly any meat.. and I ordered a pot of garlic Mayo and received normal Mayo.. very disappointing meal.. what’s happened to the standards?

Tried here for the first time and I swear it's the best takeaway food I've had in the entire area. I've tried everywhere local and nothing beats here! We had a pizza, kebabs, cheesy chips and a kids meal, very well priced and the delivery was insanely fast. Can't wait to have it again!

Ordered from here last night and the burger didn’t come with the correct sauce, hardly any chips in the burger meal too and for £10 it could have done with more, also no chip spice on any of the chips… the burgers were great quality and tasted great regardless.

I’m sorry but I would personally avoid kebab meat it was rock hard and tasted like cheap microwave kebab meat, the chicken kebab was nice but tasted of donner meat so ruined it

Garlic sauce was plain. Pitta not toasted and chicken not chargrilled enough. Little flavour in the meal

Real shame, we used to buy from here regularly but the last 3 orders have been bad. The first one was not complete and we never received the missing item and the last 2 took 2 hours to arrive.... 2 hours is shockingly bad. Sorry but I won't be ordering again. Pizzas were really nice too..

Found I was waiting a long time for one pizza. The owner or manager seemed very aggressive towards female staff and didn't seem happy at all. Not somewhere I shall be going again, I'm afraid.

One member of staff. Very uninterested and almost walked out. Happy to take cash but provide no customer quality experience.

Ordered tonight 11/3/22, £31 worth of food. Was told on the phone it would be an hour until delivery which we was happy with. For then the food to arrive 2 hours later after ringing to chase it, the pizzas were also cold. Very disappointed and will not be using this pizza place again in the future.
